“书是人类进步的阶梯。”这是高尔基爷爷的一句名言，也同样是对书籍赞美的一句名言。从这句话中便可以看出书在世界的地位是多么重要，它的价值有多么珍贵。正如高尔基爷爷所说的，一本一本的书，就像一个一个的阶梯，使人爬上高峰。但是爬上高峰的路是陡的，是险的，是要的努力才能爬上去的。读一些不同的书籍就像是在爬阶梯，对自己也是很有帮助的，但也要会选择书籍。

一本好书就犹如是由钻石似的思想和那些珍珠似的字句堆砌而成的无价之宝，其中所蕴含着的知识与智慧是那样的珍贵，书籍真可谓是人类的良师益友、精神的食粮啊！相反，如果我们去读那些几乎汇集了天下所有肮脏之物的不利于健康的书籍，那不是在掌握知识、寻找乐趣，而是在使自己堕落，会使自己变得庸俗、无知。

读书是人生中最好的娱乐、消遣的方式，它不但能给予人无穷无尽的知识，而且可以给予人无限的乐趣并且培养人为人处事的的能力。

在一本书中，又使它会让你伤心、同情的落泪；有时它会让你开怀大笑；有时它会让你觉得自己身临其境；有时它会让你自己觉得离它根本就在两个世界

在人们孤独的时候，读书变成了最大的乐趣。这时它既是人们丰富知识的工具，也是消遣的娱乐品，当人们在这时看它时，会感到快乐、轻松；而在人们处理事务的时候，最能发挥由读书而获得的能力。从读书中获得的对自己有利的东西是无穷尽的，能力便是其中之一，多读一些好书，对自己是有利无害的，如果能够在实践的时候不是单纯的运用书本中的知识，而是在书中的知识的基础上不断的创新，结合自己的实际，灵活运用，才是读好书的最高境界。

我想，书籍是的良师益友，精神的食粮，我们又有什么理由不好好读书呢？

同学们，我来只一年，你们已三载。学校留给你的和你留给学校的，一定比我要多得多，感触也一定比我要多得多。三年里，你们每天迎着朝阳到校，待到红日早已落下，你们仍在教室里苦读。你们会因为“每天进步一点点”，而获得老师的夸奖、父母的称赞;你们或许还会为自己成绩的提高而兴高采烈、沾沾自喜。你们或许也和我一样“多愁善感”，也会因为校园里的一场春雨而思绪万千;也会因一片夏日阳光而顾影自怜;也会为一阵秋风而怅然若失;也会因为一次落雪而欢呼雀跃……

三年里，相信许多老师早已占据了你们那颗青春稚嫩的心房，成为你们的偶像!记得去年以来，学校先后进行过三次问卷调查，我看到有些同学在说起某位老师时说，“那是我的男神!”在说起某某老师时，也有的说“那绝对是我的女神!”是的，每当我走过教室窗前，会听到他和你们一起字正腔圆的朗读，也会看到她循循善诱的讲解、耐心细致的演算，也会看到他们精心设计的实验……当然，也会看到她们焦虑的愁眉与幸福的笑脸。同学们，其实和你们一样，他们也早已成为我心中的“男神”“女神”。

当然，三年的初中生活并不都是这样诗情画意，你们肯定有过迷茫困惑，必然会有艰难痛苦，也必然会有松懈气馁。尤其是越临近中考，你们一遍又一遍地背书，一场又一场地刷题，着实让人心疼与爱怜。不过，撷秀的同学不苦?树人的孩子不苦?就咱们树德的娃儿们苦?当然不是!一位中学校长在她的演讲中说：“不读书不吃苦，你要青春干嘛!”是的，“人在年少时，一定要立志;经得起风雨，才能长见识。”在习主席看来，青春，其实就是人生磨砺的过程。是的，老师和你们的父母们也曾青春年少，也有过你们一样的痛苦、一样的迷茫和一样的困惑。生活阅历告诉我们：怕吃苦，苦一辈子;不怕苦，苦一阵子。所以，当看到你们在生活上在学习上，还存在着这样或那样的缺点和不足的时候，当看到你们学业退步的时候，我们也会着急上火，甚至有时也会控制不住自己的情绪。所以，在这离别之际，我希望，我更相信大家会永远记住母校的好，记住老师曾经为你们的付出。
