How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

I am busy from Monday to Friday, I don’t have much time to take exercise,

I went to beijing to play during last summer holiday.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. 今天，我要向大家说说我从菜地里捉来的蜗牛。

暑假里我和爸爸妈妈去了普吉岛，最让我留恋的是在卡塔海滩的那段时光。

早晨，我们来到卡塔海滩，首先映入我眼帘的是那片一望无边的大海，我迫不及待的扑向大海。这里有美丽的贝壳、卷卷的海浪、细嫩的沙子。我已经被深深地陶醉了。这时，我被一只调皮的小螃蟹咬了一口，我痛得哇哇大哭。爸爸急忙跑来安慰我，并给我拍了一张照留念，这时我破涕为笑。

不知不觉天空已经被晚霞映红了，温柔的海风轻轻地抚摸着我的脸，海浪哗啦啦地翻滚着，似乎是在和我依依不舍地告别呢。

This weekend, I deeply understand the parents hard, later I certainly can do more things for the parents, let parents happy! I am more happy!

今天是周末，我写完作业看见妈妈正要做饭，就对妈妈说：“妈妈，我帮您做饭吧?”妈妈疑惑的问我：“你可以么?”我对妈妈说：“您放心吧!包在我身上!”妈妈说：“那好吧!就让你试一试吧!”

在妈妈的看护和指导下，我首先把大米蒸上。然后开始准备菜，一开冰箱，哇噻!都是我喜欢吃的菜，有鸡蛋、西红柿、豆角、辣椒、蒜苔、土豆、白菜、葱等。于是我就从冰箱中取了鸡蛋、一个土豆、一棵葱、辣椒，首先我把葱切成两半，一半和鸡蛋炒、一半和土豆、辣椒炒。其次，将土豆削皮，切块。最后，把鸡蛋打开，在碗里搅匀备用。这时米饭蒸好了，看着一个个晶莹剔透的大米粒，白白的香喷喷的，看了就想吃一口。

下面开始炒菜了，我先把油倒到铁锅里，等油热了，把切好的葱和鸡蛋放入油锅，不停的翻炒，一会，等鸡蛋变黄了，放点盐、调料、味精，在翻了翻，出锅。下一道菜，驾轻就熟，看着色泽鲜嫩，尝一口咸甜可口，正合适。饭菜放到桌上，看着自己亲手做出的饭菜，闻着饭菜的香味，看着全家人脸上的笑容，我开心的笑了。
