今天是寒假的第一天，爸爸妈妈为庆祝我优异的期末成绩，决定今天包饺子!早上妈妈买了一些野菜、饺子皮与肉。我高兴极了，不住地说：“今天吃饺子喽了!

中午到了，妈妈已经在桌子边包饺子了，我在一旁看，觉得包很简单，手就开始有点痒痒了。我便偷偷地走到桌子前，看了看妈妈包饺子的样子。

妈妈把饺子皮托在手心上，然后夹一筷子饺子馅，放在饺子皮的正中间，再把饺子皮对折一下，用双手的拇指与食指熟练的一捏，一个胖乎乎的饺子就呈现在我的面前。

我照妈妈教的方法开始包啦，第一个饺子的样子很难看，但总算有点模样啦。接就是第二个、第三个，包的一个比一个好。

饺子包好啦，要开始下锅煮啦。妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的下进去，再用勺子背轻轻的推，生怕把饺子弄破了。

不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢?妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋陷软”。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后与以前一样用勺子轻轻的推。

饺子煮好了，要开始捞了，只见妈妈用漏勺把饺子盛出来，结果我包的煮烂了两三个，不过，吃自己的劳动成果，心里还是美滋滋的。

I go to attend claeveryday morning excluding weekend .In the class I just listening to lectures, and my teachers and classmates discuss the problem.After  class, ofen i go to play basketball or badminton with my friends.
