Haze weather, our breathing is cloudy gas. The haze in the air can cause diseases such as pneumonia, sore throat, bronchitis, heart, decline. 望一眼窗外，突然发现看不到蓝天、白云，天地间一片灰色的景象，连对面的楼房也只有朦胧的轮廓。这样的天气越来越频繁，雾霾正无声无息地笼罩着我们的城市。

雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。

那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢?很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气;电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘;绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。

清晨，我拉开窗帘，啊，好大的雾!我兴奋地穿好衣服，走出了家门。

放眼望去，只见雾遮住了天地，笼罩了世间万物。远处耸立的高楼现在奇迹般地消失了，有的只能看到一大片阴影，有的躲在雾中不见了踪影;路边的树木也不知到哪里去了，只见一片白乎乎的影子时隐时现;小路的尽头原来是一大片田野，现在也没有了，只看见曲曲折折的小路直入雾海，似乎伸向朦胧的天边，看不到尽头。路上的车辆像从别的空间来的，总是先冒出两只朦朦胧胧的“眼睛”，然后钻出半个车身，最后全身才缓慢地从雾中显现出来。车开得那么慢，总是大声呜叫着，生怕出什么意外……我揉揉眼睛，确定自己不是在做梦。

几个小孩子从雾里突然冒了出来，这儿跑跑，那儿跳跳。他们一边做腾云驾雾、翻筋斗的动作，一边兴奋地大叫着：“我变成孙悟空啦!看我能上天入地!”他们奔跑着，欢呼着，兴奋极了。我也被他们的快乐感染了，是啊，这多像仙境啊!我把眼前的大雾幻想成了九天上的云海，把自己想象成了天上的神仙……我陶醉在雾海里，做着腾云的姿势，慢慢向前走。

忽然，我听见了雾中几个行人的议论声。一个人说道：“这大雾天气，真是讨厌啊!雾霾里有很多对身体健康有害的烟尘，吸入体内会引起许多疾病呢!听说江南有几个城市因为重度雾霾，中小学生都停课了!”另外一个人应和道：“是啊!还不是那些可恶的工厂搞的鬼!他们只顾眼前利益，把废气直接排入大气，不形成雾霾天气才怪哩!”“排放的汽车尾气也是雾霾形成的一个因素。”雾中我看不见他们的脸，但议论声我听得尤其清楚，于是我从“仙境”一下子回到“人间”。是啊，这看似有趣的雾，其实是一个无形杀手!雾霾的成分是灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等，人吸入肺部后会引起许多慢性疾病，危害身体健康。人是所谓的万物之灵长，竟肆无忌惮地破坏大自然。造成这种雾霾天气的正是我们人类自己，雾霾就是大自然对人类的报复。

我不禁仔细思考起来，眼前的迷雾哪里是仙境啊，分明是悄无声息的魔鬼。我们人类是不是应该好好反省自己的所作所为了呢?

雾霾，从13年慢慢的来到了15年新的羊年。雾霾已经导致了多人生病，现在人们嘴里常常说出的雾霾，其实就是PM2.5。雾霾是人们健康的杀手，已经影响到了我国四分之一的国土，约有六亿人遭受雾霾袭击。

雾霾的形成，已经影响到了许许多多的人。专家说‘雾霾的形成是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等大量细小的细菌等形成了霾。’因为现在到了冬天，天气比较潮湿所以霾一受到潮湿的天气就会形成雾，所以经常被人们称为“雾霾”。

雾霾里面有许许多多人们留下的痕迹，汽车尾气、化工厂排气、化工厂排污水等……

人们在这个世界上给后代留下的够多了，可是现在的大家给后代却留下了一个十分不好的一种气体那就是我们现在的雾霾。

我们大家现在要一起联合在一起抵抗病毒的新的援军——雾霾大将。我们可以多种树，少开车。我们每次出门的时候也要带上口罩哟!我们也尽量少出门。

雾霾也影响着我们的心情，开车时一定要注意前方的安全，不要疲倦驾驶因为雾霾也会让人们感到疲倦。如果遇到不好的事情，要控制好自己的心情，不要暴躁，要心平气和的去解决。

在交通方面，不要急躁，因为有霾，就会有雾，所以会容易堵车和发生交通事故。

所以请大家，一起防护雾霾吧!一起行动起来。

我们大家也要一起多运动，有雾霾的时候尽量不要出门，如果没有急事不要出门。我们也能可以在室内里面做一些小运动。

我的家乡是美丽的冰城哈尔滨，它四季景色宜人，空气新鲜。可不知是什么时候雾霾魔女闯进了这个美丽的城市，整个城市变得乌烟瘴气。人们出门必须戴口罩，医院的呼吸道科也是人满为患。这是什么原因让可怕的魔女闯进来的呢?

原因之一是人们不注意保护环境，乱砍乱伐树木。其次汽车尾气的排放，居民供暖煤炭的燃烧，还有一些不合格的化工厂排放的废气，这致使大气环境受到严重的污染，久而久之便形成雾霾天气。雾霾里含有：一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫以及颗粒物，对人体的健康的危害性极大，轻者导致呼吸道感染，重者死亡。真是太可怕了!我们怎么能让雾霾来伤害我们的健康呢?

不，不能，所以我们大家要行动起来，保护我们的大气环境，多植树，出门少开车，尽量乘坐公共汽车，尽量使用太阳能等无污染或污染小的能源。我相信通过大家共同的努力，我们的大气环境会很快的得到改善。为了我们美丽的家园和我们的身心健康。大家一起加油吧!

一场大雾在人们不知不觉中悄然而至。一大早刚起床，就看见外面白茫茫的一片，哎呀，又下雾了。

最近这几周这空气也不知道是怎么了，几乎每周都要来上一场浓雾，一出门，大街上浓雾弥漫，仿佛走进了伸手不见五指的迷魂洞，那乳白色的雾像轻盈的烟尘又似穿不透的薄纱，时时刻刻围绕在身边。

走在路上，只能看清楚自己身旁的东西，连对面高大的楼房都已经模糊看不清了，转头却突然看到了马路上看不到尽头的汽车，再看看这讨厌的鬼天气，我仿佛看到了工厂烟囱排放的滚滚黑烟，我仿佛看到了烟花散去后那满天的烟尘，我仿佛看到了焚烧秸秆的漫天浓烟……

很多人可能没有想过，这雾霾是怎么来的，有因必有果，当马路上的车流量一日比一日多的时候，当鞭炮“噼噼啪啪”响起的时候，就注定了我们一定要吃这样的苦果。看看春节期间，好容易这烟花量比往年少了一些，谁知这商家开业及元宵节放的鞭炮比春节都多，好一个火树银花不夜天，可是，这不夜天换回来的不仅是一次盛大的视觉宴会，更多的是一次又一次的雾霾天气，这飘逸在空气中的细小颗粒物，一般的口罩根本抵挡不住，只会给人们带来一次又一次的伤害。

汽车尾气、重金属、危险化学品、电子废物、土壤等引发的环境问题已经威胁人体健康和公共安全，让我们行动起来，从我做起，为保护我们的家园做出贡献!

老龄化现象The Aging Phenomenon

The Family Plan has been adopted for several years, most of the young generation are only child because their parents follow the government’s policy. Over more than 30years, most family are made up of grandparents, parents and a child. Here comes the problem, the society is facing an aging situation, more and more people are getting old while the young people are less. For a typical family, four grow-ups are at the age of over 40 with a young kid less than 20years old. The aging society is getting more and more obvious, such phenomenon has been catch mass media’s attention. The policy of one child has been doubted, it has been strongly advised that a family is allowed to raise two kids. I totally agree with that, it not only bring happiness to family, but also relieve the pressure of aging problem.

计划生育已经执行了很多年了，年轻一代大都是独生子，因为他们的父母执行国家的计策。30多年过去了，很多家庭是由祖父母，父母和一个孩子组成。问题也出现了，社会面临着老龄化处境，很多人变老，然而年轻人却少。对与一个典型的家庭来说，四个成年人已过四十和一个不到20岁的孩子。老龄化社会越来越突出，这样的现象引起了大众媒体的注意。一个孩子的政策遭到了质疑，强烈一个家庭应该允许有2个孩子。我完全同意，这不仅给家庭带来欢乐，而且减轻了老龄化问题的压力。

I cant see the sky, cant see the sun, cant see the ground, also cant see the ground of car, feel like living in wonderland. In the afternoon, I sleep wake up and see the fog outside little a lot, can see across the floor. I hope the fog dispersed quickly.

今天早上,我起床后走到阳台上,拉开窗帘,哇!外面一片雾蒙蒙!对面的楼已经模糊不清,只有一扇窗户透出浅蓝的灯光。我看不见天空,看不见太阳,看不见地面,也看不见地面的车,感觉就像住在仙境中一样。如果没有爸爸妈妈在,看见这样的仙境我就有点害怕。

上午9点多,大叔(老爸)带我们去文化宫打球。我们穿着棉袄,戴着口罩,捂得严严实实。我们从小区南门出去,路上人很少,我眼前一片朦胧,眼都快睁不开了。远处的田野是白茫茫的大雾,路旁的树和对面过来的行人,走近了才能看清。我很害怕,幸亏大叔车速不快。

电视上说,这种雾霾天气,空气中有大量的细菌,人呼吸后很容易生病,大家最好不要出门。

下午,我睡觉醒来,看见外面的雾小了很多,对面的楼能看清了。我希望这些雾赶紧散去。

12月5号，我们因为雾霾天气的影响被迫停课一天，这让我既高兴又难过。高兴的是今天可以玩不用上学，难过的是外面的污染实在太严重了。

那么为什么会出现这样的天气呢?我上网查了一下什么是雾霾：原来雾是自然天气现象，霾是悬浮在空气中的烟、灰尘等物质，随着呼吸气体进入人体内并粘附在人体下呼吸道和肺叶中，对人体有害。是人为环境污染所致。这让我想到身边的一些事，爸爸开车带我出去玩，汽车不知道排出了多少尾气，让空气污染变得严重，焚烧秸秆，浓烟飘到了碧蓝的天空，。这样污染环境的现象还有很多，如工业废气，建筑扬尘、煤炭燃烧等。

大家只要不图享受，不贪心，从自身做起，就会减少污染。我向大家发出倡议，保护环境，人人有责，从我做起，从大家做起!

一转眼，冬天就来了，这可是我们这些孩子最喜欢的季节，堆雪人、打雪仗。但是，今年，我们却没有玩得那么开心，大多数的时间都是在室内度过的，让我们来看一看这到底是怎么回事吧？

常常会看到街上有浓浓的白雾，走在街道上就好像在仙境里一样，但是，这些白雾可不是什么好东西，就是它阻挡了我们玩得脚步。不用说也知道了，这就是讨厌的雾霾。

对于雾霾，我想大家都对它有一些了解。雾霾是由空气中的一些微小颗粒组合在一起形成的，这些细小的颗粒是大气变得浑浊，形成了雾霾，简单的说，造成雾霾的主要原因就是地面的灰尘过多。

雾霾给我们带来的麻烦可不少。首先，让我们最烦心的就是雾霾让我们的出行变得很不方便。白天走在街道上，伸手不见五指，周围的建筑全被雾笼罩了，在家里通过窗户往外望去，外面就像仙境一般，雾把所有的东西都淹没了，能看到的，只有白色的雾。这些还不算什么，更让人烦心的是雾霾让我们的旅游计划都泡汤了，因为雾霾的天气，飞机不得不停飞，到了一个景点看到的都是白色的雾。

雾霾不仅给我们的出行带来了不便，对我们的身体健康也有很大的危害。现在只要一遇到雾霾天气，大多数的人都在家里不出来了，就算是要出来，也要带着口罩，防止吸入灰尘。这样看来，雾霾还真的是很讨厌呢！

现在，为了我们的健康，为了城市的环境，为了我们出行更加方便，为了我们可以呼吸的更新鲜的空气，让我们一起努力。从捡起脚下的一片废纸开始做起，不乱扔垃圾，多种植一些树木，尽量少开车，减少汽车尾气的排放……让我们一起把雾霾赶出去，告别那些在白雾中行走的日子。

让我们一起努力，和雾霾说再见，让我们的家园变得更美好！

今天早晨，我朦朦胧胧地起了床。往常，刺眼的阳光早把我耀眼忘我的眼里塞了，喊“疼”它也不肯放过我，丝毫不留情面！可是今天，太阳公公好像成了一个受风寒的小姑娘，微弱的阳光，让人怀疑是否天亮。

刚起床，妈妈闻声箭步跑过来，往我脸上戴了一样布制品的东西。我本能反应挣脱了它，妈妈急忙抚上：“今天是雾霾天气，有了PM2.5，严重污染了环境，所以得好好保护”我用余光看了下去这布制品原来是防PM2.5的口罩。

吃完早饭，我像往日一样读起了报，平常我是不留意天气的，今天异常地瞧了一下“哇！”因为雾霾天气，汽车追尾可不少，我一下担心起出门开车上班的爸爸有没有事。

“咳咳！”承受不住了！在口罩里呼吸又闷又憋，呼出去的是热气，吸进去的还是热气，不会吸了二氧化碳吧？总之是又闷又憋！想呼吸外面的“鲜美”的空气，可是又怕PM2.5！

唉！雾霾呀，雾霾你可把我们害惨了！
