我来为低碳生活出一些金点子：一水多用，一盆水有许多用处，可以洗衣服、洗手等等，用完以后，许多人都会把它倒掉，可对我来说，这盆水可以干好多事，比如先用这盆水洗洗水果，然后可以洗洗手，再把剩下来的水用来洗洗衣服或者拖拖地，如果还有剩下来多一些的水可以冲冲马桶呢!上过厕所冲马桶的时候，要双键冲马桶，这样的话节水好用。节约用电是每个人必要做的一件事，每当到了夏天，人们都会把空调或者电风扇开下来，并且一开就是几个小时，非常费电。其实这些都是不必要的，只需要扇扇子就可以感到无比凉爽，不必那么费电。在家还要随手关掉暂时不需要开的灯，所有的人都要出门的话，要把所有的灯关掉，这样的话比较省电。电视和电脑是让人们放松心情的娱乐电器，用起来十分费电，而且还有对人身体不好的辐射呢!这样放松心情的方法太费电了，，其实最好的放松方法就是找一位好朋友聊聊最近的趣事，或者和好朋友一起跳跳绳、打打羽毛球等等。

这些节约用水、电的好方法，希望大家都能够做到。低碳生活，从我做起，从身边的小事做起!

这个暑假,我非常开心.虽然我没有出去旅游。但是我和朋友们到养老院去帮助老人们。到了养老院,我们自我介绍了后,就开始为老人们做事了。首先,我们先分了组。有的去扫地,有的去帮老人们捶背,有的陪老人们解闷,而我和其他的朋友帮老人晒洗被子。我们开始了,我们用洗衣粉洒在老人们的被子上,用刷子搓了又搓,很累。我体会到了妈妈的辛苦。接着,我们就晒被子了。我们在养老院待了一个下午,和老人道别后,我决定以后多帮父母做家务。

转眼之间，快乐而又充实的寒假生活就结束了。放假之初，为了让孩子度过一个丰富而有意义的寒假生活，结合老师的计划安排，我和他又一起制订了一份新的寒假计划。“凡事有预则立”，有了这份

计划，既能培养孩子养成按时做事的好习惯，也能对他的整个假期生活确立一个明确的目标。

按照这份计划安排，每天早晨他吃过早餐后的第一件事就是做寒假作业，所以他的这份寒假作业几乎是没费什么力气就完成了。做完作业，再开始绘画、跳绳、拍球、打羽毛球等。孩子的体育成绩一直

是他的弱项，我们就想利用这个假期把他的不足弥补起来。经过一个假期的锻炼，他的跳绳取得了明显进步，从过去只能跳两三个到连续跳几十个，他自己也欣喜不已。成绩虽然不起眼，但是我们觉得

，关注孩子的弱点，发挥他的长项，才能够让他全面发展，这对培养他的自信心很重要。

一年级学生经过一个学期的学习，已经掌握许多常用的汉字。所以，我们要求他每天读20分钟的课外书，读完后讲给我们听。阅读是一件非常重要的能力锻炼，对他今后的写作能力培养意义重大。刚开

始，他很不情愿读，因为遇到生字老是卡住，我们就与他一起读，讲到开心的地方大家一起哈哈大笑，他也逐渐体会到了阅读的乐趣。

为了培养孩子的观察力和判断力，我们还一起玩“大寻宝”游戏，将“宝物”事先藏在小区的不同位置，再让他按图索宝;或者动手做一些科学小实验，如“纸杯不着火”、“神奇的小毛巾”等等，都

是生活中寻常可见的科学现象，可以就地取材，孩子理解起来也颇为容易;有时候让他自己动手采集大自然的树叶，认识各种各样的树叶，并通过网上查找，认识更多的树叶，再做成树叶标本，这些游

戏让他乐此不疲，在游戏中轻松地获取了知识。

假期虽短，但是如果能够合理安排、有效利用，孩子一定能够度过一段丰富而有意义的寒假生活，我们也期待与更多的家长分享孩子的假期生活。

今天，我要向大家说说我从菜地里捉来的蜗牛。

蜗牛有一个漂亮的壳，它是蜗牛的房子。蜗牛的壳上有细细的螺纹，有些在左右两侧，有些在后面。这些螺纹有向右边旋转的，也有向左边旋转的，我们分别叫它们右旋和左旋。

蜗牛有两对触角，其中最长、而且在最上面的那一对触角上长着眼睛，下面的那一对触角则是用来感知空气的变化的。我还发现，蜗牛的两对触角特别灵活。你去碰一下它的触角，触角就用比赛车还快的速度缩回去，和头缩成一团，像一个小皮球，需要过好一会儿，触角才会慢慢地、慢慢地伸出来。

蜗牛的嘴很小，几乎看不见了。可蜗牛是有嘴的，而且嘴里面有成千上万颗小牙!蜗牛利用这些小牙来吃自己喜欢的东西，比如青菜叶、面包、果皮……这些味道淡的东西它都爱吃，而且吃得非常快。我给它吃的是青菜叶，蜗牛在吃的时候头会上下摇晃，它不吃叶脉，只吃叶肉。难道它也像我妈妈一样不喜欢吃硬的东西吗?

蜗牛的腹部有腹足，爬的时候就靠腹部的肌肉收缩运动来爬行。蜗牛爬过的地方会留下黏液，我知道这是用来保护身体，减少爬行阻力的。蜗牛的尾巴很短、很小，在爬的时候会被拖在后面。

蜗牛的粪便从排泄孔排除体外，大蜗牛的粪便会慢慢地钻出排泄孔，又粗又长;小蜗牛的粪便小很多，像芝麻点一样。蜗牛粪便有的黑白相间，有的有黄有黑……老实说，这让我觉得非常恶心!

我喜欢我们家的蜗牛!这次观察让我学到了许多知识，非常值得。
