一、定一个计划。和老师、同学以及父母商量一下，制定出一个科学详细的假期计划。这个计划里既要有学习，还要有娱乐，有读书，有特长培养，还要锻炼身体等等。

二、背诵《弟子规》。这二百五十本《弟子规》是上次高沛第女士为我们无偿捐助的，每当看到这些书，我都会从心里涌出对这位无私助教高女士深深的感激之情。《三字经》、《弟子规》等都是我们中华文化的瑰宝和精髓。在假期前会老师给你们做简单的讲解，让大家了解它的内容和意思，书中有注解，也可以自学。要求大家利用假期的时间把它背会初中作文 ，开学我们要逐一检查。

三、培养一项课余爱好和特长。我们学校有很多的孩子有自己的特长和爱好，比如舞蹈、器乐、绘画、英语等等，这些孩子的课余兴趣不光陶冶的自己的情操，学习了一项本领，同时也丰富了我们的校园文化生活，你看，每当我们演出节目的时候，都少不了他们的身影，你瞧：郜清君的古筝弹的多好啊，张献文和张龙的拉丁跳的像模像样的，范雨欣的电子琴都考到九级了，而孙开心的二胡和绘画简直就可以办一个个人特长展了。看着他们在舞台上精彩自信的表现，真让人羡慕啊！所以，利用好假期这个时间，争取父母的同意选择自己喜欢的一项业余爱好，着重培养，争取带给大家不一样的惊喜。

四、读书。假期是个难得的读书机会，时间那么宽裕，心情那么悠闲，我们一定要好好读几本书，读几本好书。每个语文老师都要为本班的孩子们制定一个读书的计划，计划读什么书，怎样写读书笔记，如何和大家交流沟通读书的心得，让孩子们的假期在书香弥漫中度过。

五、出游。如果条件允许的话，建议孩子们和父母一起有一次出游的机会，读万卷书不如行万里路，出门可以增长见识，去亲身体验祖国的壮丽山河秀丽的风景，体验风俗人情，去爬爬山，去大海里游泳，去博物馆看看，走一走山间小道，坐一坐飞机渡轮。旅游，是一种亲近自然放松身心的方式，也是学习实践的机会。

一、 整理规划时间，确定要学习的内容

在开始前，应该是整理出可利用的时间，清楚自己在的空闲时间生活习惯。在此前提下，以每一天为单位，制定学习计划。接下来，梳理自身学习情况，找出最需要提高，合理分配复习和预习时间，有针对性地制定假期学习计划。每天有效学习时间最好保持在4-5个小时。可以根据自己的情况合理的规划一下，寒假中要做到既不睡懒觉，也不要开夜车。习惯比聪明更重要！只要按照计划来，每天坚持的话，海涛你的成绩肯定会进步的。（后面我会做出一个具体的时间安排表，海涛你可以根据自身情况做适当调整）

二、 复习上学期内容，攻克薄弱环节

应该把寒假分为复习和预习两个阶段，前段时间主要是复习，在此基础上留一个星期的时间对下学期内容进行预习。

今年的寒假假期较短，目标不宜太大、复习范围不宜太广。如果想真正有收获，就不能贪多！适宜重点攻克薄弱学科、或某学科中的重点内容。（海涛的数学可重点复习第二章和第三章，他这两章基础都能掌握，不过在分析应用上还需要改进，寒假的时候适合做些应用的分析题，帮助提高。英语可将我平时的上课内容拿来复习，记忆一些固定的用法和常用搭配，可把上学期的教材全解做为复习的工具书。把上学期的课文从开始再复习下，（小学的也可不用复习了）有些需要记忆的东西一定要记住。比如每单元的单词及其拼写和固定搭配和固定句式及语法知识。）

三、预习下学期课程：

将下学期的课程提前预习一下，掌握各重要科目（语文、数学、英语）下学期的重难点。预习的过程中碰到的不懂的问题要及时做记录，等到开学的时候可询问老师。（数学要提前预习前2章，英语要预习前四单元）

四、时间安排表（可根据自身情况作合理调整）

8：00起床之后 刷牙漱口洗脸吃早饭

早上8：30 合理安排30分钟大声朗读背诵英语课文，听一些英语听力。听读是培养英语语感最好的方法。听读的材料可以是上学期的英语教材，也可把下学教

材。9:00做寒假作业 先做数学。因为早上头脑是最清醒的，数学逻辑思维比较强，所以先做数学的作业；

10：00开始休息15分钟，学了一个小时也该舒展舒展筋骨了，因此利用这15分钟的时间充分休息，也活动活动。

10: 20—11:20 做英语寒假作业，给自己每天定一个目标。比如每天做多少页，然后在规定的时间做完。寒假作业做完后可以阅读一些英语读物，写写单词。 下午可以自己安排1个半小时开始学习语文 学习语文的时间可以比较自由，依靠自己的劳逸程度，充分分配自己的时间。实在累了，可以阅读一些课外书籍，这样也可以扩充自己的知识面，为写作积累材料。晚上可安排一个小时 练习写字和学习写作文，包括语文和英语。时间上可以是今天学习语文，明天就学习英语。坚持每天认真写一页，英语字帖或者语文都行。然后呢可以买本英语方面的作文辅导书，学习写一些小文章。可把时间安排在晚上7:00-8:00剩下的晚上时间可以自由分配，可以自己看些电影，电视。外国电影必须有英语字幕，慢速的。建议看看bbc的魅力中国，挺适合英语学习的。

老实说，目前只是感兴趣而已，真正能不能坚持还是个问题，就像上个暑假学古筝，那不是我自己的意愿，但开始也是心甘情愿地弹，后来就是半强迫了，再后来就是强迫也不起效果，我想尽办法逃课。

老妈开始让我学是为了让我静心，古筝据说好像也是有这个能力，可是对我好像无效，弹那个东西，我开始心还是很静的，可弹到最后就越来越烦，手上的劲也渐渐加大，速度也会变快，好几次琴马都被我弹歪了甚至弹掉了，本来是非常悠扬的音乐，可是到最后却被我弹成了“战台风”类型，充满了火药味。

还有就是我对古筝曲一点感觉都没有，当别人都好像很沉醉其中的时候，我最多也只是一脸木然地弹，手指机械地动，丝毫感觉不出有什么，你说吧一个人坐在那里什么也不想手指按照特定的规律动，和愣坐好像没有什么根本上的区别吧!

还有就是我不喜欢中国的乐器，总觉得中国的乐器声音柔得有些太有气无力，就算少数清脆的就像笛子，也总觉得脆得很虚伪，而且每一种乐器好像都只能弹那一种调调，听着就觉得烦。

倒不是我崇洋媚外什么的，恐怕是我音乐基础太差，体会不到中国古典音乐的好处吧!

不管怎么样，现在总是接触西洋乐器了，希望能坚持下去吧!

Oh! The winter vacation! I finally can easily play! Can I ~ is that should not be so to play alone. I decided, I want to make the plan of this years winter vacation, I after a few minutes to finish this years winter vacation plan for (my plan is every day, the first half, second half!) , my plan is as follows:

The first half: 1, to get up at 7:00 every day.

2, after get up to eat breakfast, eat breakfast watch TV for a while.

3, each homework do 5 pages (language, number, Britain)

4, taking a nap in 2 hours.

5, in the afternoon, watch a little TV.

6 on page 3, each work.

7, go out with friends to play.

8, is playing computer, watching TV in the evening.

9, 9 to go to bed.

After the first half, the same time as the winter vacation homework has been finished. The second half is relaxed.
