当然，这也需要有商家、政府的努力与支持。“因单车数量过多、堆积过多，而遭政府予以封存、扣押”则体现出了几大问题：1。民众随意停放。2。商家不及时增派人员进行指导、管理。3。政府没有相应的政策来控制、管理、约束“共享资源”。

对政府来说，“共享资源”是一个新的挑战，为了更好地对“共享资源”进行管制，应出台相应的管理法与条例，严厉打击、改造不合格、不规范商家；对良好、有发展前景的商家予以资金奖励来鼓动商家的信心、创造潜力，为民众提供更优质、便利的服务和资源。亦可对新的“共享”商家进行资金补贴、及时鼓励，培养“共享时代”的新“共享资源”，创造一个平台，为“共享”商家提供与众多企业交流、合作的平台，让彼此在互相学习中互相成长，让“共享”商家学会如何经济、合理地投放资源，不浪费资源；并给民众提供一个良好的，合理的“共享”观念；带动起民众、社会的积极性，成为“共享”资源的一个坚强后盾和成长环境，也为一些企业提供新颖、经济的计划灵感，共同，与民众、与政府互利互惠，共同成长，为社会提供可持续发展的经济与经验，去促进更好发展。这对商家、政府和民众三方都是一个挑战同时亦是一个宝库！

共享的时代，已经到来。它有着政府的帮助，民众的期盼，商家的努力合为一体的“新社会”，它使这三方互相支持、互相学习，吸取经验与教训，促进了社会的进步！同时，这个“共享时代”有着科学技术的累累硕果，所以说“共享时代”亦代表着中国科技的进步！

Since the first day of my winter vacation, I’ve decided to make it a

valuable and enjoyable one. I made a plan to finish my homework within the first

很多饭店倡导了这文明举措，积极响应，把节俭活动推上了社会的窗口，产生了连锁效应。反对铺张浪费，反对粮食浪费，是扶持正气的一面鲜艳的旗帜，人人都会响应的，而且积极行动起来，我表示赞同。

我家的亲戚在正月里为儿子结婚办喜事，喜酒摆在饭店里，我们一家都去了。二三十桌喜酒把一个大厅挤得满满的，丰盛的佳肴飘出诱人的香气。主人好客，又讲究人情面子，在这样的场合下，讲排场，特意展示个人的经济雄厚实力，借以表示真挚的诚意。豪华的饭店，美味佳肴，山珍海味，应有尽有，宾客之间，劝酒叙旧，热闹非凡。

这时，远离了市区的车笛与喧闹，走在红色的依山势而修建的绿道上，尽情享受大自然的清新与美丽。正值春夏交际，绿道两旁鲜花正艳，草木茂盛，引得同学们不由自主发出一阵阵惊叹！

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

当你走在到大街上，你会看到湘乡市有着翻天覆地的变化，街道变美了，每天都会有洒水车经过；在原来满地都是垃圾的大地，现在变得干干净净的了。以前那个“无恶不作”的湘乡市现已成了温柔的“小姑娘”。

这一切的一切都是由李书记上任以来的变化。“创建省级文明城市，共创和谐湘乡。”“湘乡是我家，建好靠大家。”等宣示语立在了大街上，就好像一位位壮士一样在提醒大家不要乱丢乱扔。

现在，所有的人都很重视这件事情并有所改变。比如：现在公交车都不超载行驶了，以前的公交车上的人车位挤满了，公交车司机不听乘客的，依然我行我素的。但是现在无论怎么样，只要乘客坐满了，就坐满也不乘乘客了。

“省级文明城市，我在行动”被妹妹知道后，她再也坐不住了，双休日的时候，她拉着我的手说：“姐姐，我们去市政府吧。”“为什么呢？干嘛去？”我问。她说：“现在不是创建省级文明城市吗？我们也做点小事呀！”“做什么小事呀，您做的事情会是小事么？”我故意说。“当然是去捡垃圾呀！你想啊要是”经过妹妹的一番思想教育后，我终于肯跟妹妹去捡垃圾了。

现在我们湘乡市已经创建省级文明城市成功了！这一切的一切都是咱们的努力，加油！湘乡加油！中国加油！

Today, our class held the monitor election. `And I became the new monitor in my class. I was very happy, but I was still very nervous now. When the election began, I was so nervous that I can hear my heart beating heavily.

I tried my best to calm down for a long time. Then I went to the platform to begin my prepared speech.

I felt my brain was blank when I was having my speech.

Before the election, I was confident for this position, but I still so nervous when I was in the platform. Thanks for preparing in advance; otherwise, I must be embarrassed. But the result was what I want. It’s a happy thing.
