In short, mylife in university is busy but valuable. You can see that study brings me knowledge,student activities improve myself, library changes my horizons, the othersthings make me independent. My grade school days are the most wonderful time I have ever had. In those days I always wanted as eagerly to learn as a dog prowls about in search of food. The teachers taught me not only the three R’s but also the way to observe the world surrounding us. They laid more stress on observation than on memorization. Thus we had much time to talk over and trade our learning experiences. What excited me most during my grade school days, however, was to be out collecting specimens of the butterfly. Once, on a sunny day and after walking a good while, we reached a one began to catch the butterflies with great excitement while the teacher told us about the living habit of them. Though we spent more time in playing than in catching butterflies, we still had a rich collection when we went home, and a rich knowledge of wildlife into the bargain. After I attended junior high school I did not have much of an opportunity to learn the way I did in grade school, but did not regret because we are bound to go through various stages of life. Anyway, my grade school education was the cornerstone of my later learning career and for that single reason, if not for any other, I am grateful to it.

世间很多事情绝非以认真和不认真来定论好坏。有时候过分认真其实是自寻烦恼。过于执著或纠结于自身所期望的某件事情，而忘却了生活中其他的意义，实属不明智之举。

过分执著的心态让人们的眼睛只盯着某一件事情，生活的价值成为一个平面或者一条直线，甚至一个点，忘却了作为一个人活着的立体的人生价值。

学会放弃一些事情，的确是需要莫大的勇气，尤其是放弃自己不愿放弃但应该放弃的。首先是要面对自己内心的纠结和挣扎。怎样才能释然，这是很多人所思考的，也是很多人希望做到而常常无法做到的。大概这个过程才体现了人性，才让人们真真切切感受到自己作为一个有思想有情感的高级生物存在于博大的宇宙之中的地球之上。

人们会因各种的烦恼困惑，急于寻求答案而焦急不安。那种本能促使人们不断地作出反映，进行自我调整。当然最终的结果很大程度上取决于人们周围的环境，取决于人们的见识及思维模式，等等。

孤独是现代社会人普遍存在的感觉，或者说没有足够的安全感。内心没有足够的东西作为依托。人们不知道该相信什么，不明白该忘哪里去。被社会的齿轮推动着，随波逐流。是的，就这样，日复一日，年复一年，直到生命的尽头。也许，会说，我们都是俗人，平常百姓过日子，何必在意这些。可事实上，每个人的内心都渴望那份宁静感和归宿感。这种感觉一点消失，就会六神无主，惶惶不可终日。行为上也无所适从，做任何事情都心神不定。究其原因，却不知可否。

这种情况有何解决方法，大多数人就是让自己忙碌起来，没有时间去惶恐。可是等手中的事情一旦停止，大脑神经却极度紧张，夜不能寐。还有一些人就顺其自然，任凭发展。这两种方式都是极端的，治标不治本。没有希望，没有方向的生活就会显得杂乱无章，心境游离就会导致行为失误，事事不顺，如此恶性循环。这就容易导致神经衰弱，无益健康。

这个社会当中，评价价值的以经济指标作为绝对标准。也难怪人们都争先恐后。或者能够暂且放下，寻找一个宁静的空间，给自己的心灵瞬间的休憩，不失是一种善待自己的好方式。

有一句话：活着就是一种修行。真的是啊。每个人都是经历了酸甜苦辣，喜怒哀乐，巅峰低谷才汇集成属于自己的人生。修行是时刻要做的功课，是一生都在研究的，却没有标准答案的课题。

得意时不要忘形，失意时相信一切将成为历史，或者就不会放不下了。

放下，其实也是一种生活态度。

This summer, I was very happy. Although I didnt go out to travel. 就在两年多以前，我和那些初出茅庐的“小知识分子”一样，为了自己的梦想，不断地冲啊，冲啊，然后弄得遍体鳞伤，然后泄气，然后多愁善感的想啊想啊，最后安于现状，等待上天的安排，在别人看来其实这一切都是再平淡不过的事情，因为这就是当代小年青现状。我也是，当时我心里很痛苦，我不知道我背井离乡的工作是为了什么，我只知道上班下班，然后睡觉，我曾经做过的职业规划甚至都没有时间去瞧一瞧，心中的梦想也被一而再，再而三的摧残，因为别人都说一切要向钱看，于是我真的被改变了，我拼命的加班，拼命的抓住一切能充实自己大脑的机会，拼命的赚钱，不管自己快不快乐，愿不愿意，可突然有一天，我发现我仍然是一个人，我觉得很累，我很不高兴，我很想家，我想我的爸爸妈妈，于是我决定回家，我也照做了，放弃了高工资，放弃了他们对我的承诺，因为我的家乡有同样的机会等着我。

Hello everyone.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!
