考罢，我问到了自己的分数：118!全班最高!结果老师又加一句：别的班有120的，我想唱的“我得意的笑”，却变成了“只要你考得比我好，我就受不了”，带着一点哀叹，这场考试算是过去了。

今天是星期四，也是期末大考试，我迅速地洗脸刷牙，吃了早点，一把抓起起书包冲往学校的大门。我满怀信心的走进了考场。只见教室里空空如也，于是我把书包一丢，拿出复习资料，咬文嚼字的复习着。

叮铃铃，上课铃响了，我便以最端正的坐姿安安静静的等待着监考老师的到来。只听同学们在下面窃窃私语，我也上前凑凑热闹，原来是在互相讨论游戏啊，于是我又只好，静静地等待了。只见监考老师夹着大本子和试卷大步走进了教室，我的心一下子紧张了起来。

开考！监考老师一声令下，全班都拿起了笔刷刷的写了起来，我也不例外。我看见了许多简单的题目，我的心也就放松了好多。可是写着写着，我却慢了下来，我被一道选择题给难到了，我仿佛成了一尊木桩，本放松的心情却成了一块大石头迟迟不能落下，是问号是句号呢？

监考老师见我在发呆，于是问我怎么了，我把事情一字不漏的告诉了监考老师，监考老师只是简单地对我说了一句话那你就问问自己吧！我便傻傻的问自己：是A还是B呢？我突然想到，老师是让我自己查阅自己的知识，于是我努力的想那个符号应该用在哪。我后来便轻而易举的写出了答案。

叮铃铃，收卷了，我把卷子平整交给了老师，长叹了一口气，唉。

The logic behind the phenomenon is simple and clear: if a pirated copy is available for just a tiny fraction of the normal price, not to speak of many of the free downloads online, who would pay for an authentic copy? Cheaper prices aside, easy access is another important factor. With such a large gathering of pirated upgrades around, who would bother to spend time and money searching the stores for an authorized yet outdated version?

Despite these apparent benefits, the practice of software piracy should be banned, because it represents unfair competition and by nature it’s a no-win situation. But how? Two approaches are to be taken at the same time: Technically, software developers should enhance their antipiracy engineering, so that cracking the software should be virtually impossible. And legally, the government should also tighten its antipiracy laws and toughen up the penalties, so that violations should be costly。

先说第一句：诚信是做人之本。教育家陶行知说：“千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人”。学校教育的目的就是追求真善美，抵制假恶丑。所以每每考试，我都爱跟我的学生反复强调一句话：“宁要实事求是的0分，也不要弄虚作假的100分”。作弊实在是一种自欺欺人的行为，作弊者就如《皇帝的新装》中愚蠢的皇帝，就如“掩耳盗铃”故事中可笑的盗铃者，一时蒙蔽的是别人，终生受骗的是自己，我们必须坚决加以摈弃。我们必须树立这样的观念：真实才是真本事，真本事才是真英雄，我们应该严守考纪，诚信考试，诚实做人，亮出真实的成绩，亮出真实的你!把守好思想的大门，别让错误的思想毒害我们的大脑和血液。我们可以在学识能力上逊于他人，但决不能输在诚信这份答卷上。

第二句话是：平和是应对之策。一位专家说：“考试，六分考实力，四分考心理。”就是说一个人心理调节成功与否，将会极大的影响到他的考试成绩。所以我们要在考前把自己的心理调节在最佳状态，这种状态就是平常心，平和心。首先，目标定位要适当。如果把目标定位过高，就会为难以达到目标而增加考试焦虑，影响正常发挥;但如果定位太低，也会影响潜能的发挥。心理学中有一个定律叫做叶克斯一多得森法则，该法则描述了焦虑程度和效率之间的关系：焦虑程度过高和焦虑程度过低时的效率都很低，而中等焦虑时的效率最高。所以，适度的考试焦虑有利于提高学习效率和学习成绩。其次，对结果的期望值要适当。不与同学攀比，而只与“以前的自己比”，今天比昨天好，明天比今天好。对每个同学来说，只要在考试中发挥出自己的水平就是成功。我们要做到十六个字：强化信心、优化情绪、进入状态、充分发挥，战略上藐视敌人，战术上重视敌人。

第三句话是：方法是决胜之关键。很多同学都有过这样的经历：考前会做，考试出错，考后难过。这实际上是关乎考试方法的问题。我们要调整好临场心态，运用好考试技巧，掌握先易后难，先熟后生的考试方法。拿足基本分，争取得高分。考卷发下后，先浏览一遍题目，做到心中有数，以区别对待各档题目;做容易题时，要争取一次做完做全，不要因为得意而出现了“中间拉空”的情况;做中等题时，要静下心来，尽量少失分;对付难题时，可反复阅读，仔细推敲;如果遇到认为应该能做却怎么也做不出的题目，不能在那儿“死缠烂打”，要学会“绕道”，等其它题目做完后再回过头来集中攻关。最后要掌握复查方法。复查的主要内容包括：审题是否正确、有无漏做题目、问题的阐述解答是否准确、有无笔误，计算结果是否精确等。

三句话虽不是诸葛亮的锦囊妙计，但带着它走进考场，你就是选择了正确的心态，优秀也就垂青于你。最后祝同学们在期末考中取得理想的成绩!

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

本学期的全部课程已经读完，紧张的温习阶段也将要结束，下个礼拜三就要入行期终考试了。

期终考试是对本学期学习成果的一次大校阅阅兵;是对自己的自决心信念、意志力的一次大考验;是向老师和家长最详细、最直接、最全面的大汇报;总之，这是一次具有非常重要意义的考试!

再次，当真完成老师布置的测练标题题目，对这学期单元考试时造成丢分的标题题目留意总结教训，千万不能再次丢分，不懂的题目要及时请教老师或同学，不放过一个难点和疑点，扎实把握基础知识。

另外，要保持精神上的最佳状态，按时作息，保证充足的睡眠时间，保持最佳的身体状态，努力打好这一仗，为这学期画上一个圆满的句号!

上午的监考老师是我们的丹丹老师，她就坐在我后面。

早上进考场的时候，那可谓是精神饱满啊，分你一半都不成问题!但是，时间真的很考验人啊，我考英语的时候，真想把凳子砸了，然后跟老师说我站着吧!真是不能小瞧时间的力量!这次的期末考试呢，题还是比较简单的，但对于我这个大马虎来说，就更要小心了，老师可不是好惹的!可算挨到了中午，哨声一响，没等老师收完卷，我们就都冲了出去，幸好有中午这段休息时间，吃完饭，我们拿着试卷对了一下答案，还不错，祈祷考出一个好成绩!

下午的考试还算顺利，一想到考完试就要分开了，很长时间都见不到同学了，还真有点不舍，但是不去想那些让人伤心的事，还是像往常一样，跟通校生出去爽玩一下吧!把烦恼都丢掉，放假了!

While the test is only a way to examine the level of students‘ studies， it has been deteriorated to a sifter deciding the fate of students. Why can it be called a terrible sifter? Now in the tests， which decide who can enter a higher school， thousands of poor students， who want a splendid future， must prepare for the tests by finishing a great deal of practices. Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them. So in this case， how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge? To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need. In the end what our nation will get， genuine persons with ability or just test robots?Secondly， tests will bring the examinees great pressure， which can affect their lives. A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children. For preparing for tests， they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse. And the more time they spend on those， the less time they have for playing and relaxing. Consequently， there is a bad influence on their health.Thirdly， in fact， test system itself can not veraciously estimate who is better than others because there are many factors impacting the results of test. For instance， someone cheated in test so that his score would be higher than others. Or someone who was too nervous to perform well fell in the test.

Only in spare time and no pressure of tests existent， students can study simply for the fun， for obtaining knowledge and for the things that they are really interested in. But now the test system is the only way to select which one is better， who can reach better school and who can get good job.
