从这两件事可以看出碎片化生活对我们原本生活影响的严重性，我们该如何应对呢？

首先，当我们回家要做作业或工作时，我们应当避免与互联网工具像手机或电脑或者平板电脑，专心地解决作业，如果必须要用电脑等，一定要有很强的自控力，不被一些因素打扰。

改变碎片化的生活，不仅要改变外在因素，还要先改变自己。时间就像海绵里的水，只要挤挤总是会有的。这句话几乎被每个人记在脑袋里了，但又有多少人付出了实践呢？如果我们多利用一下自己的空闲时间，碎片化的生活就会完整很多。

今天，是一个特殊的日子——我们代表着南阳市38万小学生踏入了郑州十一中的校园，参加河南省校园足球“省长杯”足球锦标赛。

带队老师领着我们往宿舍走去，大老远的，一栋黄色的宿舍楼出现在我面前。走进楼里，推开宿舍的大门，映入眼帘的不是我们臆想中的单人席梦思床，而是四个铁架子高低铺，上面铺着一个软垫子和一张薄草席。我呼出一口气，心想：还好这里挺干净的。可接下来半天的生活令我立马改变了这个观点。

先说说这里的饭食吧！几个菜卖相看上去还是很不错的，有鱼香肉丝，红烧肉，土豆丝，鸡腿和豆腐。我先尝了一口鱼香肉丝里的菜苔，一口咬下去，就好像是咬在了树枝上一样，还带着一股酸味，我条件反射的一口吐了出来。又夹了一块红烧肉，却又再次一口吐了出来，这个红烧肉太甜了，我居然还从里面吐出来了一颗冰糖！我的天啊！谁能告诉我，郑州人为什么这么爱吃糖？炒个红烧肉，还至于放冰糖！土豆丝吃着倒还好，吃鸡腿的时候，简直要吓死我，肉里面还有血丝，豆腐一点味都没有……我们最终艰难的吃完了这顿饭。

下午练完足球，我们准备去洗个澡，却再一次的无语了——我们排了半个小时的队，还是没有洗上澡，等终于能洗了，却发现只有五个喷头，我们只能两个人共用一个喷头。浴室里有一根绳子，是专门用来搭衣服的，十个人的换洗衣服搭在一起，就连找到自己的衣服都变得困难了起来……

晚上睡觉的时候，枕头硬得像石头，硌得我脑袋疼。我自以为很干净的床铺，竟然还有一只半个小指头那么大的蜘蛛在我床的一个角落里光明正大的结网！因为十一点到了，已经熄灯了，等我好不容易消灭了那只蜘蛛时，已经十一点半了，室友们早就梦会周公去了……

我走进一看，长椅上的女青年低着头削着梨皮，长长的梨皮“吧嗒”一声掉在地上。男青年旁若无人地磕着瓜子，瓜子壳扔的满地都是。我不禁皱起了眉头，真脏，他们怎么一点公德心也没有呢?

“年纪轻轻，干清洁工的活儿，没出息。”男青年抬起头来，嘀咕了一句。清洁工阿姨却不生平，转过身心平气和地说：“我是个扫地的，可是我热爱我的工作，如果每个人都跟你们两个人一样，小区得有多脏。”那一对青年男女却无动于衷，一顿饭的工夫后，站了起来，拍拍屁股走了。

清洁工阿姨也走了。我以为她回家去，没想到过了没多久，她拐了回来，手上拿着清洁的工具，把刚才的地板打扫得干干净净。
