今天，在将教案交给管老师审批通过后，我开始为第一次的课堂教学做准备，制作课件。

以前在如皋高等师范学校，也开设过这门信息技术课程。我们都学过，但印象不深，到现在也快忘得差不多了。所以不得不重新拿起电脑，一步一步地从头摸索起来。

我边摸索边想：自己以前的学习太过功利了，总以为这些课程有什么用呢？学的时候可以不用太过上心，所以没好好地努力学，只能留着现在后悔了。

今天，我们来到了美丽而又神秘的喀纳斯，到这里已经是中午了。吃完饭后我们乘坐了区间车，大概坐了有一个小时才到换乘中心。

路途当中看见卧龙湾的风景，它的形状像是一条翼龙在水里盘旋，离卧龙湾不远处，就是拍摄_《天地英雄》中的一片绿草原。再接着就是月亮湾，看上去像弯弯的月亮，而且奇怪的是湖水有两种颜色。后面看到的是神仙湾，传说当年大将军成吉思汗把自己珍贵的龙眼珍珠掉进了这个湾，在雨后水面上云雾缭绕，看上去像仙境一般，在太阳照射的时候，远处望去水面上像无数颗珍珠洒在上面，美丽极了，所以叫神仙湾。离神仙湾不远处，有一眼圣泉，洗一下手不能甩手，要不就把福气给甩掉了。

I enjoy summer vacation very much.Becausesummer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. We have more than fifty days to rest. Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room.

In the evening, I like to go shopping with my friends.We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes, and so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy so I decide

to do housework for her more frequently. Thus she will feel happy and become

better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have

to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a

decision to be a good girl.

整齐的队列踏在沥青的柏油路上，旗手没有懈怠地高举着连旗，每个队伍都走着一致的四排队列，教官走在队伍的左侧，带领大家高唱军歌，为枯燥的拉练增添了一些色彩。

夜幕渐沉，路灯亮起了微弱的光，道路与前方逐渐模糊，可我们内心的远方却从未消失。纵然脚底疼痛欲裂，但从头到尾没有人发出一句抱怨。最难熬的时光，我们能用不太入调的歌曲度过;最难走的道路，我们能用互相扶持越走越远;最难做的军姿，我们能以淋漓的大汗完成最完美的动作。

今天早晨起床，大腿的酸痛让宿舍里的姑娘们发出一阵感叹，但是感叹过后，却是满满的自豪感——我们完美地完成了七公里的拉练，没有懈怠，没有掉队，更没有做逃兵!我们没有辜负教官和老师的期望，更没有辜负我们自己对自己的期望。

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

I am a student. My name is Li Ming. I study at No.20 Middle School. The

teachers are very kind and they often help me with my lessons. I have made a lot

of friends at school. We live and work like brothers and sisters. We are very

busy, but we enjoy most of the classes. When we are free, we play games together

or have a picnic in the park. I think my school life is full of fun.
