Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

夏天，天气闷热，大多数的人都会在空调房里待着，看看电视什么的，这样又浪费电，又伤害眼睛，就拿我们家当例子吧，每个月至少可以用249度电，那两个月就是498度电，三个月就是747度电……一年用2988度电。全国有十多亿人口，如果都像我们家一样，那每个月就得用249000000度电，这是一个多么惊人的数字啊!再说了，长时间待在空调房里的人们很容易得空调病，大量的氟力昂也会污染空气，使天气一下子又热了许多，那又不用电，又可以保护眼睛，又能保持人体的健康，该怎么做呢?就来听听我的建议吧!

Protecting the Wild Animals

Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant panda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies. But it was not true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and they lacked of food. Thanks to these valuable data, the government took the policy to protect the animals. So today, the number of giant panda is increasing. Protect Our Environment It is important to beal with the rubbish in cities. Our world was colorful,beautiful and full of life. But these years, people have built many factories along rivers. 雾霾是一种雾，不要小看雾这个东西，它可以看得见，但是摸不着，所以每当雾霾这种现象来临后，天空就像被蒙上了一种看得见又摸不着的灰色的布，到了那个时候，白天云灰暗淡，一点儿阳光都无法看到，晚上甚至走路连地下的石头都看不到，就如人们近视了一样，没戴眼镜，看什么东西都模模糊糊的。

而且雾霾中含有灰尘和细菌，一但被呼吸入体内就会得病毒感冒。如果气管不好也会得支气管炎，而且还含有有害物质，而雾霾则是汽车排放的尾气是使空气受到了污染，不仅仅是一辆车排放的尾气，而是很多很多辆车的尾气集中在一起，从而形成的雾霾，如果是一辆车的。是远远不能形成的，而且城市里的汽车的数量太多，而且每一个人家都会开车，这就是形成了雾霾的主要原因。

而且不仅是汽车尾汽，施工时会有大量的沙子，泥土。而且施工的这些车子的尾气，也会产生比较严重的雾霾。拆除房子时大量的砖瓦倒地，风中含着浓重的沙子，泥土，砖瓦的气味，这些都使空气中的指数含量大大降低。

因此，我觉得保护好纯净的空气。应该从自己做起，因此我每次去学校时，总是起早些让爷爷开电瓶车去学校。电瓶车是用电的，不会产生污染。到学校也快，真是两全其美。

我觉得保护环境，应该从我做起。

I like riding bicycle

Today,I rode bicycle to travel around the Guilin central.I enjoy the

scenery while riding bicycle.The scenery of Guilin was so beautiful that I

couldnt help to take photos,which finally cause my cellphone lacked of

memory.Riding bicycle is not only helps me to keep fit，it also a good way for me

to travel and enjoy scenery.I like riding bicycle.

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

做粽子一定要有准备的。原来，姐姐已准备好浸泡了3个小时的糯米，同时也买好了粽叶，这样准备就让我大吃一惊了。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!

一天，大雁和它的姐妹一起飞回家乡。大雁对姐姐说：“我们的家应该很美吧！”姐姐说：“家乡原本就很漂亮，不可能变了。”

于是大雁告诉人们不要这样做了，人们没有听，继续工作，大雁们只好自己动手，重新把树木种起来，用翅膀拍打着水面，把污水都带走。过了三天三夜，它们终于把环境弄得干干净净，并在河边插了一个告示牌，上面写着：保护环境，人人有责。

人们看到了这个告示牌，都觉得自己做错了。从此，人们再也不破坏环境了。
