您好，转眼初中的生活就到了最后一年，随之而来的中考更是让家长和学生紧张不已。这里小张老师给在心理上和学习上给家长一些建议。

一，心理上——鼓励孩子，但又不让他们过于紧张

“中考”是人生的第一个转折，学生的紧张度绝不亚于家长，只是孩子处于青春期，开始隐藏自己的部分情感，于是家长会认为孩子不够“懂事”和“紧张”，从而一再施压，那么很有可能让学生有逆反心理，家长越在意，我就越放松。那么怎样做好鼓励孩子，又让他们不过于紧张呢。有以下几点建议：

1)多与老师沟通。学生大部分时间是与老师相处，所以有时候老师比家长更了解孩子，再有老师的教学经验相对较足。多与老师沟通不仅可以了解学生在校的情况，更可以“对症下药”，在家对其学习进行更好的督促~

2)区分好坏的紧张和好的紧张。好的紧张可以使注意力集中，学习效率更高;而坏的只会让孩子无心学习，并自我怀疑。坏的紧张情况多出自于“成绩”，很多学生由于低分而过度焦虑，怀疑自己的能力，甚至对学习没了兴趣。此时家长如果过多责备，只会让孩子的自信和积极性下降。此时不妨把目光放远，和孩子谈谈“理想”，哪怕您的孩子相当导演或者作家甚至更加天马行空的职业，都不要嘲笑他，但同时一定要提醒——当今社会，无论做什么，文化是首要条件~

3)从错误中获益。当孩子犯错或者说成绩不理想时，请停止您的责备，而是静下心来和孩子分析错误的原因，然后一起克服。我知道这对于部分家长来说很是困难，但请您相信，青春期比任何年龄阶段更冲动更叛逆，千万要耐得住性子。孩子需要父母支持性的关注，而不是不安性的关注。

4)别过早让孩子进入“社会模式”。很多家长有“关系”可以让孩子进入很好的学校，这本该来说是件好事，但由于家长过多渲染“关系”的重要性，而让学生有了“没事，反正家里有关系”这种心理，从而放松学习。

二，学习上——帮助而不是命令

1)帮助孩子制订计划。进入初三后，学生的学业负担日益加重，尤其进入第二学期，每天老师留的练习篇子有十几张，不到晚上十一二点，根本就做不完。由于没有思想准备，学生心理压力很大，怕苦、怕累的思想普遍存在，不要过度心疼孩子，要鼓励孩子，帮助孩子克服怕苦、怕累的思想。并应对各种考试帮助孩子制定学习目标、学习计划，计划要切实，力所能及，要找出弱科弱项，对学习“瘸腿”科目多用点时间，早点补上。

2)督促孩子补上弱科。初三第一学期，各科的内容就基本讲完了(化学除外)，寒假后，开学就进入中考总复习。因此，在保证新知识学会的基础上，最好抽出一定时间开始总结所学知识，在复习的基础上形成知识网络。中考六门，您的孩子哪一门最弱，要做到心中有数。复习的基本原则是强项不放松，弱科弱项全拿下，中考才有把握

3)提醒孩子考前“四抓”。a抓课堂听讲。提高课堂听课的质量。

b抓书本。中考70%的考题来自课本，不读书、只做题是无源之水，无木之本，回归课本是根本。c抓练习。“百看不如一练”，见多识广，提高能力，在做题中寻规律，找方法，理思路，提高能力。凡是中考成绩好的学生，都是从狠练上下功夫，自然成绩好。

d抓错题。建立错误档案，找病根、寻原因、找规律，错误就变成财富，不断总结错误，犯过的错误不再犯，提高成绩有把握。

家长在初三阶段要做好后勤工作，做好孩子的知心人，要学会顺其自然，平和心态，与孩子一起成长也是一件幸福的事，只要我们努力了，也就不后悔。

when Ali Baba quietly opened his eyes and saw him. He pretended to sleep. And

when the captain of the robbers was tired, he decided to have a rest, and rested

on the floor.

Ali Baba then got up and out a stuffed animal in there, and then got out of

bed and to the jars of oil. When he found out that in it were robbers, he began

to stamp his feet. “Is that you captain?” asked one of the robbers, “Can we come

out now?” “Yes Erik, you can come out,” but before Erik the robber lifted out

his head, Ali Baba grabbed a knife and killed Erik, and then tied the other jars

on his three mules; and threw them into the pond nearby. And so Ali Baba had

killed all of the robbers.

When morning came, the captain of the robbers woke up. When he found that

his other mates were gone, he ran away leaving his sword on the floor. With this

sword Ali Baba trained to be a knight and became richer as he grew older.

When the sky is raining with the sun coming out, I will be very excited

because I know the rainbow will show up soon. I am always attracted by its

beautiful colors. It hangs in the sky, like a great miracle. As it is not often

to be seen, so when it shows up, people will be very happy to appreciate the

beautiful scenery.
