今天妈妈没带家里钥匙，只能在办公室里等你爸爸下班，爸爸又开会晚回，你参加学校“中秋赏月”活动，我只好在办公室里等着你们回家。为了不浪费等待的时间，我就一边听音乐一边给你写这封信。

爸爸妈妈陪伴你走过了人生第一次也是较难的一次人生挑战———小升初。错综复杂的社会导致了有些畸形的小升初，我很庆幸，你还属于自然成长型，没有被小升初摧垮。你去了57中，妈妈知道你心中有许多的不甘，但是生活很残酷，这就是命运吧。你顺从了命运的安排，接着我希望你能主宰自己的命运，尤其是中考的制度相对小升初透明，公正了许多，分数决定命运，所以你可以做主去选择自己的人生道路。爸爸妈妈都是平凡的人，我也不渴望你成为非凡人，但是我希望你自强、自立、自尊。

曾经的我也渴望穿上漂亮的衣服，但是由于家庭经济负担重，难以实现，仅有的几件衣服都是自己洗自己整理，而今我有能力给你买你心仪的衣服，（在此表扬你一下，不虚荣不追求名牌很好）你有自己独立的卧室，可是孩子，你看看你的房间！在此不赘述，你明白的！呵呵。
