Nowadays, working overtime is so common in many companies, especially in

concerned, there are two main reasons of working overtime. For one thing, there

is indeed too much work to do.

If it is so, the boss should compensate staffs by

“飞机”起航后，许多因为形状、风向而不幸“坠落”的飞机，静静地卧在角落里，一副狼狈的样子。这不正是理想破灭后失魂落魄的自己吗？但在失败后，“飞机”们又整装待发，吸取教训，准备迎风启航。生活中不也是这样吗？跌倒了再爬起来，失败了，再重振旗鼓，即使失败一千次，一万次，也要坚定信念，坚守自己的理想。怀着失败后从头再来的勇气，继续乘风破浪，扬帆起航。

走上前去，轻轻拾起几架纸飞机，上面写着“宇航员、老师”的字眼，这些都是我们的理想。我也曾迷茫过：理想，到底是什么？理想，是鸟儿对自由的渴望？理想，是花儿对美丽的追求？还是我们对未来美好的愿望？没有了理想，就如同飞机脱离了轨迹，但飞机必须要回到正轨上去。我也有了自己的理想，那架写着“作家”的“飞机”又会飞到哪里呢？

就让载着理想的飞机，飞得高一点，再高一点……

这个世界并不是缺少爱，而是缺少一种发现爱的慧眼。

从韦唯的那首《爱的奉献》唱响大地的时候，我们就知道要让世界充满爱需要全世界的人都去努力播种爱的种子，但是世界在和平的包装下，隐藏着那么多的不安定因素，似乎也昭示了这个世界其实也并不理想。

我翻开“世界”底片，寻找爱的答案。

第一张：

花园广场上，以为年轻的母亲正在教可爱的儿子学步，儿子走路一摇一晃，很不稳定，母亲在前面招着手示意儿子向前，突然，儿子摔倒了，哇哇的哭的很伤心，小手不停的挥着要母亲拉他，而母亲虽然眼神中充满了关切，却并没有向前扶他，而是说：“好宝宝，自己起来!”儿子正大了眼睛，似乎听懂了母亲的话，艰难的爬了起来。母亲笑了，拍拍儿子的小脑袋，儿子也“咯咯”的笑了……

画面在这里定格，真的让人回味无穷。

第二张：

唐山大地震的某监狱，狱墙倒塌，有许多犯人都爬出来，但他们并没有逃跑之意，而是在唯一的一名狱警的指挥下去营救被压在废墟中的狱友和狱警。有的犯人被弄的鲜血淋漓，有的犯人的伤口化脓要用吸管去吸，一个当过医生的犯人毫不犹豫的用嘴吸，解除了哪个人的痛苦。

画面在这里停滞，相信不少人在看到这情景时，内心深处受到了不小的撞击。

第三张：

伊拉克战争后，废墟一片，到处是简陋的大棚，饥饿的难民。终于，有一天，一辆辆卡车快速驶来，把批批货物，送到每一个难民的手中，难民们都感动了，在泪光中看着一颗颗来自四面八方充满友爱的心，同时，就连哪个国家的许多城市都举行游行示威，反对对的侵略。

画面在这里停放了。我也感动的流下了泪水，它激荡着我的灵魂，让我回味……

第四张：……

我终于明白了，爱原来就这么简单，只是因为我们认为那太微不足道，不值得去做，才让这个世界多了一份凄凉，少了一缕温暖的阳光。

只要爱的底片存在，相信那缕阳光一定会温暖整个世界。
