+ 加入清单时间过得真快，转眼间，我开始了紧张忙碌的寒假生活。早晨悦耳的声音将我唤醒，我睁开了睡意朦胧的眼睛，向窗外瞧去：只见，太阳已经升的很高了。两只小麻雀在电线上嬉戏。我拖着疲惫不堪的身体从书包中拿出语文课本背老师布置的3篇文言文。快“7:00”了，我该走了。我想。我开始洗脸，刷牙，穿衣服，吃早饭。一切准备就绪之后，我背起书包，去辅导班。在路上我看见：好多人，一小部分是晨练的人，大部分是跟我一样去辅导班的人。我在辅导班里和老师同学相处得很好，我不会的题可以问老师，老师布置的作业很少。下午和晚上我在家安安稳稳的写作业，晚上7:00我准时看《新闻联播》还有帮父母做家务。22：30我准时睡觉。
在寒假生活中我最开心的日子是叔叔回来的这几天，我叔叔是在腊月二十九回来的，当天我和爸爸去车站接他的时候，我看见他没有穿制服，穿的是一身棕色的衣服和鞋子，背着深蓝色的书包，手拉着黑色的手提箱，看见叔叔回来了，我高兴的不得了。我飞快的跑过去帮叔叔拿手提箱 。自从叔叔回来后，奶奶爷爷每天都照料叔叔和我的一日三餐。还有几天就过年了，我们一家人都忙活不得了。除夕当天，叔叔帮奶奶包饺子，妈妈帮奶奶压饺子皮，爸爸帮爷爷炒菜，我帮爷爷奶奶做力所能及的家务活。外面鞭炮声，喧哗声，喇叭声响成一片。我们吃饭的时候已经很晚了，忙活了一整天，大家尽情的享受着美食，美酒，还看着春晚。在春节期间，除了吃年夜饭之外，也少不了走亲访友。这些天我们还去了玛钢公园，公园里的人不多，有一些建筑还没建好，公园中间是一个火焰是的标志。

周末，我们约好同学一起去山上捡垃圾。捡垃圾是一种学雷锋的精神，也是一种保护环境的行为。我们捡垃圾时，捡了许多的垃圾，有塑料袋、卫生纸、废电池等等。还看见别人随地吐的痰。就先拿塑料袋来说吧!风一吹，就把塑料袋吹到了天空，在掉到了海洋里，各种海洋生物不小心把塑料袋吃进了肚子，就将面临着死亡。所以我们购物时应减少使用塑料袋，用布袋。还有，我们要出门的时候要减少自己开车，就会减少车辆尾气的排放，我们可以用步行或骑自行车，或是坐公交车出门。还有我们一定不要用一次性筷子，不然我们的树木很快会被人们砍伐完。还有我们一定要保护好水和土，这样我们就可以种很多的花草树木。花草树木是地球的保护之物，我们要保护好花草树木。
我们头顶同一片蓝天，脚踏同一片土地。共同的命运把我们紧紧联系在一起，保护地球。让我们携起手来，积极开展宣传活动，并加以行动，努力让我们的地球妈妈恢复年轻活力，让我们的地球妈妈永远容颜焕发!

+ 加入清单生活中，我们的身边处处都有科学。这几天，我就在网上看见了一个帖子。这个帖子被大家都公认为“很科学”，那就是“穿衣法则。真的很科学么？我也不知道。于是，我今天就来试验一下。
比较厚的羽绒服相当于9℃，薄款羽绒服相当于6℃，稍厚的弹力絮棉衣是5℃，厚羊毛衫是4℃，棉背心4℃，厚外套4℃、薄外套是3℃，衬衫是1℃等，若温度为22℃，那么穿一件短袖T加一件薄外套就可以：22+1+3=26，控制在26℃就可以。这就是那个帖子的内容。现在我就要开始了。
我家室温现在是二十一度，按照帖子上说的，我只要穿上一件四度的棉背心和一件衬衫，保持在二十六度就行了。于是，我找来了一件棉背心、一件衬衫和一个塑料瓶。我在塑料瓶在里面装满了清水，一量温度，三点五度，然后我又用两件衣服把塑料瓶裹得严严实实，生怕里面进一丝凉气。
终于弄好了。现在就剩等待了。半个小时后，我迫不及待的打开了衣服，把体温计放进了水瓶里。一会后，我把体温计拿了出来，本以为这瓶水就算达不到三十多度，也起码会达到十几度，这也就证明穿衣法则有一些科学根据。但是结果却不像我想的那样，一看，才四点二度，就增加了零点七度，那么一丁点点，看来，这个穿衣法则真的不可信。
就在这时，我听见楼下妈妈再叫我，说出去活动活动。哈哈，出去玩喽！我急忙穿好衣服，飞奔到楼下。哇！外面怎么这么冷！只见我哆哆嗦嗦。我穿的也不少啊，怎么还这么冷？没办法，我只好上楼又穿了一件小棉袄。但刚走到楼下，我又觉得非常的热。怎么回事？不穿棉袄又冷，穿了棉袄又热，这是怎么回事啊？
于是，我又一次的跑上了楼。这一次，我想到了穿衣法则。事到如今，只好再相信它一次了。我穿上了一件棉背心，一件厚外套，里面再穿了一件毛裤和衬衫。我又一次跑下了楼，本以为这一次又会冷或者热，可谁想身上却不冷不热，刚刚好！这时，我一拍我的头，诶呀！我怎么忘了最重要了东西了。
原来，我们人类有体温，穿上衣服后会更暖和。而水呢，它没有温度，所以裹上衣服，温度也不会升高。我怎么忘了这一点了呢？这时，我忽然明白了一个道理：我们人类不能说自己是十全十美，做事万无一失。因为没有一个人是十全十美，做事万无一失，只有细心、科学的做一件事情，才我们人类要细心、科学的办事，才能避免出现不必要的差错。

说到快乐的帮助还得提起那件事：那次晚自习，同学们听说今天晚上要考试，而且是期末考试前的最后检测，大家都读的上气不接下气。我想没什么可复习，再怎么也是徒劳的，但是看着同学们这么有劲地学，我也不能闲着，免得被同学冠个罪名，于是凑和在同学们中“南郭吹竽”。就在这思考之际上课铃便“铃铃铃…”的响了，老师也象往常一样走进教室，等我们拿出笔，老师便开始了。老师用熟练的动作把试卷发给了每个同学，教室立刻陷入一片沉静而严肃的气氛之中。一开始我做的很顺利，但世上哪有这么好的事，刚做到一半就被一道问答题给碰壁了。啊！这可是书上的一道有答案的题，这回我可惨了，我的脑子好象在叫嚷一般，一片空白（好象忘记了这在考试）。可这时不知那个人在窗外唱起了小曲，声音怪怪，并且还跑了调，搞得我们哄堂大笑（我们似乎忽视了老师的存在）。这时我的脑子好象也开了巧，问题不知为什么也就迎刃而解了，杂念也自觉的跑到了九宵云外。不知大家信不信，可这是真的。
生活的快乐无处不在，细心观察你会就发现快乐是人人拥有的。爷爷每天在田里劳作无论是严寒酷暑总是日复一日。在我眼里看来是艰苦的，是枯燥的。可当我每次看到爷爷面带微笑的回来时，总感到爷爷有一种“种豆南山下，草盛豆苗稀。晨兴理荒秽，带月荷锄归。道狭草木长，夕露沾我衣。衣沾不足惜，但使愿无违”的境界。谁能说不是这样呢！
平日里爸爸妈妈都是早出晚归，废寝忘食的工作，虽然这不能给他们带来更多的收入，但是爸妈总认为工作就是他们生活中的快乐，爸爸说：“只有快乐的人才能工作好。”而妈妈说：“人生就是快乐。”
