2)区分好坏的紧张和好的紧张。好的紧张可以使注意力集中，学习效率更高;而坏的只会让孩子无心学习，并自我怀疑。坏的紧张情况多出自于“成绩”，很多学生由于低分而过度焦虑，怀疑自己的能力，甚至对学习没了兴趣。此时家长如果过多责备，只会让孩子的自信和积极性下降。此时不妨把目光放远，和孩子谈谈“理想”，哪怕您的孩子相当导演或者作家甚至更加天马行空的职业，都不要嘲笑他，但同时一定要提醒——当今社会，无论做什么，文化是首要条件~

3)从错误中获益。当孩子犯错或者说成绩不理想时，请停止您的责备，而是静下心来和孩子分析错误的原因，然后一起克服。我知道这对于部分家长来说很是困难，但请您相信，青春期比任何年龄阶段更冲动更叛逆，千万要耐得住性子。孩子需要父母支持性的关注，而不是不安性的关注。

4)别过早让孩子进入“社会模式”。很多家长有“关系”可以让孩子进入很好的学校，这本该来说是件好事，但由于家长过多渲染“关系”的重要性，而让学生有了“没事，反正家里有关系”这种心理，从而放松学习。

二，学习上——帮助而不是命令

1)帮助孩子制订计划。进入初三后，学生的学业负担日益加重，尤其进入第二学期，每天老师留的练习篇子有十几张，不到晚上十一二点，根本就做不完。由于没有思想准备，学生心理压力很大，怕苦、怕累的思想普遍存在，不要过度心疼孩子，要鼓励孩子，帮助孩子克服怕苦、怕累的思想。并应对各种考试帮助孩子制定学习目标、学习计划，计划要切实，力所能及，要找出弱科弱项，对学习“瘸腿”科目多用点时间，早点补上。

2)督促孩子补上弱科。初三第一学期，各科的内容就基本讲完了(化学除外)，寒假后，开学就进入中考总复习。因此，在保证新知识学会的基础上，最好抽出一定时间开始总结所学知识，在复习的基础上形成知识网络。中考六门，您的孩子哪一门最弱，要做到心中有数。复习的基本原则是强项不放松，弱科弱项全拿下，中考才有把握

3)提醒孩子考前“四抓”。a抓课堂听讲。提高课堂听课的质量。

b抓书本。中考70%的考题来自课本，不读书、只做题是无源之水，无木之本，回归课本是根本。c抓练习。“百看不如一练”，见多识广，提高能力，在做题中寻规律，找方法，理思路，提高能力。凡是中考成绩好的学生，都是从狠练上下功夫，自然成绩好。

d抓错题。建立错误档案，找病根、寻原因、找规律，错误就变成财富，不断总结错误，犯过的错误不再犯，提高成绩有把握。

家长在初三阶段要做好后勤工作，做好孩子的知心人，要学会顺其自然，平和心态，与孩子一起成长也是一件幸福的事，只要我们努力了，也就不后悔。
