A Visit to the Flower Show

Last week Nature Park held a flower show. I went to visit it with my friends. I was very glad to see so many beautiful flowers in the park. I was really amazed to see a sea of colourful

flowers. They told me that some rare flowers came from Taiwan. Thousands of people stopped and watched them carefully. I took many pictures there. Taiwan has always been a part of our country. I am sure sooner or later we can go there to see many more beautiful flowers. What great fun it will be.

Oh! The winter vacation! I finally can easily play! Can I ~ is that should not be so to play alone. 寒假又来了，放假那天，老师在黑板上布置的作业比较多。对于我来说，老师布置的寒假作业要全部完成还是需要很多时间的，因为又是很难，又是很多。由于寒假作业比较多，需要合理的安排好时间才能完成，所以我制订了一个寒假学习生活计划。

1、首先要认认真真、仔仔细细地完成老师布置的作业。我打算在前半个月里把所有的作业都做完，这样在接下来的时间里就可以痛痛快快、无忧无虑地玩了。

2、寒假里要看一本或两本好书。好书能让我增长知识，开阔视野，懂得许多道理。然后，写一篇读后感，把看书后的真切体会记录下来。

3、从今天开始要每天练书法，因为明年3月份，我就要参加诸暨市的毛笔字比赛了，为了为学校争光，为了回报书法老师，为了提高自己，我必须得好好努力，争取在比赛中取得好成绩。还有，尤老师的“光棍本色”和“光棍之家”我还没有题呢，我答应了他却还没有兑现，这次放假，我一定把这两幅字赠给尤老师。

4、我打算隔一天在自己的博客上发表一篇日记或作文，这样可以提高我的写作能力，陶冶情操。我还可以在网上与大家交流，交上许多好朋友。

5、在过年之前，我要练一首新的钢琴曲，准备在新年PARTY上大显身手，让大家刮目相看。

6、寒假我要和爸爸妈妈一起到外面去玩，领略美丽的自然风光、放松心情。这也是写作的好素材啊。

7、过年，我还要去拜年，要和哥哥、弟弟、妹妹一起玩，一起打羽毛球、乒乓球，一起去城市广场放风筝、去登老鹰山……

10月7日下午，妈妈和我去萧山日报社参加小记者活动：亲子讲座《聪明的父母教你学习英语》。

主讲人是金山小学涂亿奕小记者的妈妈，她和我们一起分享了她给女儿制定的英语学习计划和她家英语学习的方法和体会。

讲座一开始，涂妈妈就问我们学习英语的动机和目标是什么？一位小记者站起来回答说：“我学习英语是为了以后出国能更好地与外国人交流”。“这是个非常好的目标”，涂妈妈接着说，“那么我们怎样才能学好英语呢？适合自己的学习方法很重要！”涂妈妈介绍了自己女儿的英语学习方法，她给女儿精心挑选了一本英文版《夏洛的网》，让女儿像学习语文一样学习英语，先泛读，再精读，每天读一段，通过每天的坚持，一段时间后她女儿终于读完了整本书，英语成绩也在不知不觉中提高了。接下来，涂妈妈又让女儿通过朗读短文、朗读原版书和学唱英文歌等多种形式来学习英语。涂妈妈说我们的母语学习是从听和看、读和唱、说和写逐步积累起来的，英语学习也是一样，只要坚持不懈就一定能学好！

嗯，意料之中的一种，小学生们十分配合。由于是复习刚刚所学过的单元，不少人已经掌握得很好，外加是实习老师的授课，大家显得特别的积极和热情。

上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

“你是一部厚厚的书，我愿用一生来读，你是一棵参天的树，永远牵着我的路，美好心愿的全部，是燃烧生命的红烛……”这是《师德启示录》的片头曲，旋律恢弘悠远、意味深长!听了使人心潮澎湃，感动肺腑。

百年大计教育为本，教师的肩上承担着多么重大的历史使命!作为一个教师，不仅要有丰富的科学文化知识，而且还要有为人师表的职业道德和素质修养。此片以模拟情景再现了几位有经验的教师在教育学生方面的小故事传说，看过之后，我受益非浅，对他们的教育方法赞叹不绝!

其中有一位教师在下课之后，走出教室的时候，收到一个男孩子写的纸条：“老师，请您注意我!”，这位教师思忖了良久，又找到这个男孩子，对他说：“老师在上课时没有叫到你，是怕你回答不好，同学们会笑话你，这样你不是没有面子吗?咱们这样约好：下次遇到问题，如果你会就举左手，如果你不会就举右手，你看怎么样?”孩子点了点头，转身跑了。

这是一件很不起眼的小事情，通常会被忙碌中的教师们所忽略，而这位教师却很耐心细致的作通了孩子的思想工作，解开了孩子心中的疙瘩，他的做法和责任心难道不是我们学习的榜样吗?即使工作再忙再累再烦琐，也要把孩子的问题放在第一位啊!

还有一位教师，他在学生丢失钢笔以后的反映和做法更是值得我们深刻的记着，当时他站在讲台上，态度平静温和，语言生动有趣：“同学们，今天有个小朋友，他的钢笔不见了，我想肯定是哪位同学借去用了，还没有来得及还给他，因为我们都知道偷别人的东西是很不好的行为，所以老师想一定是哪个同学借去了，忘了还，我们要钢笔自己飞回来好不好?”

接着，他在讲桌上放了一只空盒子，把学生们叫到教室外面，然后对学生们说：“我们一个一个进去，检查自己的书包，如果钢笔在你那里，你就把它放进讲桌上的空盒子里，如果钢笔不在你那里，那么你就不要动那只空盒子，直接走出来就可以了，相信同学们能把这件事情作好”说完，他们就开始行动了，最后，果然“钢笔自己飞回来了”。

像这样的事情，在学校里经常发生，有的丢钢笔了，有的丢红领巾了，有的丢钱了等等，这种事情的普遍性并不代表学生就一定是素质差，是小偷小摸的行为盛行，孩子还小，自理能力又差，管理不好自己的东西，有的孩子借别人的东西甚至还不懂得先要征得人家的同意，拿过来就用，用后还忘记归还，如果老师不理解孩子的心理和行为特征，一味的训斥孩子是“偷”，那么势必将造成不良的影响和后果，严重的要悔掉孩子的一生!让孩子在阴影里度过自卑自弃的童年，孩子要对这样背负一生的罪名付出怎样的代价呀!

教师的工作是相当繁重的，那种忙碌和琐碎是一般人所想象不到的，有时候真是累得缺少了耐心和细致，对于学生们屡见不鲜的事情已经到了视若无睹的麻木程度。然而《师德启示录》里的那位老教师对于学生的差错却没有表现出不耐烦的态度，也没有不问青红皂白的劈头盖脸的训斥，而是顺着事态的发展缓和的解决。她把孩子带到课堂上的青蛙，暂时用一个鞋盒子装起来，等到放学的时候问孩子：“你为什么要带青蛙来上课呀”孩子告诉她说：“老师我看到一本书上说，小蚂蚁可以斗青蛙，我就很怀疑，那么小的蚂蚁能斗得过青蛙吗?就在今天上学路上我发现了一只青蛙，就抓来想做个实验。”

听到这些话，我们还能对孩子进行批评吗?孩子的求知欲望和好奇心是多么需要保护和鼓励呀!我们的这位老教师于是和蔼可亲的告诉孩子：“你是遵守纪律的，可青蛙不能呀，它的叫声和跳动扰乱了课堂秩序，我们不能把它带到学校课堂上来呀，如果你事先放在老师这里，老师给你找个合适的地方保存不是更好吗?”看到这里，我不禁要为这位老教师叫好!她富有耐心的蹲下来听孩子一五一十的解释和述说，给孩子表达的机会，让他说下去，等待着最后的答案，而最后的答案往往会让我们大吃一惊，喜出望外!

我不禁又联想到一个电视节目，主持人问孩子：“如果飞机没油啦，你该怎么办?”孩子仰着天真的小脸认真的回答说：“我会告诉大家，把安全带系好，然后我背着降落伞跳下去。”当时在场的观众笑得前仰后合，啼笑皆非。而主持人继续耐心的问着孩子：“你跳下去之后呢?”孩子有板有眼的回答说：“我要弄许多许多汽油给飞机，不让飞机掉下来。”这个出人意料的善良而天真的答案让我们大家又作何感想?给孩子说下去的机会吧，听孩子把话讲完!

《师德启示录》看完了，带给我们的深刻思考是多么的厚重，教师这个人类灵魂的工程师所担负的教育事业是多么的神圣而崇高啊，在新时期的历史条件下，师德建设是刻不容缓、势在必行的!教师对自身的道德、人格要有更高的要求。要自觉的为人师表，作道德的表率。在教育工作中，对学生的要求，应该也是对自己的要求;要求学生做的，首先自己要做到。在日常工作和生活的各个方面，也要严格要求，作出榜样。就是在八小时之外的日常生活中，在家庭生活、朋友相处中，教师也要严格要求自己。

总之，作为教师，应该自觉地意识到，对学生的教育和影响不只是在教室里，教师日常生活的每一个言行都会对学生产生影响，都是一种教育，或是好的，或是坏的。只有时时处处严格要求自己，才能无愧于教师的神圣称号。

Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese traditional festival. It falls on the

fifth day of May in the lunar calendar. A day before this festival, my mother

My travel plans are many, I tell you my favorite travel plan, is go to huang shan to play. First I by cable car to light top, on their way to see the beautiful scenery.

When I top down from the light is not choose by cable car, but choose to walk down the mountain. Because in the way I can enjoy the beautiful scenery, and streams than who run fast. Though very tired, but I can enjoy the beautiful scenery.
