我至今还记得上次体育测试的场景。看着前几组30，40蹭蹭蹭的飞速做完，我目光瞬间呆滞，哇，她们属猴的吧，怎么这么厉害啊！我不由得出了冷汗，心里就如有一只小鹿在怦怦直撞，可时间也却来越快，“下一组！”耳边突然传来一声有力的呼喊。我慢慢的坐上了垫子，仰着头看着美丽的蓝天却要做这种令人想哭的事。伴随着一声清响，正在做仰卧起坐的我真是力不从心，豆大的汗珠流过我脸颊，我皱紧了眉。做了五个之后的我就像背了块沉重的石头，左扭右扭终于做了两个，“停！”“39”“47”。“7”“什么？”听着满意成绩的老师一脸惊讶的喊道。“5”“哈哈”耳边传来男生的一阵哄笑。本来眼神东张西望的我突然定住了，原来还有比我更低的啊！我慌乱的心瞬间定下，我还有伴！

想到这我迅速跟妈妈讲道：“那我每天坚持做30个，到时候我就能不被嘲笑了！”“空想是没有用的，你要努力行动证明你可以！”妈妈眼神坚定地看着我，语气突然强烈起来。原本讲着玩的的我突然被吓到了，看来这次真得行动了。做好计划的我，打算在暑假两个月每天30个，可才做到第二天，好像坚持了两个月，我笨拙的不断尝试，才做到一个，那感觉，就像是初学步的娃娃一般，是如此艰难。想到每天都要这般腰酸背疼的，我开始打退堂鼓，认为这太难了，而且还不一定就练的好呢！妈妈见了，发火道，“想的那么美，又做不到！讲空话有什么用？”看着脸颊流过的汗，我下定了决心，不能放弃，尽管花了半个小时才艰难做完，却很有成就感，感觉就如科学家对自己的新发明一般满意至极。慢慢的，我花的时间越来越短，做的却越来越多。伴随着炎热的夏日，尽管这六十多天汗流浃背，可我却取得了巨大的进步。这短时间内，我已经可以做40多个了。比起之前的吃力，如今的我得心应手，哈哈，换句简单的话来说，如今的我，再也不用担心仰卧起坐垫底了！

有了这次的经历，我深深地感受到为什么那么多人实现不了自己的梦想了。原因就在于，那只是空想。能够坚持下来，确实很难，就像我想把仰卧起坐练好一样，即使是常人看来特别简单的事，也有人会想打退堂鼓，更何况大事了。所以，空想还不如努力行动。就连人人敬仰的大英雄，也是从各种小事中成长的啊！

In my life I have met many people who are really worth mentioning.But perhaps the most unforgettable person I have ever known is my English Teacher.

It is his special quality that is always kept in my memory.

For one thing,I was attracked by his wide range of knowledge.I remember that we students always attended his class with great eaherness because his lectures were humourously delivered,and he never failed to give us valuable advice.Nothing seemed difficult to learn after his explanation.

For another,I was deeply impressed by the respect he showed for us.As he treated us like friends rather than students,we all liked to visit his home for social activities as well as for advice.

Although it is over a year now since I attended his last class,he is the talk of our old classmates,and I know part of him has already stayed in my heart.

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. happen but can‘t make things happen for various reasons. The most important

reason is that they just refuse to create and innovate. With the accelerated

pace of our society,more and more people recognize the importance of creation

As far as I am concerned,we should all have the notion of being the

participants of supporting creation. First of all,creation is the most vital

factor to improve the inner competitiveness of our nation. For another,it is

Measures are also needed to encourage creation . First and foremost,the

The probability is too little, so every one of my friends are special, and every

I like reading novels, because in the novels, I can imagine the world that

the author creates, I treat myself as part of the novels, it feels like that I

witness all the incidents. I especially like to read short novels, because I

have many subjects to learn. I have little time only on the weekends. Short

novels only costs me about one day to finish reading, while the long novels will

今天，我和李想、甘敢来到阳光新城上美术课，又看见有行人在践踏草坪，我们立刻上去阻止他。这时，甘敢提议：“我们来做一次环保行动吧！”“好啊，好啊，我们为环保出一份力吧！”说干就干，于是，我们又叫来了窦宇韬，一起动手制作了三个提示牌和两个垃圾箱。

回想我们在制作提示牌时，还花费了不少心思呢！我们找来了小纸箱、小棍子、透明胶、剪刀、笔等，分工合作。我认为粘棍子很容易，但每当我粘好后一插进草坪，牌子就歪了，“这还真不容易啊！”我只好拆开透明胶重新固定。很快，三块温馨提示牌就呈现在我们眼前。我们小心翼翼的把写有“少一串脚印，多一份绿意”、“守护一片绿，增添一份美”、“不要伤害树，树为你遮阴”的温馨提示牌插在阳光新城的草地上。接着，我们再把“可回收”、“不可回收”的提示语粘在纸箱上，再将纸箱放在影剧院门口的垃圾箱旁边。

虽然我们累得汗流浃背，但看着人们把垃圾扔进垃圾箱里，我们会心的笑了。我想如果每个人都爱护环境，我们居住的地方就会变得天蓝，水清，空气更清新！

We have enjoyable classes in the school.we would also have many kinds of

extra-curricular activities.We could go skating and swimming and join other

popular sports with teachers.Every year we would go camping with our classmates

at least twice.Students could help each other either in study or daily

life.Sometimes,when we were having a big problem and could not solve it by

ourselves,we would go to find our teachers.Teachers would listen to us patiently

and help us to solve the problem.The school should have a big garden so we can

plant flowers and take care of them.

January 21

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

January 22

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.

January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.

第一天

今天早上的时候，我和黄锦添在地下商场的门口找到了何梦依。何梦依笑嘻嘻地从口袋里拿出俩个鸡蛋，我接过了鸡蛋，捧在手中轻轻地旋转。

我在鸡蛋壳的一边印上了红色的字体。显然，他们也发现了，我们笑称这是鸡蛋的胎记。我仔细地端详着这个鸡蛋，这个鸡蛋的外壳是淡淡的米黄色，外表看上去光滑平整。我轻轻地抚摸着鸡蛋，可是仔细感受一下鸡蛋的触感却并没有看上去那么光滑，有微微的凹凸，近距离看，还能看到比芝麻还细小的白点。

我满意地点了点头，用丝巾将鸡蛋包好，小心翼翼地放进了最贴身的口袋。第一天的保蛋行动开始了。

给鸡蛋洗澡吗？

我回到家，立马放下身上的书包，拿着鸡蛋就冲进了厕所。

我解下保护鸡蛋的丝巾，挂在墙上的挂钩上。我挤了一点沐浴露放在手心，均匀地涂抹在鸡蛋壳上。

“欧阳杜，你在干嘛！”我妈扯着嗓子喊。

“给鸡蛋洗澡。”

“鸡蛋洗什么澡啊，万一碎了呢。”妈妈不满地嘟囔着。

“哎呀，要洗的要洗的。”

我一边说一边将鸡蛋冲洗干净，心里还想着：给鸡蛋洗澡比给人洗澡简单多了。不过，我以后真的会天天给鸡蛋洗澡吗？

暴殄天物

我走进房间，却看见何梦依何黄锦添拿着我的水彩笔，蜡笔……所有我房间能找出来的笔都用上了。夸张地说：“我的家当啊！心疼宝宝三秒。”

何梦依和黄锦添冲我翻了一个，哦不，是两个白眼，并且美其名曰自己是在给鸡蛋化妆。我吐了吐舌头，也加入了他们的行列之中。我拿了一支粉红色水彩笔，在鸡蛋上画了“&&”两个符号（虽然我自己都不知道是什么意思，但是莫名觉得好看，哈哈）。而黄锦添则是拿出了眉笔给鸡蛋化妆。

我跳起来大叫：“添，你还真是暴殄天物啊！”

唉，为了一个鸡蛋如此暴殄天物，也是醉了。

成为护蛋狂魔

今天已经是保蛋计划的第四天了，尽管我十分小心地保护这个鸡蛋，比护瓷娃娃还小心一百倍，简直可以说是捧在手里怕摔了，含在嘴里怕化了，可是鸡蛋却并没有那么容易保护，所以现在的我已经成为了一个地道的护蛋狂魔。

因为“糖果”（我给鸡蛋取的名字）昨天的受伤，我打算换一种方法来保护我的宝贝“糖果”。我在家左翻翻，右找找，最终挑中了一个装牙签的盒子。我麻利地倒出盒子里的牙签，并且用卫生纸蘸着清水将盒子里里外外都细心地擦了一遍。

我给“糖果”装上了两层洁白柔软的衣裳——两张卫生纸，又在盒子里放了一条质地很好的丝巾，才放心的把“糖果”安置在她的“新家”里，没想到这个“新家”与“糖果”的大小十分相似，一条丝巾加上一个鸡蛋刚好装满这个盒子。现在，无论“糖果”多么调皮，都不会受伤了，不过“糖果”已经被我包装成一个不折不扣的宅女了。“糖果”你就好好的待在家里睡大觉吧。

原来一个不会动的鸡蛋这么脆弱，这么难伺候，那妈妈十月怀胎，多么辛苦啊！那时的我，应该比现在的这个鸡蛋还要娇贵吧，父母可真不容易。

熟睡有风险，保蛋需谨慎

我揉了揉眼睛，想要费力地睁开，怎奈何睡意袭来，当我正要躺下时，脑袋里闪过一个念头：平日早晨都很匆忙，来不及观察“糖果”在我醒来之后是什么样子，何不趁此机会好好看看？

“不错，这主意真不错！”我喜滋滋地——自恋。

现在我正在兴头上，睡意见奈何不了我，便匆匆离去。我兴奋地直蹦跶。我掀开被子，眼前并没有我可爱的“糖果”。我兴奋的眉眼暗沉了下去，仿佛整个房间都罩了一层阴云。

“唉，怎么回事儿，我的‘糖果’怎么不见了呢？难不成‘糖果’被我踢到床底下了？”我苦着一张脸，挠了挠脑袋。

我蹲下身，朝床底望出，没成想，“糖果”还真是在床底。我抽了抽嘴角，将“糖果”从床底扒拉了出来，“糖果”没有了丝巾护身。丝巾估计摔出来了，幸亏有个盒子，不然“糖果”已经四分五裂了。我扶了扶额：“糖果”现在还没有破，运气也真不错。

看来啊，熟睡有风险，保蛋须谨慎。

想象是美好的，在想象中，所有的事情都向你所希望的方向发展。可当你从想象中回过神来，或许现实已经发生了变化。所以，与其空想，不如行动起来，用双手去改变未来。

有这样一幅漫画：父与子被困荒岛，饥饿之中的他们发现了一棵麦子。于是父亲告诉儿子，麦子成熟后，他们就可以再次播种，从而收获更多麦子，这样就可以制作出许多美味的食物了。想到这儿，父与子不由地笑了起来，仿佛已经闻到了食物诱人的香味。但他们不知道的是，当他们坐在地上空想时，一只鸟飞了过来，吃光了麦子。父子俩发现后虽怒气冲冲，却也无可奈何。

现实社会中也有着这样一类人，他们沉迷于美好的幻想，从而忽略了现实中的种种改变。我们班的一位女同学，平时也常常把她自己的幻想讲给我们听：例如这次奥数竞赛得奖啦之类的。一开始我们觉得这些幻想十分有趣，说不定真的会实现呢！可是到了后来，她越发迷恋幻想世界了，甚至当老师批评她时，她敢对着老师笑，自认为自己是优秀的学生，所以无畏。她彻底脱离了现实。

这警醒了我。其实有时候，我也会沉迷于美好的想象之中，想象着自己拥有漂亮的成绩，但是一张试卷，一个鲜红的分数，彻底打醒了我，让我明白了与其空想，不如行动的道理。

想象固然美好，但惊醒过来后，却发觉那只不过是一个美好的梦，做完后没有留下一丝痕迹，一丝改变。所以我们与其坐着空想，不如行动起来，用双手与智慧去改变现实，把现实变成自己所想象的样子。

Seeing my whole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite

teacher is only one. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head

teacher. He is about fifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a

little bent. He always wears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in

study. He always thinks us before everything. His class is very interesting and

full of different kinds of encouraging stories. He is very strict to us in

study. But whoever has difficulties, he would help us without hesitation.

Sometimes he plays the role of a strict teacher, sometimes he takes the place of

a kind father.

When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

with thick hair becoming gray. He had black eyes and a straight nose which ended

in a slightly flattened tip. Once he explained seriously to me that he got that

flattened tip as a small child when he fell down and stepped on his nose.

The little marks of laughter at the corners of his eyes were the prodnct of

a kindly and humorous nature. The years of work which had bent his shoulders had

never dulled his humour nor his love of a joke.

Everywhere he went, "Gramp" made friends easily. At the end of half an hour

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

orders , but that when he had to, he tried to make his orders sound like

suggestions.

One July morning, as he was leaving to go to the cornfield, he said :

"Edwin, you can pick up the potatoes in the field today if you want to do that.

" Then he drove away with his horses.

The day passed, and I did not have any desire to pick up potatoes. Evening

came and the potatoes were still in the field. Gramp, dusty and tired, led the

horses to get their drink.

"How many bags of potatoes were there?" Gramp inquired. "I dont know.

"

"How many potatoes did you pick up?"

"I didnt pick any. " "Not any! Why not?"

"You said I could pick, them up if I wanted to. You didnt say I had to.

"

In the next few minutes I learned a lesson I would not forget: when Gramp

said I could if I wanted to, he meant that I should want to.

Gram hated cruelty and injustice. The injustices of history, even those of

a thousand years before, angered her as much as the injustices of her own

day.

She also had a deep love of beauty. When she was almost seventy-five, and

had gone to live with one of her daughters, she spent a delightful morning

washing dishes because, as she said, the beautiful patterns on the dishes gave

her pleasure. The bird, the flowers, the clouds-all that was beautiful around

her- pleased her. She was like the father of the French painter, Millet, who

used to gather grass and show it to his son , saying , "See how beautif ul this

is ! "

In a pioneer society it is the harder qualities of mind and character that

are of value. The softer virtues are considered unnecessary. Men and women

struggling daily to earn a living are unable, even for a moment, to forget the

business of preserving their lives. Only unusual people, like my grandparents,

manage to keep the softer qualities in a world of daily struggle.

Such were the two people with whom I spent the months from June to

September in the wonderful days of summer and youth.

Many people have favorite places they like to go to when they are feeling

sad or bored. I also have favorite places that I go to as often as I can.

Here are the three places that I like most. First of all, I like the zoo.

The animals are amazing because some are so cute and some are so ugly! I like to

pet them,feed them and watch them perform. Museums are cool places, too. They

have good exhibits and fascinating displays. I like the works of art there. Some

museums teach me a lot about history and science. From dinosaurs to robots, I

love them all. Finally, theme parks are my favourite place. I think the roller

coasters are the best. Its fun to scream and get scared.

These places always cheer me up. I try to go to each of my favorite places

once a year. I am going to find more favorite places to go to when I grow

up.

今天看了洪战辉的求学经历，我被深深地震撼了！他将我们没有的人性美诠释得如此精彩，如此悲壮！

在他的身上，我看到了责任。

当一个年仅13岁的少年，在他本应该还沉浸在幸福童年的时刻，他却要面临着家庭带给他的巨大变故：父亲间歇性精神病发作，母亲离家出走，2岁拣来的妹妹嗷嗷待哺。这个少年没有退缩，没有放弃，毅然决然的担起了这个家的责任！用稚嫩的肩膀扛起了这个原本不属于他的重担！仅仅是因为他觉得有责任照顾父亲，照顾弟弟、妹妹，有责任养家糊口。

在他的身上，我看到了坚韧、自强。

3年的初中生活在他忙碌的往返于家与学校中度过，他以优异的成绩考入了重点中学，但是此时的他却面临着更大的困难：父亲谁来照看？妹妹谁来养？家庭的消费谁来承担？无奈之下，他作出一个决定：带妹妹上学！在这段时间中，除了学习，打工挣钱成了他最大的任务。尽管如此，这一切还是被父亲的病情发作打破了。他不得不辍学。然而，他并没有停止求学的历程。2年后，他又重新回到了盼望已久的校园。因为他的坚强和坚持，他顺利地毕业并考入了湖南怀化学院。然而现实残酷，妹妹如何养又成了他的难题，为了照顾妹妹，他又带妹妹去了湖南并为妹妹找了一所小学，因为他的坚持，因为他的坚强，因为他的坚韧！在人生中最困难的时刻。他没有放弃。

在他的身上，我找到了感动的感觉，更明白了行动的意义。

他的事迹打动着别人，别人对于他的关心和救助仍然感动着他，但他却没有仅仅停留在感动这个层面上。他开始四处讲座来唤起人们的责任感，同时将钱捐给那些需要的人，正如他自己所说：“每个人身上的责任、爱心，都是与生俱来的，我只是尽我的能力去唤起他们。”“我们不应该仅仅是感动，我现在已经在行动了。”

洪战辉用自己的经历完美地揭示了“生命”二字的涵义。“只要精神不到，就没有什麽事做不到；只要脊梁不弯，就没有搬不动的大山！”这是洪战辉在困难时写给自己的激励，也希望它可以激励着更多的青年人向着自己的理想勇敢迈进！

[责任坚忍自强感动行动作文

春天刚刚来到，大地苏醒，万物开始生长，小鸟在欢快地歌唱，青青的小草破土而出，我们的“绿色行动”也开始了。

我和小伙伴们来到花园，找来硬纸板、白纸、彩笔和固体胶，准备做一个环境保护牌，我负责设计，杨昕茗负责画画，白心怡负责写字，大家干得很起劲，这贴贴，那画画，写标语时，我提出写“保护环境，人人有责”，大家同意了，但把字写在什么地方时，我们却发生了争执，吕诚宇说：“竖着写。”我说：“不行，这样不漂亮。”吕诚宇一边比划着一边说：“那交叉着写吧。”我还是反对，说：“那样中间就读不顺了，容易读错，还是横着写吧。”最终大家同意了我的想法，不一会儿，一个美丽的环境保护牌就做好了，我们找了棵冬青树挂上，我相信再顽皮的孩子也不忍心动它。

开始浇水了，大伙儿干得都很卖力：周佩峥拿个大盆放在地上，用手捧着水往草地上泼，权潇阳拿个大型喷壶往草地上喷水，而冯哲拿着水桶要往环境牌上泼，“等等！别……”已经晚了，冯哲已经把水泼在牌上了，杨昕茗看见了，着急地对我喊到：“赵骋，快拿水彩笔！”我一路小跑飞奔到教室，拿回水彩笔，开始“疯狂”的修补，好不容易字能看见了，可惜画都变得模糊不清了，但使我们仍然干劲十足，把花园里的花花草草都浇了个遍。

我们的“绿色行动”结束了，我也“腰酸背疼腿抽筋”了，但我心里却格外的高兴。希望我们的校园处处鸟语花香，永远美丽如画。

I have a lot of friends but Toshi is my best friend.He is a boy. Both of us are good at English, so we often have a chat in English in our spare time. After school, we often play football together on the playground. He runs so fast that I can not catch up with him. He is an excellent student. He not only gets good marks in all subjects but also is very kind and modest. He loves popular songs and also classical music.

一到家，我激动极了。兴匆匆地打开冰箱，挑选感觉很坚固的鸡蛋。我左挑右挑，费了好大劲，才挑到我认为是很不错的一个。为了使鸡蛋更加的安全，我找来了它的“铠甲”——苹果保护罩、还有它的“贴身内衣”——冰箱保鲜膜。于是，我开始了我的伟大创举。首先，五花大绑地把鸡蛋包上一层薄薄的保鲜膜，然后，再套上一层白色的苹果保护罩，立刻，手中的鸡蛋仿佛穿了件网纹线衫，犹如一位妙龄少女一般。虽然有了防护措施，但我还是不放心，就再次包了一层保鲜膜，再为它包上一个粉红色的苹果保护罩，此时的鸡蛋跟个威武的将军，昂首挺胸，整装待发。我拿来一个蛋糕盒，小心翼翼地将鸡蛋放入，心里想着明天的护蛋行动会有怎样的惊险历程，好期待。
