要是用“进步”的观点来看，刘源张的“思想”不免有点“落后”。他自嘲地说：“从小就不考第一第二，只考第三，第一第二得罪人。”他哈哈大笑说，这可能和他父亲有关。小时候，周围的亲戚有不同的宗教信仰，他记得父亲对他说：“咱们都信，谁都不得罪。”

可是这种不钻牛角尖的生活态度却在以后救了他。

刘源张在“文革”中被关在秦城监狱，什么都做不了，监狱有个图书馆，可以借马恩列斯毛的书，他就把45卷的《马克思恩格斯全集》一册一册借来看。

还有时间就用来锻炼身体，心算三位数以内的乘法，在心里默默推导以前学过的定理，在10平方米的牢房里模仿京剧的步法走圆圈，在放风场上跑步……以致他出狱后，《健康报》的记者来采访，让他谈谈在狱中的八年零八个月是如何保养的。

刚从秦城监狱出来的时候，研究所政治部对刘源张还有偏见，大约有半年的时间刘源张都没有工资。

一天，刘源张走在中关村大街大华衬衫厂前面，看见有张招募临时工的小广告，一打听，是需要人剪去半加工衬衫上的线头。他借了辆大板车，和妻子把衬衫拉回家里，两个人坐在小板凳上开始剪线头。一个晚上或一个下午能赚一两元，他说：“我们没有觉着苦，反倒很欢喜。过去妻子一个人把孩子带大，现在我们两个人来干。”

因为当时所里也没给刘源张分配工作，他就对所里的年轻人说可以教他们英语，有两个年轻人报名，同时他还搞起了中文翻日文。当时宣传部门要出一种面向日本读者的杂志，把中国的当代文学作品翻译成日文，刘源张还完成了两篇小说的翻译。

他后来在回忆录中写道：“因为这两种活动，我的‘劫后’日子并不寂寞。在家里，两个女儿都很用功学习。我看着她们复习功课的样子，看着她们的同学来找她们的光景，看见妻子为她们缝制衣服的情形，心中感到异常的宽慰。”

Spring Festival in my Hometown

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up Spring Festival couplets to convey their best wishes for the coming year.

On the New Year’s Eve, the whole family sits around, having a

sumptuous feast of reunion. It is worth mentioning that the food we have called maiyouzhi is unique. There is a flat piece of wheat sheet covering various vegetable and meat then rolling them up. What a delicious it is! After dinner, the family always watches the Spring Festival Gala Evening, and sets up fireworks to watch in the New Year.

On the first day of the New Year, people pay visits to the relatives and friends to send New Year’s greetings to each other and wish everything smoothly in the new year. The kids can get a lot of lucky money from the elders.

During the whole holiday, there are varied activities in the town such as lion and dragon dance, and all the citizens enjoy them very much.

People celebrate the festival until the Lantern festival. However, the wonderful memory and the joy of the Spring Festival will last long.

My College Life

How time flies! I have been in Zhejiang Gongshang University for a semester. In retrospect, my college life is busy but colorful. Different from my senior high school’s life, the whole new life I led is much freer. I arranged my time,

becoming the master of myself.

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. We are required to be accomplished in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. As a result I had to spend most of time in improving my abilities. Besides of the regular courses, I often attended the lecture and went to the library to eich my knowledge, and I do benefit from what I learnt.

As to the after school life, what I consider most meaningful is joining the YVP to serve society. I think it is the responsibility for every university student to make contribution to the community. Little as my effort is, I tried my best to help the people around us. Once the YVP organized us to sell secondhand books and raise the money to help the people indeed.

In addition, I quite enjoy the travels and the bees. Travels let me experience the sunshine, fresh air as well as the special taste of the local customs and practices. While the bees keep the friendship shining, and friends are as if family members. Both of them lit up my life.

All in all, the college life is a journey, and I have long way to go; all the memory is the most precious treasure, and I will value every moment.

4月22日，原省财政厅厅长、财政部中国财税博物馆馆长、浙江大学特聘教授翁礼华走进“台州大讲堂”，给我市市直机关和各县(市、区)副处以上干部，以及椒江部分热心市民，作了题为“态度改变人生”的专题演讲，阐述了“以快乐、积极的人生态度去改变幸福的人生”这一生活哲理，很受听众欢迎，这里整理他部分讲话提要，以飨读者。

人生的三大价值：经验、创造、态度。

经验价值，就是经过长期的积累，形成了属于自己的一种判断和处理问题的能力。像学开车，从不会处理紧急情况，到能及时避免事故发生，就是经验发生了作用。熟能生巧，当你有了几年的驾龄，你就不会把刹车当油门，或把油门当刹车了。当你驾车在小巷中，突然滚出一个皮球，你的经验会告诉你，即将有个小孩要跑出，你就要作好刹车的准备了。

因此，生活离不开经验的积累，对于领导干部也好，或者普通公务员也罢，更需要去积累工作的经验，否则你就不会提高。

创造价值是人活着的源泉，也就是说，人的一生就是不断创造的过程——创造财富、创造精神食粮、创造艺术，以及创造自我等，人如果没有了创造的欲望，也就没有梦想，没有了

梦想，也就没有了激情，没有了生活的激情，生活还有意义吗?

创造无所谓大小，也无所谓方式，由此，对于每一个人来说，只要有创新，哪怕是工作方法的改进，也是一种创造的过程和成果。

而人最重要的价值，却在于态度价值。这是人的最高境界，人生的态度决定了人生的成就，也决定人生的命运。人生是一个单程旅行，是没有回返的，生老及死，人早晚要离开这个世界的，这是谁也无法改变的规律，这就看你对活着的态度。

人生的三大终极目标：自由、平等、和谐

追求自由和享受自由，对每一个人来说，都是天生的愿望，多少文人墨客写过这方面的诗词，讲得就是这样的道理。对许多人而言，也许自由比生命还重要，有多少人为自由洒尽热血。

在当今世界，惩罚犯法的人，最普通最常用的就是让他坐牢，坐牢就是剥夺犯人的自由。这就是利用人性中最薄弱的环节——对自由的渴望和向往，因此，至今还没找到比监狱更好的方法和手段，来惩罚犯人的罪行。

所以，当你正享受着自由的时候，你应该学会珍惜，一旦因为失足而失去自由，世界上没有后悔的药，即使有，也很难买到。当然，你要想自己获得自由，充分的享受，在生活中，你不能妨碍别人的自由，不能掠夺别人的自由来满足自己，大家一起去拥有和享受自由。

平等是指人与人之间价值取向的一个标志。“平起平坐”，千百年来，这曾是人们的期待和梦想。于是，渴望财富平等、地位名望平等、爱情平等，甚至于人格平等等，成为多少人梦寐以求的事情和人生目标。所以，当你拥有物质财富，做着“人上人”的时候，在自我满足的同时，更应该想想与你平等的人，施以善举，伸出爱心之手，都是情理之中，想别人分享你的幸福同时，你或许得到更多的幸福。

“和”字拆开看，就是“人人有饭吃”的意思;“谐”字拆看理解，其义为“人人都可以说话”。“有饭吃”、“能讲话”这就是所谓和谐的内涵和本质。虽然，这是“望文生义”的结果，但其中的道理是很硬的。现在提出构建和谐社会，就是从人的本质出发，人与人之间讲究和睦相处，也是大家的终极目标，而且是人生的最高境界。

要想人人和谐，每个人要先懂得“顺气”;“顺气”就是心平气和，面对现实中许多不平等，先学会自我满足，不要一味地去怨恨，或者去做极端的事情。和谐社会从自我做起，从和谐家庭出发，你喜欢在家里和老婆吵架，你在单位里也不会和别人和谐的，你的目标也实现不了。

正确的幸福观：积极、健康、快乐

每个人都有追求幸福的权利。但幸福到底是什么，幸福到底在哪里?也许永远没有一致的答案。欲望无止境，对幸福的追求，谁都不会停歇，总在不停的跋涉。

可是，一旦发现自己的目标没有实现，或者遥遥无期，许多人会产生悲观、失望，甚至绝望的心里，以至走向自我毁灭。因此，毫不夸张地说，一个人的人生态度往往决定一个人的命运。积极、健康、快乐的幸福观，就能得到真正的幸福;消极、肮脏和不切实际的欲望，会带给你沉重的包袱，最终也改变不了你的人生，也实现不了你的梦想。

所以，当你平平安安地走在大路上，你就要想想还有人拄着拐杖走路;当你拄着拐杖走路，你也不能烦闷，要想到还有人推着轮椅前进，当你只能靠轮椅“走路”的时候，你要想想，还有人躺在床上，享受不到一缕的阳光;当你因为疾病而只能躺着度过余生的时候，你要想到有人已经离开了人世，你的生命还在延续着，活着就是幸福，活着就有价值。

当今社会，浮躁风气盛行，面对社会的强大压力，又有几个人可以平心静气地去思考，又有多少人还能够安静地享受生活。似乎，已经有好久，我觉得自己总在为生活挣扎，漫无目的地去奋斗，却只有一身疲惫，到头来，终不知我拥有了什么。

有时我会羡慕那些在任何时候都可以安然入睡的狗，它们总是感觉很幸福，也许，是因为它们总是那么坦然和知足。

每天，只是一顿简单的饭菜，它都会专注地享受，哪怕只是馒头蘸菜汤，它也会伸出两只爪子，开心地“谢谢”。它可以从最简单的事物中获得同等的快乐，享受在其中。而我们，莫说是一顿简单的饭菜，就是一席盛宴，我们也难以满意，咸淡总难合心意，有时还要强迫自己说一些违心的话。如此，在饭桌上，也要斗斗心思、感受的也只是说不尽的压力与疲备，又何谈知足与快乐。学会接受，用感恩的心面对别人的劳累，也许不是那么完美，但对于你，将是无与伦比的幸福。

狗同时又有一颗平等的心，面对朋友，它们眼中无所谓美丑贱贵，只有快乐。多少次，曾看到一群狗狗玩作一团，而它们眼中也绝不会有品种级别的观念。因为如此坦然相处，所以它们总会很快乐。而我们，冥冥中会把周围的人分成个三六九等。我们会怜悯街边乞讨的人，会羡慕衣着光鲜、名气高筑的人。面对比不上自己的人，我们有时会沾沾自喜；而面对比自己优秀的人，我们又会感觉到压力。人类的社会里，太多这样“欺软怕硬”的规则游戏，我们只能不断地给自己加压，不断地磨砺自己，绞尽脑汁地去赢得什么。也许只有这样，在你我眼中才会拥有尊严，拥有荣誉。然而，真到了收获成功的时候，我们却又情不自禁地哭泣，因为，我们并不快乐。学会平等，摘下那充斥着各种元素的有色眼镜；学会平和，平心静气，放下一切利益关系去看身边的人。(作文大全 )每一个人都会有光亮，你会收获更多的充实与快乐。

而奋斗中的我们，总是把独立挂在嘴边，要历尽艰辛去闯荡。这也许是无数青少年的梦想，标榜自由，喜欢用自己的方式去应对一切挑战。我们肯定这样的胆识与勇气，只是，在一味的孤军奋战后，又能收获多少快乐。失败，你要默默地独自承受，无尽的黑暗没有人与你一起冲破；成功，你除了瞬间的欣慰，开怀大笑，还能做什么，没有人陪你一起快乐。一切都是孤独的，一切都要自己来承受，冥冥中，你已经感觉不到自己奋斗的意义，只有漫无边际的空虚。人与人的相处，不一定会毫无烦恼，却也应该是一种互动。学会分享，学会帮助，无论是谁，都会感受到自己的价值。

纵然我们有很高的智慧，我们却生活得如些疲惫。我们在复杂多变的社会中竞争、搏斗，不肯低下头去看看身边的生活。有时，这只是因为我们感到自卑与害怕，我们总是不敢去相信周围的一切。然而，有时，哪怕只是片刻，你肯卸下那厚厚的防护面具，用一颗平常的心，用一只狗的生活态度去看看这人间，也许，你就会看到你所一直向往的真善美。

一只狗的生活就是如此简单，然而它却可以过得津津有味。而我们，如果可以多去信任一下周围的人，可以平等地对待周围的朋友，懂得人与人之间的互动，也许就会发现，我们也在同样的被信任，被尊重，被依赖。生活是可以相互对等的，有时，生活里，我们更需要—份简单。
