This summer holiday is so full of fun .because I help my mother do the housework every day.

（5） 一些只有复数形式的名词，如people, police, cattle, clothes等作主语时，谓语动词要用复数。例如：

二、用激励激发潜能。

三、用制度培养习惯。

四、用责任做好纽带。

五、用真心引领学生成长。

Saint of Tea" in Chinese history, who lived during the Tang Dynasty and who

wrote The Book of Tea, the first ever treatise on tea and tea culture. The

spirit of tea permeates Chinese culture, and throughout the country there are

many kinds of teas, teahouses, tea legends, tea artifacts and tea customs.

Better-known places to enjoy a good cup of tea in China include Beijing noted

for its variety of teahouses; Fujian and Guangdong provinces and other places in

the southeast of China that serve gongfu tea, a formal serving of tea in tiny

cups; the West Lake in Hangzhou, also the home of the Tea Connoisseurs

Association, noted for its excellent green tea; and provinces in southwest China

like Yunnan where the ethnic groups less affected by foreign cultures retain tea

ceremonies and customs in original tea-growing areas.

透过在教师队伍中开展了“强师风、铸师魂，争做人民满意教师”的师德教育活动，并将今年定为师德建设年。育人先树德，教师只有树立好自身的形象，才能真心、真情、真意地去教育学生。

透过这一阶段的学习，让我对《义务教育法》、《教师法》、《未成年人保护法》有了一些具体的了解，使我懂得教书育人的使命感和职责性，并约束与规范了我日常的教学行为，努力做一个懂法、守法、护法的人民教师。

学校在师德教育活动中，开展了群众学习与个人自学相结合的方式，从多层次、多角度学习了全国优秀教师的感人事迹。使我感悟到教师职业的崇高性，认识到我的人生价值。作为一名教师，我应当为人师表，做学生的楷模，要不断提高自身的职业道德修养，正确认清和对待自己应履行的职责。

透过开展师德师风学习，使我更加清醒地认识到学生作为学习的主体，他们思想活跃，思维天真，好动，好闹，工作烦燥之时，我会不自觉地把学生的这种习惯当成“不懂事”，事后想来，这样的我是不就应的，事实上，学生是一个活的“生命体”，他们有属于自己的感觉和要求，优秀的学生人人喜爱，然而调皮的学生也并非一无是处。作为一名教师要有一副“放大镜”的眼去寻找与挖掘他们身上的闪光点。以“点”带面促进学生进步，在今后的教学中我要努力克服自己的不良情绪，沉下心来，静下心来去教育每位学生，要学会用优秀教师的品质激励自己。和优秀教师相比，我目前的思想境界还要不断提高。在教学方面首先要把学生当作朋友，改变师道尊严的旧观念，使自己的教育深受学生喜爱，家长认可，做一个人民满意的教师。

透过学校开展的师德师风学习，也让我发现了自身的不足。做人民满意的教师不能光作为一种口号，要付出实际行动，在教育教学中首先要学会不断学习，以学习来丰富自己的学识，提高自身潜力，业务水平;其次，在实际教学中要勤于钻研，倾心育人，要用心去传授知识，培养学生多方面的智力;另外，师是服务于学生的，在服务学生的同时，要教会学生怎样做人，做一个对社会有用的人。

总体而言，师德师风教育活动的学习中，先进教师的精神和行为荡涤了我的心灵，激励了我教书育人的热情，也警示了我工作中的不足，更让我体会到人生的价值所在，即工作是快乐的，奉献是幸福的!
