So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

On the twenty- fourth of December everyone gets excited for it’s the day before Christmas which is called Christmas Eve. The children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “Santa Claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” The younger kids actually believe that Santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. Food like short bread and beer are prepared for Santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. Some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Rise and shine on Christmas morning! The children are always the first ones to wake up, some even do at four. Present wrappers everywhere! They look into their presents with a big smile on their face and oh dear….I hope no one’s disappointed. I feel sorry for anyone that got pink underwear. st summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are lots and lots of visitors.Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests). There are all kinds of strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice,

elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.

晚上睡觉的时候，我躺在床上睡不着，想起白天的事情，忽然明白了，做人要从一点一滴的事情做起，不能因为眼前的一点小便宜，做出一些对不起人的事。这件事对我有了很大的教育，我爱我的妈妈，我打心里佩她。

England is the best place Ive ever been. Everything is so beautiful. I spent about one and a half days on the plane. When I arrived at Heathrow Airport in London, it was evening and the GREat trip was starting. there were many places I v is ited in London, like Big Ben, Westminster, the Tower of London……those are very famous. Most of the time in the afternoon, my parents and I sat and walked in the park. Have you seen“Notting Hill”before? the story in the movie happens in London. the Brit is h museum, Musee de Louver and the Metropolitan Museum of art are the three largest museums in the world. Ive v is ited two of them. then we left London for Cambridge, Windsor Castle, York and Stonehenge. they were excellent . Every small town has a h is tory of one or two thousand years. there was an art festival called“Tutto”in Edinburgh, and there were many street players who their lives to the shows. then we went to northern Scotland. It was dangerous! then we went back to London, and sat in the park, and the fat geese were so cute. That journey was the nicest memory of my life. I wont forget it.

My parents and I go to guilin tourism, heard that there are a lot of places of interest.

On that day, my parents and I went to guilin famous rock hole - the reed flute.

We came into the cave, cave dark inside. Commentator the flashlight to light for us, give us commentator rock: the rock, the world-famous strange form strange.

我和爸爸妈妈一起去桂林旅游，听说那里有很多名胜古迹。

就在那一天，我和爸爸妈妈就去了桂林著名的岩石洞进行观光——芦笛岩。

我们一进到芦笛岩，洞里面黑漆漆。解说员打开手电筒来为我们照明，给我们解说山石：山石闻名中外，奇形古怪。

我们开始走向岩石，并开始听解说员讲解山石。第一块山石是：瓜果飘香，代表着有许许多多的瓜果蔬菜，有节瓜、有大白菜、有佛手瓜、有苹果、有葡萄、有西瓜……第二块山石是一个空地，名叫：水晶宫。我觉得这里莫名奇妙的，地面非常的光滑，我找了一块大岩石摸一摸，冷冰冰的。突然，现场关灯，岩石上出现了五颜六色的光芒，像许多颗星星在往地下照耀。还有奏起了一些古老的音乐，仿佛到了“仙境”。再走了几个岩石洞，我们到了“雄狮送客”，在大大的岩石上面，坐着一只威猛的狮子，欢迎游客们下次再来参观芦笛岩。

这一天，我看到了各种各样的岩石，也让我的想象力插上了翅膀。
