资源充足的时代已经过去了，迎接我们的是一个资源紧缺的时代。如果我们不注意节约，那么，就会造成资源的浪费，就拿节约水来说吧，如果没有了水，我们将会怎样呢？答案很简单，那就是我们将会濒临死亡！所以，我们必须注意节约！节约要从小事做起，节约每一滴水，每一张纸，每一度电……

节约不能光挂在嘴上，要落实在行动上。你想知道我家是怎么节约的吗？那就请跟我来吧！

我家节水是很有妙招的，比如说吧，我家常常用洗衣服的水来涮墩布、刷地毯、冲马桶等。每当妈妈洗衣服时，我都会说：“妈妈，您又在摆‘七星图’了！”

的确，我家每次洗衣服时，妈妈都会接满大大小小的七盆水。把不大的卫生间占得满满当当的，只留下个落脚的地方。听起来有些夸张，不过确实如此。你可别小看这几盆水，积累起来可就多了，因为一个月中妈妈要洗好几次衣服呢！上个月查水表时，对门的阿姨家和我家人口相同，可阿姨家的用水量却比我家的用水量足足多出了一倍。这足以说明，注意节约和不注意节约截然不同。

平时，妈妈把洗菜的水倒进一个大塑料桶里，用它涮墩布、冲马桶、浇花；用煮面条的水洗碗、刷锅、擦灶台，既去油，又节能。你可别小看这点点滴滴的节约，积累起来可就多了。

你节约一滴水，我节约一滴水，积少成多，一百个人能节约一碗水，一千个人能节约一盆水……只有这样，才能不让地球上最后一滴水变成我们的眼泪。

科学课上老师给我们讲过，我国是一个严重缺水的国家，是其他国家的人均用水量的8倍，我们北京市的人均用水量是世界人均用水量的13倍之多！因此，我们更应该节约用水，从节约每一滴水做起。

What is the purpose of students studying hard all these years, of course

for the better future. Every parent wants their kids have advantage over others,

so they can be outstanding and have a good job. Students learn in campus, they

are in the stage of studying knowledge while getting a job soon, there is

necessary for them knowing something about society.

Before study in college, students focus all their attention on study for

entering a good college, they don’t need to care about other things, it is also

what their parents tell them. After entering college, it is a little different,

at this stage, study is no more the only task, students should have access to

society. They should make some preparation for the job hunting, knowing society

helps them get use to the society quickly. Some students only care about score,

when they find a job, the employer will ask him something about the public news,

but students have no idea, this is so bad. What’s more, getting familiar with

the society makes students find their own positions, they will know what they

want and fight for it.

The atmosphere of society is very different from campus, in order to better

adjust to finding a job, students should get to know society.

爱国是中华人民的美德，而我们现在不能像精忠报国的岳飞一样不屈不挠；不能像投江自尽的屈原一样含冤而死……如今，不能像姚明一样称霸球场；不能像宇航员杨利伟一样为国争光……啊！这些事迹多么令人激动啊！！！！可是我认为虽然我们不能像那些英雄豪杰们一样不屈不挠，为国争光，但我们可以从身边的小事做起！在生活中爱国，为国争光！！！！

有一年亚运会是在日本举行的，而就因为这一界亚运会震惊了整个世界，提高了日本的声誉。因为这一界在日本举行的亚运会结束后，令人震惊的是地上竟然没有一张纸屑，而就因这件事震惊了全球！！！！

还有一件事是：最近发生了这样一件事，在上海有一位被众人称之为“爱国天使”的女孩，她的名字叫金晶。金晶是一个残疾人。2008年的北京奥运会当火炬传到巴黎时，金晶一早就起来到火炬交接点做准备，当火炬就要传到金晶那时，一位男子冲开重重阻拦，想要抢走金晶手上的火炬。金晶知道后，立刻接过火炬猛的跑起来，当场的一位法国男子记道：男子不断地打那位女孩，用手抓那位女孩。虽然金晶下巴被磨破了，但金晶为了保护祖国的利益，加快速度，不怕疼痛。最终终于将祖国的利益安全地交入下一个交接人的手中。金晶高兴地笑了，而那位可恶的男子被警查抓了起来。

金晶不顾一切保全了火炬，这是一个中国人的光荣与胜利，我们应该为金晶喝彩！

通过这两个故事，我想告诉大家一个道理：爱国可以从身边的小事做起，我们可以通过身边的小事，来为国争光！

对于我们每位小学生来说：爱国可以从身边点点滴滴的小事做起，爱自己的国家先要爱自己的父母；爱家庭；爱校园；爱老师；爱教室；爱同学；爱周围的环境！

请让爱国从身边的小事做起吧！
