As a sophomore, I am feeling the time flies. Recalling about the past one year, so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. At this time, I just can’t tell my real idea. The memory is just like so fresh, and all the things happened yesterday!

When first day I came to University, I really feel that the school is very good, but at the first sight of the dormitory, something disappointing come up to me! The condition of the dormitory is really very poor with only one room, no lavatory! I saw something sad in my father’s eyes, maybe that time he thought of the poor condition! So with a big smile on my face, I told my father” it doesn’t matter, Dad. In this kind of condition, I will get myself better!” My father felt better. But when he was coming back, seeing his back, I just wanted to cry! I felt in this city I was just isolated, from that time, I said to myself, “ you have no others who can help you here, just depend on yourself”

And then I came to my dormitory 303. I considered that I would spend four years here (in fact I moved to another one year later) and my dorm mates are all there. Most of them came from Sichuan and they were chatting with a happy voice, but I can’t understand them! Again, I felt myself isolated! I hated that kind of feeling, and then I said to hello to them! To my surprise they are very friendly to me and warm-hearted! I no longer felt afraid. And I got along well with them. But at the first night here, I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home, I was just eager to go to school, to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here, I am just eager to go back! It’s quite strange though, you must know this kind of feeling!

Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. The highest trainer sent me to clean the toilet, although, it didn’t means insulting to my dignity, but I was really sad about myself and my heart was hurt. That was a small thing but told me that I need to be serious to one thing. And unhappiness passed, the happy and funny time recalled me that folding the blanket. Yeah, it’s really very funny. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. To our expect, we managed to persuade the monitor. After the monitor finished the task for me. I dared not to touch the blanket again and just used the clothes instead of the blanket. Of course, I felt very cold in deep night, so to my instinct, I crashed into my classmate’s blanket. And we were scratching the single blanket fiercely, just like a war. 我是一名新高一的学生，在开学前我已经开始制定我的学习生活表，在我心里想着要遵守。刚订好的表，同学打电话给我：“嘿，今天下午打球去怎么样？”，我想多没想就答应了，打了几个小时回家后，我突然想到，我刚制定好的生活表怎么马上就忘了，我不禁笑了起来，“以后再说吧”我这样说道。

开学后，在学校过完了一天，很快的到家，心想：今天快点做完作业，然后拿出作业本奋笔疾书。不一会儿妈妈敲我房门：“儿子，吃饭”我放下笔跑去吃饭，吃完饭回来，还没有拿起笔，手机上传来了班群上的聊天框，我拿起手机随意的发了两句，结果来了更多的人，我便忘记了作业和他们开始聊起来了。当他们说不聊了，开始做作业了，我才想起来作业，但是时间已经过去了1个小时了，我开始写起了作业，最后，我到十点写完了原本八点就可以写完的作业。

从这两件事可以看出碎片化生活对我们原本生活影响的严重性，我们该如何应对呢？

首先，当我们回家要做作业或工作时，我们应当避免与互联网工具像手机或电脑或者平板电脑，专心地解决作业，如果必须要用电脑等，一定要有很强的自控力，不被一些因素打扰。

改变碎片化的生活，不仅要改变外在因素，还要先改变自己。时间就像海绵里的水，只要挤挤总是会有的。这句话几乎被每个人记在脑袋里了，但又有多少人付出了实践呢？如果我们多利用一下自己的空闲时间，碎片化的生活就会完整很多。

当我们努力积攒出整块的时间，我们可以用来阅读书本或新闻，而不是把时间浪费在游戏上，把原本完整的时间打碎。

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

我在之后的几天也看见她在那像在爬山一样艰难地走着，直到一个放学，我才为她感到高兴她的努力没有白费。
