一、指导思想。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

我俩拖着疲惫的身体找到了我们小组同学所在的地方，就开始准备了起来。首先，我们开始搭炤，我们找到一块比较平的地方，找来几块大石头，很快我们的炤就搭好了，紧接着，我们又开始烧火，因为我们很少烧火，所以我们那里也是好久也看不到火苗的影。一向心急的我们只好求助于陈老师，陈老师一来，就只见她蹲下身子，用手移了移我们的柴块，一边移还一边对我们说：“柴不能横着一块直接放进去，要竖着放进去。”只是一眨眼的工夫，我们的火竟然就奇迹般的燃起来了，我们便又将锅放上去，将淘好的米放在里面，便开始煮饭了。随后我们又开始煮火锅，根本没煮过火锅的我们又将蒋老师请了来，看着什么都不懂的我们，蒋老师不禁有些着急，于是，蒋老师帮我们把准备好的火锅底料放在锅里面便开始煮火锅了。经过蒋老师的指点，不一会，我们的火锅就已经好了我们邀请到蒋老师、贺书记等一些老师和我们一起吃火锅。火锅看起来很好吃，吃起来也不错，我觉得这是我吃过的最好吃的火锅了。

这一次野炊活动很好，同学们都是有说有笑的，每一个角落都充满了欢声笑语，我相信，每一个同学的心底里都有着说不出的快乐。

Since we can buy things online, there is no need to go out to look for things we

want to buy. What we need to do is to simply sit before our computer, search for

bank card. And then, you just need to wait for your goods to be delivered to

your home.

In conclusion, shopping online is a convenient, time-saving and money

saving way of buying things. Therefore, we can benefit a lot from shopping

In my dream

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

昨晚我梦见我变成一只非常漂亮的鸟.我梦见我在一座森林,森林里有很多动物.然后有一只老鸟告诉我们,"我们有一座非常美丽的森林,

因此我们应该保护它,免受污染"所有的动物都赞成他.

一粥一饭，当思来之不易;半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰 ”。近期，“光盘行动”正在如火如荼的进行中。“光盘”就是吃光你盘子里的食物，厉行节约，反对浪费。

农业学家袁隆平说：“我们国家人口这麽多，耕地又这样少，人均耕地这么少，好不容易国家投入很大，每年都增加科技投入，我们每年辛辛苦苦来钻研，提高产量，我们的水稻产量，每亩提高十斤五斤都是艰难的，提高了单产之后呢?又浪费了。”“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦 ”中国每年浪费粮食约500亿公斤，约占总产量的十分之一，这是一个多么惊人的数字啊!现在有许多餐馆都提供半份菜，小份菜，如果我们人人都反对浪费，那么我们可以救活多少饥饿的人口啊!

“光盘”现在已经成为一种时尚，那种明明只有几个人，却点了一大桌子的现象也越来越少。我们家也积极响应“光盘行动”，除夕吃年夜饭时，以往每年都剩下一桌子菜，可今年菜肴依然丰盛，只是量相对于往年少了一些，这不，今年出奇的只剩下了一两道菜。年初二时，姥姥家的剩饭菜也不见了踪影，“光盘行动”进驻我家。

中国以美食闻名于世，同时又以舌尖上的浪费闻名于世，餐餐吃光你盘子里的食物，是一种良好素质，更是一种美德。

有一种节约叫光盘，有一种习惯叫光盘，有一种公益叫光盘，让我们都加入光盘族，成为光荣的光盘族中的一员吧
