不是有这么一句话吗？“愁一愁，白了头；笑一笑，十年少。”谁都想永远年青，就是小孩想长大，大了想年轻。这一切就看你要用怎样的生活方式去面临着他。当然方式不一，我们简单地举个例子吧。他都是样的去感悟自己的生活。我，我们中国的女排主教练陈忠和他就是每天而带笑容地陪着队员们练球，以前他是一位陪练升为主教练。在他的心里承担是多么的沉重的，他的妻子不幸去开会的时候被车撞死了。下了他与三岁的女儿陈珑。由于成为主教练，自身的负担也不断的增加了。那能抽出时间去照顾自己的女儿呢？只能把她留在女儿的外婆家。因为陈忠和是长期漂在异乡，当然留在家乡的女儿陈珑没有感受到真正的父爱。就连亲眼见父亲的真面目都是在电视机的屏幕上见到的，而且只是女儿见爸爸，但爸爸那能见到女儿呢？还谈什么父爱呢？自己又要迎接2004年的“雅典”三天二天去别的地方参加比赛。所以女儿一直有一个诺言希望自己的爸爸能到学校门前接自己回家。因为每次都是外婆来接的，陈忠和只能在自己的假期中速来学校门前接女儿完成她的愿望。她就这样一边关心女儿，一边关心国家的体育。她女儿不断长大，女儿给自己的支持，他在2004年的“雅典”会上遇见了老友俄罗斯与了比之战胜了俄罗斯打破中国未打开排球冠军。这就是他的感悟了，如果说他当时，只是为了关心自己的女儿放弃了排球这面的关心。他的生活方式跟他今天的生活方式根本不同。可能是他知道到了怎样去感悟自己的生活才会更有意义吧！自己的感悟可以使他永远面带笑容，——他。
