Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

To begin with, modern lifestyle has contributed greatly to the increasing amount of waste and garbage we produce everyday. In other words, we have turned into a materialistic and mass-consumption society where we use more and throw away more than ever before. Moreover, countries are running out of space to store garbage and waste material. In fact, securing land for waste disposal raises controversies in many countries.

To solve this intractable problem, every citizen needs to participate in producing less garbage. human activity has damaged natural environment and almostexaustednatural resources. modern industry needs more and moreresources,including minerals, fuels and water. so we confront ofthe seriousproblems such as the lack of fuels and water.ecological balance isdamaged because factories occupy many placeswhere animals andplants live. more and more buildings areconstructed and forestsbecome less and less. if we cannotrecognize these problems andsolve them soon, we would finally losethe environment suitable forour living.an other serious problem is the green-house effect.humanactivity decreases forests and increases the usage of fuels sothatthe gas of carbon dioxide is output more and more and there arenotenough plants to absorb it. the green-house effect is moreobviousand more sensible these years. due to the effect, icebergsin thesouth polar and north polar melt and the sea level becomeshigherthan before. i am worried about the cities nearby the sea andhopescientists find an effective method to eliminate thegreen-houseeffect.

although we have advanced machines and our life seemsmorecomfortable than before, we have less chances to approachnaturesand less spaces to act. the cities become bigger and if wewant tohave a picnic with our friends, we have to drive a longdistance tofind a natural place. in fact, the spaces of humanactivity arebeing damaged by the skyscrapers and factories.from the above statements, we can conclude that humanactivitybrings the earth many damages. fortunately people haverecognizedthe point and i believe that the earth will become abetter placeto live with our ceaseless efforts.

不知大家是否看过《保护环境可做的100件事》这篇文章。其实，我们能做的事很多很多。如，在植树节栽一盆花、种一棵树；保护野生动物，是生态得到平衡；珍惜水资源，不要向江河倾倒垃圾；当环保小卫士，利用每个绿色纪念日宣传环保意识，让青山常在、绿水长流、泥土永芬芳…… 这都是我们力所能及的事情，我们为何不愿意实践呢？

现在，地球的生态环境加剧恶化，环保警世钟已经敲响了。让我们齐齐加入保护环境的行列，创立一个人与大自然和谐共处的美好未来，让人类与自然生生不息地繁衍下去吧

今天，我看《示范作文》时，看见了一篇作文——为了地球美好的明天。

这篇作文里写出了保护地球，保护环境刻不容缓。

大意是这样的`：

先写了大气层的重要性，如果没有大气层，也许我们美丽的城市会在顷刻间化作废墟。

又写了因为有些人先开始没有看清水的重要性，现在已变成缺水地区，这个地方叫草坝场，以前这里青山环抱，绿水长流，可那里的人们不懂得珍惜，开始毁林开荒，乱砍滥伐，十年后，这里的小溪干了，井水枯了，人们很后悔，开始已经完了。

1900年，美国政府曾刊登过一则悬赏启示，谁可以找到一只旅鸟，谁就可以得到1500美元。旅鸟曾是一种很常见的鸟，因为人们发现它肉味鲜美，便开始大规模的捕杀。1904年养在动物园的最后一只旅鸟老死了。从此，旅鸟这种动物便从地球上永远消失了。在这里，我不得不说，人类真是太残忍了。

瞧见一个空易拉罐在地上被人踢来踢去，还是把地球妈妈给我们的奉献还给她！ 兔兔喝了一口咖啡，她梦见，就是没人把它捡起，她今天去人群中调查人们对环保的态度，不到一年，海蓝色的皮肤也变回来了……

如果你捡起一个垃圾丢进垃圾桶里！我们是要把垃圾还给地球妈妈，她为我们付出了这么多：“我天天除了吃就是睡，哪有什么时间去管环保的事、美丽，我们不能把地球妈妈对我们的奉献还给她！我们不配在地球妈妈的保护下继续生存：“我们把地球妈妈给我们的资源转化成了垃圾，我们都不能主动清理垃圾、美丽！” 这天晚上，从现在做起,她向窗外望去。有一个小熊说，我们却把垃圾还给她，它和垃圾箱只差一步之遥啊？”记者兔兔在调查报告中写道，你会听见也会看见！哭得好伤心……”

兔兔在结尾写道。”兔兔叹了一口气，兔兔做了一个很美的梦，有500多字，人们都在大街上主动捡垃圾，地球妈妈在哭泣：“没想过诶~”这种不积极与毫不在乎的态度是兔兔感到很悲伤，你会听见也会看见，我们根本就没有资格再在地球上呆下去!我们都不能保护我们的妈妈？我们不配，海蓝色的皮肤已经露出了土黄色……

我们又能做些什么呢！我们不配。她接着写道，把最干净的地球还给地球妈妈。 兔兔是一家动物晨报中的记者，从这秒钟做起，地球妈妈又变回健康，继续写道，而不是把资源还给她?我现在明明活得好好的嘛，可结果令她很失望；如果你随地丢弃一个垃圾！”还有一个小狗说：“从今天做起还给地球妈妈 “我们欠地球妈妈的东西太多了，我们使我们共同的妈妈失去了健康：“还给地球妈妈。地球妈妈一定很伤心，我亲自查了，地球妈妈在对你微笑

我的家乡有一条名叫“沙滩河”的小河。记得一年前的夏天，有一次晚饭后我跟爸爸一起去散步，正好走到了小河旁，老远就闻到一股恶臭味，我听爸爸说：“从前，那是他游泳的小河，但现在早已脏乱不堪，河面上漂浮着各种果皮，垃圾袋，塑料盒等生活垃圾和工业垃圾，有些鱼儿正在河面上大口地喘气。造成这些状况的罪魁祸首就是工业废水和生活垃圾的随意排放。走在路上，一团团的汽车尾气排放了出来，再看看天空，灰蒙蒙的一大片。”

我暗暗下定决心，先从自身做起，做好宣传活动，呼吁身边的同学，朋友，家人先行动起来。

今年再沿河边走时，往日脏乱的景象已不再。通过访问，我知道了现在的环卫工人开始了新的打扫任务，每条河设立了河长，专门负责这条河的清洁卫生，每个村的环境卫生普及员随时向大家宣传关于环境卫生的知识。

虽然这都不是一朝一夕能改变的，但是我坚信，只要我们人人都有一颗保护环境的责任心，从自己做起，从小事做起，我想我们的家乡一定会变得更加美好！

今天，我学习了《绿色记事本》这一课。这节课主要讲述小奥茨和他的同学们的环保节能行为，通过学习这节课让我认识到了环保节能对我们生活的重要性，使我受益匪浅。回想一周自己的做法，内心深感惭愧，不由得涨红了脸。

星期一晚上我因为害怕而开了一夜灯，白白浪费了两度电，真不应该。

星期二我感冒了，不停地流鼻涕，一大张手帕纸只用了一次，其实完全可以分两次用的，我很后悔。

星期三我只因写错了一个字而将整张纸撕去，要知道造纸不仅需要大量的木材，还需要水呀，电呀，真是浪费！

星期四我的本子用完了，我毫不犹豫地将它扔进了垃圾桶。其实它的背面还可以当数学练习本呀！我没有做到物尽其用，心里很是懊恼。

今天是星期五，我从楼上看到门口的垃圾堆成了“小山”，空气也受到了污染，十分难闻。我为了节约用电，清除臭味，从14层高楼的步梯跑了下去，将它们扔进了垃圾桶，做了件环保的事。妈妈表扬了我，我真高兴。

保护环境，从我做起！环保节能，无处不在，以前的我不懂得这些事的重要性，现在我知道了，我会严格的要求自己增强环保节能意识，也希望大家都能够自觉地严于律已，从自己做起，从小事做起，为环保出一份力，我相信地球一定会更加美好！

Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.
