In my opinion, making friends on line is a good wayto communicate with people from all over the world. However, every coin has two sides. When people try to make friends on line， they have to be very careful and cautious. Before meeting an on-line friend, they have to ensure that all the information concerning him or her is true.

To solve the problems concerning making friends on line, I think, the government should take strong measures to punish those who cheat people on line. As for those Internet users，they should be cautious when making friends on line.

在现在的生活中，网络已经普及了全世界，在发达的城市中几乎每家每户都有电脑。但是，在一些偏远的地方，有些人们还做不到拥有网络，于是，就有一些人去利用网络，在这些下层人群中开起了黑网吧，让网络这原本光明的人间服务器，变成了无形的杀人匕首。曾经就有这么一个孩子，因为没有掌握好网络，从而迷上了网络游戏。从此，这个孩子就变得无比狡猾，每天都要想方设法的去弄到钱，就连偷他都毫不在乎。终于，在一个春光明媚的早晨，当人们开始了一天的美好生活时，这位在网吧里泡了一天的少年，因体力不支，再加上24小时的不进食，导致疲劳过度，死亡了。这是一个多么悲惨的现实啊!

有一些残疾人，没法去上学，但是他们却没有放弃学习。于是，他们知道要笨鸟先飞，就在网上不停的学习，付出了比常人高几倍的精力，去读书，去学习，在网上的文学网站中，到处都有着他们那精彩的陈辞。
