our school.Some students dont respect their teachers or parents.Some dont take

pollute the environment .It is honorable to obey the law and rules , care much

about our class and study hard.It is shameful to break school rules, to be

selfish or to make little effort to achieve success.We should respect others and

I will be a middle school student soon. when I look back on my pass days, I

I recognized Michael Jackson on occassion. There was a poem recitation competition in my class. I had to look for a song about peace. Finally I found "Heal the World". I am now a student of Dongzhou Middle School, but I still remember that day when I was in a primary school.

In the biology class, my teacher likes to assign tasks to us. As a result,

here. She just came to this class this semester because her parents changed

听了爸爸、妈妈的夸奖，心里比吃了蜜还要甜。妈妈的颈椎不好，累了就头晕、恶心，有时连饭也不吃，就躺在床上。看到妈妈难受的样子，我就去给妈妈按摩，捏捏脖子，捶捶背，每次累得手都酸了，就给妈妈拔拔罐，妈妈的身上被拔罐拔得又红又紫，还起了很多小水泡。我心疼地对妈妈说：“妈妈，咱们不拔了吧！”妈妈说：“没事，这样我还好受些。”按摩完以后，我问妈妈：“好点了吗？”妈妈说：“好多了！”脸上露出欣慰的笑容，轻轻地给我一个吻，这吻里包含着许多：有高兴、夸奖、感动……

在一个星期三的早上，老师突然宣布一个消息：要举行一个叫“护蛋行动”的活动。就是叫我们当一回父母！只不过当的是鸡蛋的父母，而且还是生鸡蛋！

鸡蛋相信人们应该都知道，尤其是鸡蛋壳，很薄，只要稍微用力一点就会打破。所以这次活动名字就叫“护蛋行动”。护蛋行动的规则是回到家拿一个生鸡蛋，可以用上各种防护措施，只要保证鸡蛋不破就行了，这可让我头疼了，用我朋友的话说：我就是一个篮球狂热爱好者，然而要随时把鸡蛋带在身上，还要不破……感觉非常怪，而且不方便。其他那些也爱打篮球的人都这么说：“连两分球都不敢跳了怕把鸡蛋弄碎了，虽然有防护措施，但是还是希望他能安稳的呆着，我们班其中一个人的蛋碎了，看他的心情也不怎么好，想必是知道了做父母是有多累了。特别是上体育课，我们在做体育运动时都不敢放开了做，说到底还是怕把鸡蛋弄碎了，虽然我们百般求情，但是体育老师很果断的不理我们，只能自己想方设法保全蛋的安全。对了，忘记说了，老师还有一个最严格的要求，也是令我们最头疼的一个要求，那就是除了在教室里，其他时候必须在身上。而且晚上睡觉时也得带着。为此，我们班的人为了表示不是很爽的心情，异口同声的发出僵尸般的声音：“唉，唉……”

最终，班里一部分人成功的把鸡蛋一直保护着，其他很多都中途“夭折”了，没能留到最后，鸡蛋还保存完好的人被请上讲台，被誉为“护蛋小英雄”，但是我觉得我们这次不只是搞这么一个活动，还让我认识到了当父母的辛苦，真是拿在手上怕碎了，含在嘴里怕化了，经过讨论，我们一致决定帮父母洗一次脚，毕竟父母为我们付出了太多太多，甚至可以为了我们付出生命，我们给父母洗一次脚又何妨，生活中可以尽量帮父母做一些力所能及的事情，要是做不了的也不能逞强，要不然帮了倒忙还得父母来收拾，到头来还是父母累，最好的莫过于学习好了。在这样的一次活动中，我获得了这样的启发。
