一切从出行开始，我出门尽量少坐出租车，距离短的就步行，距离长的就坐公交车。我发现，一段时间后，我既节省了路费，又锻炼了身体，真可谓两全其美。

接着，就要从节水做起了。我尽量用洗衣水来清洁马桶、拖地……每次喝水，我会记着要喝多少就接多少水，绝不多接，节约饮用水资源。慢慢的，我发现，地拖得越来越干净，连我都能照的出来了。

最后，就是节电了。一到晚上，我们家就灯火通明，每个房间的灯都开着，有时，电视机前没有人，电视依旧开着，浪费了不少电。我告诉爸爸妈妈，离开房间后要随手关灯。不看电视时，记得将电视关闭，并且少用电脑。在白天，能不开灯，就不要开灯。我们一家人都那么做，我相信，我们家的电费一定会少不少的。两个月后，妈妈再去交电费时，发现少了好几度电呢!

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

大家都说暑假是玩乐的假期，欢乐的假期，也是随性的假期。而我的假期却是学习、学习、再学习。今天，母亲终于忙里抽闲带我出去旅游了一趟。虽然，外面的太阳惹火辣的，而我的心情就像风筝一样自由自在、很愉快。

这部分项目真是丰富多彩、五花八门，但是我最喜欢的要数冰谷漂流了。啊!终于轮到大家了，员工拿出橡皮艇，我和母亲背靠背的坐在皮艇上，顺着风顺着水，慢慢驶去。我和母亲都悠闲地看着周围的风景与来来往往的大家。突然，一滴水滴到了我的头上，我吓了一跳，脚用力地址了一下，碰到了水。或许是我的脚感受到了水里的快乐，便也欢乐地扑腾了起来。船驶地飞快，哎呀!前面有个“旋涡”，大家该如何度过呢?我吩咐母亲，让她那双懒惰的大脚和大手快点动起来，一块度过难关。大家拼命地划、用力地蹬，齐心协力闯了过去了!

真是难忘的一天啊!

Life is blending with bitter and sweet. Sometimes we may feel blue and don’t know what to do, but you just need to cheer up and find the true happiness in your life. Everyone is longing for happiness. But what is happiness? Different people have different opinions to happiness. Some people think making large sum of money and spending all of it on big mansion, expensive food, pretty clothes and fancy cars make them happy; some people think marry to the people they love and live a plain life is happiness, even though they can not afford a bigger house or a brand-new car；And some other people think that don’t need to go to work and sleep in the bed until the noon is happiness. Apparently, the definition of happiness varies from person to person.

For me, staying in good health and have a long vacation without homework is happiness. Good health is the foundation of happiness. Picture this, if I sick, I will go to the hospital, and there are a lot of funny things I can’t do because I feel uncomfortable. I will lose my appetite for the delicious food, and have no strength to go outside to play with my friends. I dont think our school life is colorful. Because weve got so many classes every day. I wonder whether we can change our school life someday. You see, from Monday to Friday, I have to stay at school. the only relaxation is to listen to the radio or play ball games. At weekends, we need to go to school to have classes, too. 今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

想到你宽容、大度的笑，就会想到你关怀的笑。也许你早已经忘了，几年前，我曾经生过一次很严重的病。那是在一个放晚学的时候，这天刚好我值日，我刚扫完地，忽然觉得头晕脑胀，难受的不知怎样来形容。这时候，你出现了。你二话没说，马上把我送到了附近的一个诊所。医生说，我发高烧了。这时，你的脸突然变得沮丧、失望。回家的路上，你不停地给我讲笑话，我们都笑了。我的笑，是听完笑话后开心的笑，你的笑，是关怀的笑。

时间过得真快，转眼间，你要去厦门就学了。在离别的那天早晨，我去火车站送你。火车开动了，我站在月台上，挥手和你告别，不一会儿，我的眼泪就来了。你笑着对我喊：“要打电话给我!”但是，你的眼角，分明也挂着泪水。望着你那含泪的笑，我的眼泪更是簌簌地流了下来……。

在一年四季的春、夏、秋、冬中，不喜欢春的潮湿和姗姗来迟;不喜欢夏的骄阳似火和燥热;不喜欢冬的银装素裹和严寒;唯独钟爱那硕果累累、清爽自然的秋。秋总是被挤在夏和冬中间，不知不觉中，总觉得秋十分短暂。

金秋时节，是一个丰收的季节，农民伯伯辛苦的一年终于得到了回报。

我是在立秋出生的，所以与秋结下了不解之缘。就在去年，我回到了甘肃老家，来到了住在乡村田园间的小姑家。小姑家种了许多东西，有：玉米、杏子、枣子、西瓜、葱、西红柿……

当时我回去的时候，正好是秋天，听小姑说园子里有玉米，我和哥哥马上就跑到玉米林去了。这一个个咧开嘴的玉米在对我们笑，还露出了一排排整齐的牙齿。好像在说：“丰收了!丰收了!”

走在山间的小路上，我跟着秋的脚印走进了一片树林。这树叶的颜色与夏天时的颜色相差很大。树叶的指尖已近开始泛黄了，我还看见了在天空中飞舞的蝴蝶，它们随风飘落，落在地上，成了天然的肥料。

有时，天上会飞过几只鸟，它们会停在一些粗壮的树干上叽叽喳喳地欢快地叫，我觉得它们津津乐道的是，今年又丰收了!

秋天的夜晚，更是动植物们奏乐的好时机：在皎洁的月光下，郊外散发着野花和杂草的清香;树林里，夜莺的歌声会显得十分动听、令人陶醉;树丛里，鸟儿的歌声更是赏心悦“耳”了。跟随着秋而来的天籁之音真是美妙极了。还有疏落得青蛙叫、蛐蛐叫，稀落的蝉鸣声，仿佛在传递着夏天的离去;鸟儿的鸣叫，似乎在告诉我们美丽的秋天开始了!

这就是美丽的秋天，它给天地之间多添了几分色彩，让这幅画成了真正的人间仙境!

光阴似箭，六年时光如雨后彩虹，转瞬即逝。六年前，我只是一个懵懵懂懂的女孩;六年后，我已经是一个品学兼优的少先队员。六年来，发生了太多，就在我们感叹时间的无情时，初中生活来临了。

初中生活是怎样的呢?一个小小的提问却令人深思。那就听我慢慢道来吧——

镜头一

“你!”教官指着一名同学道，“要动之前要打报告，说了那么多次你哪次听进去了!”——此时，烈日炎炎，而我们正在操场上进行魔鬼训练——军训!“嗒——”又一滴豆大的汗珠打在衣服上。“哔——”同学们听到哨声顿时心花怒放，因为可以休息了。这时，教官才说道：“解散!”我们赶紧坐在椅子上休息。“哔——”又一阵哨声响起，我们又不得不马上集合，排好队伍。喊起：“一、二、三、四，一、二、三、四，齐步走……”哎，悲惨的我们啊!

镜头二

此时我们正在军训，然而天公不作美，下起了倾盆大雨。教官赶紧让我们到教室躲雨。没想到雨越下越大，丝毫没有要停的意思。教官灵机一动——决定教我们唱军歌“一二三四歌”。当我们看到歌词时，忍俊不禁——“一二三四一二三四像首歌”。教官让我们先试唱一遍，虽然第一次唱的不是很好，但是第二次我们重整旗鼓，渐入佳境，美妙的歌声也回荡在校园里……

镜头三

因为刚开学2天，大家还素不相识。有一节课，老师想我们提问，便拿起花名册，采取了点名的方法——“张青!”老师见没人起来回答，便有些生气。见此，我们才反应过来，笑道：“张青?班里有2个，您点哪一个?”老师便道：“那就2个都回答吧!”引起全班哄堂大笑……

初中生活像一首诗，初读平淡无奇，实则姿态万千;初中生活像一幅画，略看素雅平常，实则蕴藏着最真诚的感动;初中生活像一杯没有加糖的苦咖啡，初品带着淡淡的苦涩，实则有浓郁的清香。

My life in the University of Education

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. But I know when they need help; I will do everything that I can do to help those who helped me before.

I like going to the library where you can find these words on the wall: "Knowledge is power." and "Keep silence!" after class every day. Because I know that we must learn every day. I think the life in university of Education is full of freedom, but I never waste time. Life is not easy

for everybody, especially for those who hopes to lead a happy life”, a famous lady once said. That is to say, you have to try your best to learn and to pass exams in order to make your life become better and better with time going on. So I never give up learning even go to the college.

Sometimes I also want to own more free time to do my own things. But we have too many classes. So I think life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected. The teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. I hate it. I want to more free time in class.

During the time I spend at the University of Education, I not only develops my intellectual abilities, I also develop social skills as well as knowledge and wisdom necessary for choosing a future career.

In short, we should value our life in the University of Education. Although there are many things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.

The environment is our own, so be sure to take good care of your own home care for the environment. Do you often see some bad habits? Road, for example, streets to see if there is some rubbish on whether someone is picking flowers often, step on the lawn? Beside the dustbin is someone throw rubbish on the edge, to despise the existence of the trash bin? This kind of problem is that people dont care for the environment.

Some will make the pollution of air, thats car. In car exhaust pipe, there will be some smoke comes out of black, is more serious is that the big trucks, as long as a open, can let a person cant help hold your breath, until the car away.

In order to make our air more pure and fresh, I suggest that we should plant trees, a lot of trees to help us make more air, less drive a car, low carbon travel, ride a bike more, environmental protection and can exercise the body. Even less air conditioning, can best use electric fan!

In a word, in order to let us become a good place to aspire to zhuji, please pay attention to environmental protection, low carbon life.

环境是我们自己的，所以一定要爱护自己的家一样爱护环境。你们是否经常会看到一些不良的习惯呢?比如说：大街上是否有一些垃圾，公路上是否经常有人在摘花，踩草坪?在垃圾箱旁边是否有人把垃圾扔在边上，轻视垃圾箱的存在呢?这种种问题都是说明人们不爱护环境。

如果你看到了这些你又会不会去阻止呢?对于大多数人来说，不会。因为你也经常会这么做，所以你认为是平常事，可在我看来不是的。花草也是有生命的，如果你的四肢被砍了，你是否会痛苦，甚至死亡。花的生命是有限的，它的有限的生命力为人间增添一种色彩，这谁说不是一种美德。草，给我们大自然一些绿色，让我们身边多一片清新，这又何尝不是一种奉献的精神。垃圾箱不惜把整洁的身体弄得臭哄哄，人们还轻视它的存在，真是不应该。

还有一些会让空气受到污染的东西，那就是汽车。在汽车的排气管上，会有一些黑色的烟出来，更严重的是大卡车，只要一开过，就会让人情不自禁地屏住呼吸，直至车远去。

为了让我们的空气更加清新，我建议大家要多多种树，让大树为我们制造更多的空气，还要少开汽车，低碳出行，多骑自行车，环保又能锻炼身体。还要少开空调，能用最好就用电扇吧!

一句话，为了让我们诸暨变成一个人人向往的好地方，请注意环保，低碳生活吧。
