微笑是冬日中的一缕阳光，温暖着人的心灵;微笑是一条丝带，将你我系紧;微笑是失败时的鼓励，让你我重新站起;微笑是沙漠中的绿洲，支撑着我们前进的动力，微笑使一滴滴甘露滋润着我们的心田。

我总忘不了那天，阳光下那个微笑，那是最美的微笑……那是一个周末，太阳掀开了连日来的阴霾，我与好朋友相约去爬山。我们来到山脚下，我们出发了，一开始还凉风习习，石阶两边的大树似一个个绿色的巨人，为我们挡着太阳。风中，还伴着花儿和青草的香气，令人心旷神怡。我哼着小曲儿，一步一跳着往前走着。随着时间的流逝，我的体力一点一点的在消耗，越往上爬，树荫也越少，阳光越毒辣。我的额头渐渐地开始冒汗，汗水汇聚起来，顺着我的脸颊往下流淌，滴落在地上。慢慢地我有些支撑不住，步子越迈越小，节奏越走越慢，没有树木的遮挡，阳光直射下来，似利剑般射向我们。我的步伐越发沉重了，每迈出一步，都好像提起千斤重物。鞋子也好像不配合我，挤得我脚疼。我只好“一瘸一拐”地走路，向前看了看，发现朋友们早已把我远远地甩在后面，不见踪影了。

我咬了咬呀，继续前进!可是我的脚痛极了，如千万只小虫在咬我的脚底，每抬一下都十分困难，我又热又渴，嘴唇都干裂了。我又抬头向上望去，大山高耸入云，上山的石阶蜿蜒曲折，一眼望不到头。我无可奈何地停了下来，实在走不动了。此时也不知是自己没站稳还是腿软，"啪"地一声便摔倒了地上，疼的我龇牙咧嘴，低头一看膝盖直淌淌地流血，顿时我泪如决堤!正在这时我模模糊糊地看见一双手伸到了我面前一边替我清理着伤口，一边微笑着对我说：“快，别哭了!上山的这条路就犹如我们的人生之路，充满了艰难与荆棘，我们只有战胜了它，才能享受到独有的风光。”顿时，仿佛有一股无形的力量从她的微笑中涌入我的身体中。我看着她的笑容，金灿灿的阳光落在她身上，勾勒出一个金色的轮廓。刹那间，阳光下的她似乎充满了力量。这力量影响着我，感染着我;这身影伫立在我的脑海里，更伫立在我的心里。爬山的累，顷刻间都抛到了九霄云外。

My Spare Time

I am a middle school student. Though I’m busy with my lessons, my spare time is still colorful.

After school I usually play sports. I like basketball and football very much. Sports help me to keep healthy and study better. I often do some reading in the evening. I think books are our best friends. They give us much knowledge that we can’t learn at school. So reading books is the best way of spending my spare time.

Sometimes I watch TV or surf the Internet. I find it’s a good way to relax myself. At the same time it can also help me open up my eyes to the outside world. At the weekends I often help my parents with the housework. I clean the house, wash clothes and learn to cook. During the summer or winter vacation, I have enough time to do things like volunteering. I am a student who studies in a school which is located in Harbin. I was admitted into this beautiful school. I still remember the day when I first went to school. In my eyes, everything was pretty. I get on well with my classmates and teachers. Since I went to this school, I think of my teachers as my best friends like leaves and flowers. I never look upon them as others. 英语老师一上课第一句话就是拿出一张纸，我们来听写，听写之后呢就是拿出书来读，昨天学的那一课。接着就是把作业给我们发下来，改完之后学习新一节课，写之前老师会问谁预习了？然后一大堆同学举手，英语老师就说：“那我来考考你们谁预习对了。”老师先点了一个人，问一用英文怎么说？那个同学就说：“一用英文说one”然后呢，老师就给没学过的同学们讲，23456782，用英文怎么说。接着叫我们写单词。一节课马上结束了，老师会带大家，讲一讲练习题还会，考核，还剩最后20分钟的时候，老师会带我们做个游戏就比如，你今年几岁啦？有人会说：“Im。Ten。”一节课结束后，老师会问，谁学会啦。下节课我就考今天学的。

这就是我们的英语老师。

我的课余生活多姿多彩，其中，我最难忘的就是送一只小鸟回家这事儿了。

那天，天气很好，空气也很清新。我和老妈手拉手，扭着屁股，哼着小曲儿来到兴趣班门前，准备上课。

忽然，我听到“啪”的一声，回头一看，原来是一只从鸟巢上不小心掉下来的小鸟。

老妈把它捡起，两手轻轻捏起小鸟的身子，正准备走，我大声嚷嚷：“我要看！我要看！”

老妈瞪了我一眼，说：“闭上你的嘴！”但她还是把小鸟给了我。

我看了一眼，小鸟有着一身淡灰色的毛，一双炯炯有神的眼睛和一双小而轻的翅膀，真可爱呀！

我们把它带到一片草坪，草坪上长满了大树。我四处张望，找到了一棵有鸟巢的大树。我把小鸟放在树旁边。小鸟双脚刚刚着地，就乱跑乱叫，好像在说：妈妈，我在这儿，我在这儿！您快来接我吧！那样子真叫一个可怜啊！

正当我沉迷于这小鸟跳来跳去的景象时，老妈突然大叫：“哎呀，迟到了！”

我恋恋不舍地离去，心里想：希望你能找到自己的家！

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I

was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so

strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during

class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my

opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in

school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played

football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love

was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found

by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior

middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i

liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she

asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas

every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat

her kindness.she is real a good teacher.

My junior middle school time has pasted ,but it will influece till the end

of my life.
