可能很、很辛苦，但是回顾这几些天的日子发现懂得很多、领悟很多。

每一次训练，每一次都会成长。

成长本身就是一种蜕变的表现，蜕变的过程中难免会有困难、难免会辛苦，但是成功了是很开心的。

就像毛毛虫变成一只美丽的蝴蝶一样，需要时间、需要毅力。

军训的日子一天天的过着，不知不觉，方队中的口号越来越响亮，步伐越来越齐，回到宿舍，大家都在讨论怎样才能走好方队，并且都互相鼓励。

什么力量能使我们团结一致，我想大概只有军训吧。

它使我们变得好强、变得团结、变得互相能理解对方，关心对方。

能让我们真正的认真起来，把不羁的我们改变了。

军训这段时间我们变了，因为一些事情，我们找到了目标，明白了不光要为自己而战还要为别人而战。

还记得有队友说过：“我们不能败，那些人正等着我们笑话呢，我们不能让她们看咱们笑话!”这就是我们要强的团队，这也是军训教会我们：无论什么时候都要努力，很可能因为你小小的松懈而被别人超越了。

军训把自私的我们改变了。

它能让我们笑着携手跑到终点，能让我们在烈日下一起做俯卧撑，能让我们学会分享，学会换位思考。

我们不屑的军训啊，你到底有多大的力量，把我们改变成这样。

镜子拼好，没有遗憾。

军训是一种拥有神奇力量的活动，所以请全情投入吧，你会发现自己改变了很多，坚持了很多。

虽痛苦，但是会也会获得幸福。

在这活动中，你会发现属于自己的光芒，那些你已失去的或没发现的光芒。

在军训生活中，我们在蜕变，思想上，认识上，一点一滴，是军训让我们成长!

在一个石门实验小学的宿舍里，每到早上7点就起床，老师会提前来到宿舍帮同学们搞比较高处的卫生。

到了每个同学搞卫生的时候，同学们都会积极地去搞卫生。有的倒垃圾、有的拖地、还有的摆牙杯等等……不过要想把卫生做的又干净又快速。就要先把自已的内务做好了，再把那个清洁卫生的工具先拿在手上。比如，我是拖地的我要先拿一个拖把在手上，然后把拖桶装满水，再把拖把湿水就可以开始拖地了。

我们上课的时候，老师会检查卫生，如果卫生搞的又干净又整洁。老师中午会发奖励。每次发奖励的时候老师都会说“卫生搞的非常好。同学们会很开心，老师会更开心。同学们都会把自己的奖励分给别人。可是，我们不是为了奖励才搞卫生的。这是同学们最喜欢做的事。
