春天万物复苏，大地回春，树木吐出新绿。屈枉田间地头帮助农人劳作，和他们一起体会这种自己自足的生活乐趣。累了，就在田间地头席地而坐，以石头作凳子，青草作沙发，树林当作遮阳伞，渴了，就到溪流边畅饮大自然的甘泉，饿了，就吃自己带的干粮。早出晚归，不只是为了所谓的播种种子，更主要是为了播种人生的幸福和快乐。
夏天白草丰茂，独自穿梭在田间地头，让自己的思想随同满地的禾苗一起疯长，一起开花，一起孕育秋的果实。当身心感到疲惫的时候，就同溪流一起嬉戏，聆听溪流发出的美妙的音乐，犹如高山流水一般。或者带上纸和笔去书写这壮丽河山的一派生机与活力，然后将这美好的河山随身携带。
