In order to let me have a full and happy summer vacation,I made a plan for

the summer vacation.

Its very important to keep healthy.

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

Time came slowly to the Qingming time.

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the bike, eating abanana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street randomly. 上学路上

今天早晨，爸爸骑车带我去上学。我坐在后车座上，吃着香蕉。吃完后，我顺手将香蕉皮扔到了街上。我马上意识到我的所作所为破坏了我们的环境，或许有人会踩在上面而跌倒，我必须把它拾起来。想到这些，我让爸爸停车。我跳下自行车，跑回去拾起香蕉皮，并扔到了路边的垃圾箱里。看到这些，爸爸表扬了我。我感到很高兴。

将来我要更自觉地保护周围的环境，更多地为他人着想。

绿色的一处，虽小，但不容忽视

绿色，要在我们生活中，那可真是好多好多。

在宽阔的大马路上，有着那些在一旁默默扫地的清洁工们，无论人们怎样的乱扔乱丢他们也一声不吭，无怨无悔。但那些有钱的人，假清高的人，却总是瞧不起他们那个群体，那群为社会、为我们默默服务的人。一些清洁工，因不小心做错了一点事而被那些人辱骂的时候-----尽管他们已经道过谦看到这一幕我不禁咬咬牙，心里想：那些人怎么能这样呢，别人就只不过做错了一点事嘛，又不是故意的，再说已经道过谦了啊，有必要这么伤别人的自尊吗？清洁工怎么了，他们也是人啊！怎容得这番侮辱呢？心里这样想着，也不禁为他们愤愤不平。我们要明白：清洁工他们虽微小、身份低微，但他们却为社会做出了一份贡献。如果没有他们，我们的家园岂不是全是垃圾了啊！希望大家能平等对待他们这群绿色的人。

社会中，那绿色的一处很多，要说在我们班级啊，那绿色的一幕真叫多呢

说到我们班的书架是谁整理的，我可是清楚的知道是谁咯------那某某某！尽管她这样天天整理着，没多少人看在眼里，但我能深深感受到那份勤恳、无私。日日下来，她也一个人坚持了这么久，看着书架上那排排整齐的书本，我也不禁会想真诚的感谢她。这绿色的一幕又出现了

如果医生们被称为白衣天使，那这些默默无闻、无私奉献的人就该称为绿色天使了！在我的心中，这些绿色一幕都不容小视，这一幕绿色值得我们去赞美，值得我们去肯定。那些为社会、为公众永远值得我们学习，绿色一幕由我们一起创造，一起维护。我心中的那一抹绿色真的好多好多
