Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

Well, thats all for now. Next time I write I hope Ill have better news for you.

Chinese festivals, Spring Festival.

Spring Festival is the most grand, the most lively and the most important

ancient traditional festival in China. Every Spring Festival, we paste couplets,

red window decorations, and "pour" blessing. But why should the word "Fu" be

pasted upside down? It turns out that the word "Dao" and "Dao" are homophonic,

and vice versa is Fu "Dao". Its like "Fu" is home.

During the Spring Festival, we should not only paste couplets, red window

decorations and "pour" happiness, but also set off firecrackers and fireworks,

and wear red clothes. After reading this book, I realized that there was a

monster called Nian in ancient China. It went to the village to eat cattle,

sheep, chickens, pigs and people every year. Until one year, an old grandfather

also an old legend. This legend has something to do with a little demon called

I like to listen to music very much, especially the English songs. My

favorite band is Coldplay. When I hear their classic song Yellow, I will be very

excited. The reason I like this band is that they have something different from

others. In their songs, they search about life. Listening to English songs also

I was one day reading the newspaper when I saw a little kid falling down

from the sky; I was the only one who can save him in time for I was on the first

floor. I rushed out of the building, and ran outside. I knew that this was very,

very extremely dangerous, but if the child falls down he will probably die of

pain. He brought a big blanket, and then a pillow, he calculated the area was a

100 percent sure that the child would not die. The child came falling, and

falling; “Poof!!” He landed on the pillow.

I was curious and glad that the child still had his life, and got a reward

of fifty pounds of gold and one bag of silver. I was very happy. But when it was

night time, I heard an “I’m coming,” noise. I woke up, and saw a big light, then

appeared a little flying cat! That was very, very strange. I rubbed my eyes, and

I put on a ring that the flying cat gave me, and went back to sleep. In the

morning, I decided to test out my transforming, “Plad, claw set!” and then a

strange thing happened, I transformed into “Cat no r !” I tried my powers, and

then I saw a sort of bug that I recognize, “Ladybug!” I was going to find her

when I found out that my ring was flashing, I said, “Claws off!” then I

transformed back. I was very excited to enjoy my first lesson of being cat no r

. I was quite astonished, and happy

At night, I thought I heard another noise, “Not again!” suddenly a round of

ball came to me again and said, “Don’t worry, I am Teeky, and you cat no r is

going to work with ladybug to defeat villains.”

I was astonished again, and then Teeky vanished from sight,

I decided to follow her, but I thought maybe next time, for I didn’t want

to bother the kid or girl or other people from sleeping.

And so I have got a job from Plad to save the world.

A little boy wanted to read a book, but he had no money; he decided to earn

some in return. But he had nothing to do, and so he just had to stay at home

just like usual life; he was very sad.

Suddenly, a strange thing took place, and he began to make use of something

that he wanted to try. After a short time, he came back from the basement with a

ruffled shovel in his hand. When it was time to finish the work that he was to

earn money, he smiled happily.

His work was to shovel snow for the other neighbors in the winter, because

most of the times when snow was very, very big; some of the house doors got

block, and they need to pay $100 for a builder to come and shovel the snow out

of way. But now the boy will help shovel the snow, and they need only to pay $10

in return. At first the boy was not good at it at all, but soon he got the use

of it, and earned lots of money. When it was time to use the money, he figured

that he didn’t have enough to pay for the grammar book that he wanted for

school. It was not that big of a deal of very much; but was not quite things of

time.

He kept on this work for 4 years, until he had finally got enough money to

buy the grammar. He was so very excited, that he jumped about in the room from

brick to brick. When he went to the store, he figured it was closed; all the

grammars are sold out, but in the other hand in opened because he shoveled the

snow away which let him get enough money to buy another grammar in another

store.

It was almost summer and the snow melted away, a statue of him was made up

in the town square where he lived; for making the snow disappear. He was also

the first in the class every morning, because he was willing to learn some

identities to learn grammar. He loved grammar. And when it was time for him to

head home and buy another harder one; he used the same plan just a little

better.

And when people saw his statue shimmering in the morning sunlight, they

would remember his gratitude for everybody in the town.

It was a “Magnificent” day; it was already beheld the shoveling day.

I have a best friend. He is a lovely boy. He has short black hair ,big

black eyes and big ears. He has a bigmouth and a small nose. I think he is

handsome. And he is strong and quiet. He likes sports very much. After class, we

often play football, basket ball on the playground .He is a good player. He also

likes to study. English and math are his favourite subjects. He helps me a

lot.

My summer holiday is coming soon, I start to make some plans about my

vacation. I go to travel every year, this time, I want to travel to Tibet, it is

the place I always want to go to. I have heard about Tibet many times, my

mother’s friends tell me so many wonderful things in it, so I want to go to

Tibet. This summer I will go to Tibet.

When I grow up, I want to be an artist. I want to use my colorful pencil to

draw this wonderful world to everyone.

Some years ago, I did not know how to use the pencil to draw the picture

for my mother and my father. One day, I found I could draw animals, people,

mountains, seasons with the colorful pencils with teacher’s help. As a result, I

want to be a artist. Even though this dream is very small, but I still make my

effort. I can study drawing hardly from now on. An then I think my dream will

come true.
