躲避球，女生的尖叫声不断，使原本宁静的操场，变成了惊声尖叫的鬼屋。

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

Full of excitement

The English summer camp begins today.We were all excited today.

When we got on the bus in the morning,our guide miss Guo reminded us to

take care of ourseues.She also asked us to introduce ourselves and after that,we

got known with each other.

How time flies!After only on hour,we got to Zhejiang University.The

university is pretty,beautiful and large.The Teaching buildings and student’s

building are very new.I couldn’t wait to go into the student’s building.The

condition of the flat is good.The air conditioner is prepared for us.The

headteacher has a strong mind,no matter how hot it was,he still helped us to

solve the problems.

In the afternoon,we had our first class.Mrs Zheng asked us 10 questions,and

we answered them.

After having dinner,my friend and I went to the supermarket to buy some

fruit.

当暑假的第一声鸟鸣打破了清晨的宁静，我就翻身下床，小跑着来到院子里。

早在一个月前，我就制定好了我的暑假减肥计划。要知道我可是57公斤的公认小胖子，不控制一下 体型是万万不行的。这不，今天是暑假第一天，我早早起床，来到院子里晨练。

过了一会儿，人多起来，谈话声，议论声，问好声响成一片。叔叔阿姨都用惊异的眼光看着我，小伙伴们也打趣地说：“哟，太阳打西边出来了，小胖子也来晨练了!”我强颜欢笑，心里却在诅咒那可恶的肥肉，下决心一定要瘦下来。这样想着，心里倒有劲儿了，也不怎么感觉累了。

一个小时晨练好不容易过去了，我回到家，吃了两片无糖干面包，复习功课去了。

下午是运动的时间，我拉着爸爸来到羽毛球馆，先围着球场跑了两圈热身。不料两圈下来，就已气喘如八十岁老婆婆吹喇叭——上气不接下气。爸爸看我这窘样，不由的笑了，说：“就你这体力，能减下来吗?”这可说到我的心病上去了，我急了，硬是不歇一会儿，拿起球拍就和爸爸“杀”开了。渐渐地，我发现运动的感觉还真不错!

晚上，我躺在床上，细数着这暑假的第一天，对减肥计划这个开头十分满意，照这样一个假期下来，我能减掉好几公斤，只是不知道有没有那么大的毅力?我暗暗给自己鼓劲，喊响了我们班的口号：“相信我自己，我是最棒的!”亲爱的同学们，开学后，你们就等着迎接一个焕然一新的___吧!

做“蛋饼”

今天，老爸心血来潮，想做蛋糕给我吃。我说：“老爸，你不要逞能哦!老妈这位‘蛋糕大师’还没有出场，你做不出好蛋糕来的。”老爸自信满满地说：“士别三日，应刮目相看，让你尝尝我做的蛋糕吧!”

老爸挖了几乎一大袋面粉，打了四个大鸡蛋，还挖了满满一勺盐、两勺糖，倒了半水瓶的水，一大盒牛奶。我吃惊了：我能吃这么多吗?我还没回过神来，老爸已倒了一袋泡打粉、一袋酵母，接着，看电视去了。

我等了两个多小时，老爸才慢吞吞地去把面糊倒进饭盒里，盖上盖子。放进微波炉里，把指针转到10，打了10分钟，拿出来一看。哇!蛋糕打糊了!原本又香又软的蛋糕中间变得黑呼呼，我揪了一块黄的吃起来。硬邦邦的，不仅咸，还有一股浓浓的鸡蛋味!这不是蛋饼嘛!

在憋了两秒钟后，我终于大声叫起来：“爸!”

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.I played with my

cousin.Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.“that’s

a good idea.” I said.Then we prepared for the traveling.After lunch,the sky

turned dark.After that ,it rained heavily.It meant our plan is impossible.What a

pity day!

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival in the 5th day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar. Every year, aunt will pack lots of delicious food. Sweet sweet jujube dumplings for us, especially my mother and I like it best. You can also eat with your elders and sisters at your grandmothers house, and enjoy the Dragon Boat Festival, but this year, it is not so lively. Uncle and aunt went out to earn money. Uncle went out with his sister. There were only three family members and grandparents. It looks very cold.

Early this morning, I have the mother will give me to eat dumplings package dates, who knows but mother was busy with housework. At noon, dad cooked a good meal and cooked food, called grandpa and grandma to come to dinner, but not a bit of a cheerful atmosphere. 仙山谷的水清澈见底，仙山谷的山绵延几里，仙山谷果真名不虚传，是仙人的故居啊!暑假的一天，天气晴朗，阳光明媚，微风习习，我和父母、姑姑、表妹一起前往仙山谷漂流。

两个多小时后，我们的车终于停进了仙山谷的室外停车场。看着周围，我的心里充满了对于未知的漂流的兴奋与期待。

做好准备工作之后，我们乘坐中巴来到了仙山谷漂流的起点。

我和妈妈一组，姑姑和表妹一组，没办法，爸爸只能一个人一组喽!我们小心翼翼地上了皮艇，划向第一个平台。

凉爽的清水不时泼在我的身上，恰到好处地中和了夏天的烈日所带来的烦躁与酷热，我的心情顿时平静下来，少了不安，多了祥和。我静静地靠在皮艇上，享受着这安宁的、舒适的午后。

这时，我感觉到一股水喷在我的脸上，我猛然起身，原来是表妹。瞧，她还在用水枪吸水呢!我“勃然大怒”，拿起水枪，对着表妹就是一击。表妹见自己被发现了，“下令”让“船夫”姑姑驾船逃跑，我也一边让妈妈奋起直追，一边继续向表妹喷

水。她见逃不掉，只得让姑姑停下，和她一起“奋勇反抗”。正当我们打得难分上下时，船不知不觉飘到了危险地段，我们只得“收兵回家”。

漂啊漂，划啊划，打啊打，我经过了一个又一个的危险地段，打了一场又一场的胜仗，“哈哈!我已经是久经沙场的将军了!”

不过，很快我有困难了，我们的皮艇卡在了浪口!水疯狂地涌进皮艇之中，一支水枪漂走了!我的心里害怕极了，手足无措，从妈妈的表情中，我知道，妈妈也很害怕，但她一直安慰我，并冷静地摘下安全帽舀水，我平复下心情，和她一样舀水，终于，艇里的水所剩无几，妈妈拿桨一撑，艇又继续顺流而下。

从这次游玩中，我明白：遇到困难别慌张，冷静思考，总能脱离困境。

今天是我初一军训的第一天。

早上，我们被校车送进武警基地的大门。从车上下来，我们就先认识了教官。我们的教官姓张，二十来岁，皮肤黑黑的，比同龄人略显苍老，对我们比较严格。

今天的训练非常艰苦，我们顶着烈日，一动都不能动。我浑身难受，直想挠，可是不行。还剩最后一小时，我正暗自庆幸，突然，我感到有一点点难受，也说不上是什么感觉。接着，眼前的景物消失了，代替它的是一个个花花的亮点，顿时头晕目眩。我长这么大才知道什么叫“头晕目眩”，这次也算是长了见识。

夕阳西下，一天的训练生活终于结束了!我们疲惫不堪地走回宿舍洗澡。这里没有热水，洗澡水出奇得凉，地面有好几厘米厚的积水，很脏。宿舍里没有空调，睡下去时很热，睡着了又很冷，很多同学都感冒了。我的适应能力不错，很快就习惯了。

今天真累，我刚一躺下就睡着了，但愿明天会更好!

Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure.

Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.

We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress

for too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can

come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to

do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough

money to pay for what we want. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn

how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with

people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on
