今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

寒假，令我感到难忘最难忘的就是和老爸爷爷一起堆雪人了。

起初，老爸拿了个铲子，我还以为他要把雪铲掉呢，其实，老爸是要堆雪人呢!我兴奋不已，急忙也上前去帮老爸，当他的助手。老爸要滚个中形的雪球，我犯啥了，雪球咋滚呀?这可是我第一次堆雪人呐，我只好请教老爸了。老爸说：“你先做个小的球，然后再慢慢的向前滚去。动画片里不是一直有那种雪球，慢慢越滚越大的嘛，你就照做!”我点点头。果然，球从小到大在大起来，好大呀!

真是功夫不负有心人啊，经过我们仨的同心协力，终于把身子给完美了，接下来，还剩头了，我和老爸把我刚滚的球抱起来，正想按上，但滚的雪球里头是空的，又全碎了，出于无奈，爷爷就说做一个吧。老爸又徒手用雪做了个球，这下可是滚圆的头啊!按上了头，该装眼睛和鼻子了，奶奶找来两颗橄榄，说是当眼睛用，妈妈拿来了个红萝卜，当鼻子用，我又说：雪人该有张嘴和帽子!

比较厚的羽绒服相当于9℃，薄款羽绒服相当于6℃，稍厚的弹力絮棉衣是5℃，厚羊毛衫是4℃，棉背心4℃，厚外套4℃、薄外套是3℃，衬衫是1℃等，若温度为22℃，那么穿一件短袖T加一件薄外套就可以：22+1+3=26，控制在26℃就可以。这就是那个帖子的内容。现在我就要开始了。

我家室温现在是二十一度，按照帖子上说的，我只要穿上一件四度的棉背心和一件衬衫，保持在二十六度就行了。于是，我找来了一件棉背心、一件衬衫和一个塑料瓶。我在塑料瓶在里面装满了清水，一量温度，三点五度，然后我又用两件衣服把塑料瓶裹得严严实实，生怕里面进一丝凉气。

终于弄好了。现在就剩等待了。半个小时后，我迫不及待的打开了衣服，把体温计放进了水瓶里。一会后，我把体温计拿了出来，本以为这瓶水就算达不到三十多度，也起码会达到十几度，这也就证明穿衣法则有一些科学根据。但是结果却不像我想的那样，一看，才四点二度，就增加了零点七度，那么一丁点点，看来，这个穿衣法则真的不可信。

就在这时，我听见楼下妈妈再叫我，说出去活动活动。哈哈，出去玩喽！我急忙穿好衣服，飞奔到楼下。哇！外面怎么这么冷！只见我哆哆嗦嗦。我穿的也不少啊，怎么还这么冷？没办法，我只好上楼又穿了一件小棉袄。但刚走到楼下，我又觉得非常的热。怎么回事？不穿棉袄又冷，穿了棉袄又热，这是怎么回事啊？

于是，我又一次的跑上了楼。这一次，我想到了穿衣法则。事到如今，只好再相信它一次了。我穿上了一件棉背心，一件厚外套，里面再穿了一件毛裤和衬衫。我又一次跑下了楼，本以为这一次又会冷或者热，可谁想身上却不冷不热，刚刚好！这时，我一拍我的头，诶呀！我怎么忘了最重要了东西了。

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. Now,I know I am behind time so much in fact. I hope to catch up with the time by my hard studying. Every day, you can see me get up early, doing exercise hard and go to school the first one. At night, I am the one who leaves away the library. The most interesting thing is that I can’t speak the PUTONGHUA well and made many funny events at the beginning， as I am from South. When I entered the classroom at first time, I was headache as I couldn’t understand what the professor was speaking. I met much difficulties at math, physics and other courses, even though I used to be good at these sciences. Therefore, I learn these courses myself after class. After three months, the exmination indicated that I overcame all the difficlties. I also improved my listening and spoken ability of Chinese quickly. Communication is very important to my college life. I studyEnglish hard as well. It makes me have many chances to communicate with foreigners. I made friends with many foreign teachers and students. From them, I learn many knowledge about foreign cultures. The computer room is another place I like to staying. I contact the outside world by the internet. All the News, advance science, and the information about internal and outside of China.

Besides study, my college life is also very colorful. I’d like to take any chance to improve my communication skill. I am the monitor and playing an active role in class and school. Last year, I organized a speech match in management department. All the classmates were very interested in this kind of activity. I learned from them much about their hometown, their knowledge and opinions. At the same time, I shew my beautiful hometown to everyone. In school, I take care all the classmates around me. I am so poor due to from the romote countryside. The school pay most the fee for my education. I feel very happy. However, I know some classmates are poorer than me. I am willing to care them and encourage each other.

My college life is long and short. I believe that I can spend a good time in the four years. I hope I will have no any regretion when I look back the short youth of college in the future. Thanks!

Since I watched the movie and was attracted by the girl who was dancing like an angel, I wanted to be her. I told my mother that I wanted to take the dance class. She was very happy and took me to the dance studio. At first, I practised so hard and felt great to make progress step by step. But a month passed, I felt so bored to do the same movement everyday, and I wanted to quit the class. But thinking about letting my mother down and if I gave up this time, I would do the same thing next time, so I decided to insist. This was the road that I chose, so I can’t give up.

The pictures tell us the issue of hunting jobs for college students is increasingly and seriously important in current days. What’s more , individuals, organizations and even the whole society have been attaching due attention to this issue. On one hand, when facing the pressure of finding a job, students are struggling painfully. The burden can cause not only depression but also anxiety and such problems as isolation and solitude. One’s thought , creative thinking and exploration spirit, therefore, have been stifled by pursing measurable high scores and various certificates when confronting this harsh reality. On the other hand , that college students fail to change the conventional view on jobs and to adapt their goals to the reality deepens this problem. Were there no prompt and proper solution to this problem, never would we taste the happiness of the harmonious society.

图画告诉我们大学生就业的问题在当今越来越重要了。个人，团体，政府甚至是整个社会都很关注这个问题。一方面，当面对找工作的压力时，学生们痛苦的挣扎着。这样的负担不仅给他们带来了抑郁和焦虑的问题，还带来了像孤单，孤僻这样的问题。这样一来，面对这样的残酷现实，一个人的思考，创造性的思维，开拓的精神很可能因为追求可被量化的分数和证书的而被遏制了。另一方面，大学生没有能改变传统的就业观念让自己的目标更贴近现实也进一步的加重了这个问题。如果不能及时和恰当的解决这个问题，我们将不可能实现体会到和谐社会的幸福感。

What should be done to reverse this situation? For one thing, instead of just earning their degrees and high exam scores, college students are expected to cultivate their potentials such as creation, imagination and coordination. Such qualities, though cannot be measured by their college certificates, really matter in their prospective career. For another thing, the educational institutions are supposed to integrate more practical training in their programs so that more netpetent college graduates can be produced for our society. Above all, the new awareness that all jobs are equal in dignity and that fame and excellence can be reached at any occupation should be promoted in the whole society.

如何改变这样的现状呢，一方面学生不只是要注重文凭和分数，学生们还需要培养自己的创造性，想象力和协调能力。这样的素质虽然不能用证书来衡量却在以后工作中非常重要。另一方面，教育机构应该整合课程加入一些实用课程，让学生成为这个社会需要的一员。最重要的是，整个社会都应该认识到：任何工作都是有尊严的，优秀和卓越在任何工作中都能成就。
