before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our

1、每天坚持送孩子入园，早晨把孩子送到班上交给老师就尽快离开，不要在班级门口、窗口逗留，以免影响孩子的情绪。家长的心态很重要，幼儿虽小，对家长的情感、心态却是十分敏感的，当孩子察觉到家长的依恋感和动摇心态就会强化他的要求，更不愿上幼儿园了。所以，家长应该坚持送孩子，不要犹豫，更不能 “三天打鱼，两天晒网”，家长的“妥协”，只能延长孩子不适应的时间。

2、在家注意对孩子进行一些自理能力的培养(如：吃饭、穿衣、大小便等);其次要引导孩子多说话，善于表达自己的愿望和想法。另外，把孩子送进幼儿园也是给孩子一次适应新环境的锻炼机会，作为家长应该让孩子去承受这种锻炼，培养社会适应能力，这对孩子日后成长也是十分必要和有利的。

3、由于幼儿年龄小，一下子不能适应幼儿园的生活，常常会出现大小便在裤子上的现象，因此，请家长为孩子准备一些裤子及袜子，并写上孩子的名字，以便替换。来幼儿园为孩子穿的衣服式样要简单，便于幼儿穿脱，上衣要前开口，衣裤要宽松，尽量不穿背带裤、长裙及硬底的皮鞋和有鞋带的鞋子。

4、安全工作，警钟长鸣。每天来幼儿园要检查孩子的口袋，不要让孩子带零食和有危险的东西(如：小珠子、小刀以及尖锐的小东西)，不要给孩子带耳环及项链、戒指等贵重物品，以免遗失。每天早上送孩子入幼儿园一定要把孩子亲手交到班上老师的手中，不能让孩子自己进教室。如你的孩子生病需要吃药的，请把药交到老师手中，并写明服药时间、剂量等。

5、对于孩子的哭闹情绪，千万不要自己胡乱猜测孩子拒绝入园的种种原因(如：是不是有小朋友欺负他了?是不是幼儿园的饭菜不合口?是不是老师不喜欢他?。..。..)，家长的担心很正常，但一定要理智的对待。

二、工作目标：

1、以竞赛活动为抓手，增强全校师生强身健体的锻炼意识，协调好学校抓好群体工作，进一步发扬我校传统特色。

2、体育学科要继续加强学习、研究，规范体育课堂教学。

3、抓好学校运动队的训练，在区级比赛中能出尖子选手。

幼儿可塑性大，模仿性强，教师的一言一行、一举一动都回对他们起到潜移默化的作用。甚至可以说，幼儿教师的道德水平，决定着幼儿的道德水平。因此，我们做幼儿教师的一定要严于律己，以身作则，时时处处给幼儿以楷模之影响。日常工作中注重自身的修养，做到文明、礼貌，善于与人合作，待人真诚，有耐心、不急躁，谈吐文雅，朴素，活波大方，端庄、整洁，诚实有自信，表里如一，动之以情，以情育人，晓之以理，以理塑人。

在今后的教育教学工作中我将严格要求自己，用心呵护每一个孩子，做一名优秀的幼儿教师。
