Last year,I had a good holiday in Dalian,I went to the summer camp with my brother.It was such a wonderf journey.I played the water with my brother.And in the afternoon,we had lunch on the grass.Our food was made in the fast food restaurant.It was so delicious that my brother and I all liked it.And in the evening,I finished my homework,then I helped my brother study the English grammar.Then we went to bed .

What a beautiful day!But we couldnt stay there for a long time.So I decided that I must study hard and then go into the universities in Dalian.

《假如给我三天光明》这本书记录的是海伦·凯勒的一生，这本书写出了一个失明者对光明的无限渴望，哪怕只有三天，短短的三天，她也一定会加倍珍惜，她也能在这短短的三天做出许多事。书中感人心肺的故事，总在我遇到困难和挫折时鼓励我：不要后退，勇敢向前！马克·吐温曾经说过：“十九世纪有两奇人，一个是拿破伦，一个就是海伦·凯勒。”最近我读了一本关于海伦的书——《假如给我三天光明》，读完这本书之后我的心被海伦的精神深深的震撼了！

书中，海伦用细腻的笔触，对大自然景色的描写，使人很难相信出自一位盲聋人之笔；她去骑马、划船、游泳、划雪橇，甚至独自一人月夜泛舟，用心去领略月下荷塘的美景；她去参观博物馆，“听”音乐会，甚至去“欣赏”歌剧……我相信她一定是用心来感受这个世界，用心来享受生命。她远比我们这些正常人活得幸福、活得充实、活得有意义！是知识给了她生活的勇气，是知识给了她接受生命挑战的力量，使她能以惊人的毅力面对困境，终于在黑暗中找到了人生的光明。是知识使她产生了一种的信仰：现实环境固然可怕，但人类应该抱持希望，不断奋斗。生命的意义何在，人生的价值何在？人的一生是短暂的，我们似乎从未想过或不敢想象未来的世界，每日懒懒地生活，懒懒地工作，遇到困难就怨天尤人，抱怨上天不公。就这样年复一年，日复一日，时间如流水飞逝，过去的日子不再重现，当我们回首往事，是否值得留恋？是否值得纪念？假如，我们每一个人，都用知识点亮自己心中的灯，我相信，这个世界将是一片光明！海伦，用她艰难却幸福快乐的一生，诠释了生命的意义。她的一生是人类的奇迹，她的自传，使我汗颜，也使我警醒。

在书中，海伦说：“知识给人以爱，给人以光明，给人以智慧，应该说知识就是幸福，因为有了知识，就是摸到了有史以来人类活动的脉搏，否则就不懂人类生命的音乐！”。的确，知识的力量是无穷的，正是知识使海伦创造了这些人间奇迹！知识的力量是多么巨大，它能使一个残疾人，变成一个有益于人类、有益于社会的人。海伦的世界是无光、无声、无语的孤独岁月，但她却顽强地认为假如给她三天光明，那么在第一天，她要“透过灵魂之窗”看到那些鼓励她生活下去的善良、温柔与心怀感动的人们；在第二天，她要在黎明起身，去看黑夜变成白昼的动人奇迹；在第三天，她将在当前的日常生活中度过，到为生活而奔忙的人们经常去的地方去体验他们的快乐、忧伤、感动与善良。海伦的一生，是生活在黑暗中却给人类带来光明的一生，她用行动证明了人类战胜命运的勇气，给世人留下了一曲永难遗忘的生命之歌！

周恩来一生艰苦奋斗，生活俭朴。在吃的方面，据一些老同志回忆，在周恩来当总理期间，国务院召开的所有会议，他都与大家一起在大食堂用餐，并按规定交粮票和钱。据冰心回忆，1952年她从日本回国，周总理接见后共进晚餐，竟是四菜一汤，使她大吃一惊。据江西原省长方志纯回忆，1954年到北京参加国务院的一次会议，周总理要留他们吃饭，他们十分兴奋，心想会吃到什么山珍海味，结果大失所望，吃的全是家常便饭。有一次，周恩来到鞍山视察，按规定午饭和晚饭是两菜一汤，工作人员上了四菜一汤，他将两个菜端了下去，说热一热下一顿吃。他还要求上高粱米，大家担心他吃不惯，不好消化。他说：“东北人民能吃高粱米，我当总理的为什么就不能吃呢?”周恩来穿的衣服和袜子经常是补了又补。以至于他一上床，他的警卫就要检查他的袜子破没破。1963年底到1964年初，周总理到非洲、欧洲、亚洲14国访问，第一站到埃及。按惯例，他的衣服是拿到大使馆去洗，一般由大使的夫人来洗。结果这一次，中国驻埃及大使陈家康的夫人徐克立看到衣服后哭了。她向警卫发了火，并自己买了三套衣服要周总理带上。周总理对她进行了耐心的解释，领了她的好意，但始终没有要。
