Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

作家柳青在谈到如何观察的时候说：“我认为最重要的是观察的态度问题。一个冷漠无情和对社会事业漠不关心的人，不可能成为真正的作家。这就是说生活中或工作中要有热情------热情地喜欢人、帮助人、批评人或反对人……”这段话告诉我们：要帮助人，就要设身处地理解人；要理解人，就要观察人。要学会观察，就要有满腔的热情、积极的态度。积极的观察分析将令你有意想不到地收获。

三、观察必须分析

小学语文有篇《美丽的大公鸡》，文中有一幅图。很多同学只注意观察公鸡拍着翅膀的形态，进一步观察大公鸡站在水边，歪着头正在看倒映在水里的自身的影子。为什么大公鸡要把水当作镜子呢？只能通过分析才能理解大公鸡自我欣赏、骄傲的内部“心理”，这才是观察的本质。

英国的弗莱明教授是一位发现抗菌素的先驱者，当时为了研究细菌，大家都用泥土来封口，弗莱明观察到远离泥土的地方，细菌繁殖很多，接近泥土的地方，葡萄球菌被消化了。弗莱明陷入了沉思------“发生融化？该不是有什么东西把有强烈毒性的葡萄球菌消灭了？”这一想，想得太妙了！后来弗莱明在泥土中经过分析、提炼，终于找到了病菌的强敌------就是我们现在熟悉的青霉素。边观察边分析，使弗莱明教授获得了诺贝尔奖。只有学会了观察、分析，才能摘取到成功的桂冠。而作文亦是如此。学生学会观察分析，就等于教给了他们一把认识世界、改造世界的钥匙。观察与分析，阅读与思考，这是从事写作的前提，是学生积累知识、锤炼思想、丰富感情和提高写作的重要途径。

总而言之，在重视学生写作过程分析的基础上，要注意增强学生写作的自信心，激发起他们写作的兴趣，并有意识的创设写作情景，让学生“海阔天空”地创造性地发挥自己的写作能力，学生就能自觉、尽情地投入到写作中去了。我们要铭记巴甫洛夫的这句名言：只有坚持不懈的观察，才能实现我们美好的理想；没有坚持不懈的观察，我们就会错过很多实现梦想的机会。

在社会发展的今天，越来越多的学生拥有手机，你赞成中学生使用手机吗?

赞成意见：1.现在是信息社会，手机是最快的信息交流的工具之一。2.应充分利用好手机。如偶遇突发事故，可立即拨打手机求助。3.可在每天学习之余利用手机游戏放松一下自己。4.只要正确使用好手机，紧跟时间并无过错，追求时尚可以理解，但学习是首要任务。

反对意见：1.学校已提供了公共电话，因此手机并不能带来更多的方便，而且花费较多。2.若课堂接听手机会影响上课。3.学生玩手机游戏或接发短信，将无法集中精力学习。

Nowadays mobile phones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students. Some think it is good for students to bring a mobile phone. But some people do not think so. They think it is bad for students to bring a mobile phone. Because the students will use mobile phones to play games， sent text messages， watch movies， etc which will do harm to their study. 记得五年级的时候，我们学校终于举行了一场像样点的活动——军训。

军训的前一天，我们整个五年级都在沸腾，都在聊着你要带什么，我要带什么，因为军训可是要过夜的。经过几十分钟的车程，终于到达了目的地——宛平，到了军训的地方，我们先认识了教官，就到了宿舍分床了，我的床是一个最靠窗的床，也是离门最远的床，由于是上下铺，一个宿舍总共睡了十几个人，我的上面是吴进江。

到了吃中饭的时候，我们排着整齐的队伍，到达了食堂，等到教官说可以吃了以后，我们就开始吃了。

到了晚上，一个房间十几个小孩子，岂不是要闹翻天的，果然，我们那个宿舍一直到晚上10点才睡，睡到了凌晨3点，我们就醒来叠好被子，又在玩了。

军训那里，我们宿舍有个阳台，可以锁住，我们的大力士周俊杰就常常把人抓到这个阳台里锁住。军训时，由于我们班表现挺好，最多就只做了60个深蹲，至于其他班级，五倍还差不多呢！

以前，我就每天把水拧到最大，洗手、洗脸每月都要耗水十几吨，现在，老师告诉我们要准备两个水桶，用来储存废水。废水可以用来冲厕所，拖地、浇花。用电也要节约，看完电脑或电视后，要把插座上的小红灯关掉，以便节约电源，尽量放假时白天写作业，晚上早关灯一小时，用那一小时的时间和家人散步。既节约了电源，又起到了减肥的作用，还增进了感情，真是一举多得呀!少用一次性物品(筷子、饭盒等)少用塑料袋，多用环保袋。出行最好步行，少开私家车，少做出租，多做公交车。这样就做到了“低消耗、低能量、低开支”的作用。

低碳生活，人人有责，让我先行，保护环境。

Today, I got up at8:00 at usual. And I have a busy day. In the morning, I studied for two hours. Andthen my father told me to visit my uncle with him. We took something to him andhad lunch at his home. We went home at 14:00. When we got home, my mother was cleaning our home, so my father and I helped her. I cleaned my room. It was alittle dirty. After that, we went to the supermarket. I bought some snacks. I wastired today.

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!
