您好!我写信是想和你谈谈我对英语课的想法。现在我们上课用的主要材料是课本，这是合理的。但是我认为我们可以获取一些其他资源，比如英语杂志，歌曲，电影等等。我们可以从课本上学到基本的知识，同时从其他材料获取更多知识。另外，那些材料更真实和实用，这对于我们的学习会有好处的。此外，通过这样做我们可以从学习中获得更多乐趣从而培养我们对英语的兴趣。请您认真考虑我的建议，谢谢!

生命，对于我们每一个人来说都是多么的珍贵，因为生命只有一次，

它精彩而又短暂。除了横遭不幸的危害之外，还有一个更可怕的索命鬼，那就是-----资源枯竭!

我们人类生存所需要的水资源、森林资源、生物资源和大气资源。本来是可以不断再生、长期给人类作贡献的。可是，却由于人类任意地毁坏资源，于是人类的生命资源就这样一步步毁于自己的手中。这是一种耻辱，全人类的耻辱!生命资源的枯竭，也会让人类的灿烂生活毁于一旦!如果自己让自己走向生命的尽头，这难道不是一种耻辱吗？地球为了我们，付出了多少？这也许没有人知道，但是，这个“付出”一定不会少的。地球为了我们快乐的生活，几乎付出了一切。但是，我们又是怎样回报我们的这位“地球母亲呢？我们为了生活便利，污染了地球。为了造纸，大量砍伐树木；为了便利，使用汽车；为了舒适，使用空调，这难道就是我们的回报吗？

我想，我们应该，不，是必须要保护地球而不是污染地球。可是，我们要怎样做呢？其实很简单：把普通灯换成节能灯；电脑不用时，应该关机而不是待机；少用纸张，废物利用，

少吃快餐，少用塑料制品在这些我们看来小事，可是，这些却可以让地球母亲不再哭泣。

我想，保护母亲是每个儿女的天性，但是，又有没有想过我们共同的母亲-----地球呢？

地球母亲是最伟大的，她把所有的一切几乎都给了我们。但是，我们却不像她的儿女，把她给的资源任意浪费，但是，这些大多是不可再生的。可是，我们却仍是不顾后果的毁坏，到最后，最惨的还是我们自己。

我们生活在地球母亲温暖的怀抱里，这是我们共同的、唯一的家园，难道我们不应该珍惜和爱护吗？为了子孙后代，为了地球母亲，同时也为了我们自己，醒悟吧!让我们携起手来，为创建一个美好的，精彩的，充实的未来而共同努力和奋斗吧!

我相信，只要我们共同努力，就一定会迎来最美好的未来的!

I am writing this letter just want to say thanks to you. I am going to graduate in two weeks. You have been my class adviser for three years. During these three years you have spent lots of energy on us. You are not only teaching knowledge in the class, but also care our life. Sometimes we are afraid of you, because of your strict requirement for our study. However, you are so helpful in the daily life. No matter what difficulties we are in, you will help if you can. So, I also want to say sorry to you for making so much trouble. But you bear all my trouble. I don’t know what kind of class adviser I will meet in the future study, but I will remember and appreciate you forever. I want to say thank you again.
