舒晴曼妙看到一个捐书献爱心活动，立即点击查看，在了解后，即刻决定捐几本，虽然自己薄薪，在活动现场她郑重的拿起四本书，奉上她最真挚的心意。在高考后的第三天，她的儿子就到广场上的献血车上，献上了400ml的鲜血，说自己是成年人了，要将鲜血这件事继续下去，第二天，血站发来一条信息：“您的血液检验结果合格，我们代表用血者向您表示感谢。”。儿子开心的笑了。

正如舒晴曼妙所说，“不要镜头赞誉不要互粉团，只管默默地卷起袖管，传递健康传递温暖，这是源于爱源于责任源于担当。助人就是助几，助及就是一种全新的拥有，一种新生出的翅羽。”

或许在从前，爱对于我来说只是字典里的一个词语，但当我读了这篇文章后，爱彻底颠覆了在我心中的意义，夜总是让人感到的凄凉，抬头望望那不完整的月亮，想着自己的亲人在天堂是否过得好，几颗冰凉的泪水就不由自主的地落在粗糙的手背上，那时的悲凉心情或许就被你那一点一滴的爱心而心情回转，爱心或许对我们来说，或许不算是什么忍痛割爱，但是对于正在苦难中的人们来说就是一针强有效地镇定剂，就是一个继续活下去的原因。

所以，我不再轻视“爱心”两字。它可能拯救一个人的生命，可能改变一个人的人生。

现在“爱心”不再是那空洞的两个字 ，至少我不会再这样认为，我希望自己身边的人也不要这样认为。

席勒说过“爱能使伟大的灵魂变得更伟大。”是啊，爱是无形的却带给人们无限心灵的慰藉，净化我们的灵魂，使之变得纯洁，就这样，一个人在爱的沐浴中成长便会成就一个高傲的灵魂。
