“不……是我……不能……”我有些语无伦次，脸也在发烧。

“就这么定了！”他一把抢过那本脏词典塞进了自己的桌堂，又埋头写起作业来。

我用颤抖的双手抚摸着那本崭新的《中阶英汉词典》，我为同桌的包容和友情而感动……

夜，悄无声息，昏黄的街灯下，它，显得更黑，更高大，不紧不慢，斜斜的，悄然地跟着我，我止住了它也停了下来。

“我不会输给你的!”我愤愤地说道。它也耀武扬威地向我扬了扬拳头，抬头望去，巷子依然幽深而莫测，我深吸一口气，冲进去，它也不甘示弱，扬起腿，随后，消失了………

i’m young again!” she shouts euberantly.as my friend raves on about her new love, i’ve taken a good look at my old one. my husband of almost 20 years, scott, has gained 15 pounds. once a marathon runner, he now runs only down hospital halls. his hairline is receding and his body shows the signs of long working hours and too many candy bars. yet he can still give me a certain look across a restaurant table and i want to ask for the check and head home.

there is sharing. not only do we share household worries and parental burdens - we also share ideas. scott came home from a convention last month and presented me with a thick historical novel. though he prefers thrillers and science fiction, he had read the novel on the plane. he touched my heart when he eplained it was because he wanted to be able to echange ideas about the book after i’d read it.

there is forgiveness. when i’m embarrasssingly loud and crazy at parties, scott forgives me. when he confessed losing some of our savings in the stock market, i gave him a hug and said, “it’s okay. it’s only money.”there is sensitivity. last week he walked through the door with that look that tells me it’s been a tough day. after he spent some time with the kids, i asked him what happened. he told me about a 60-year-old woman who’d had a stroke. he wept as he recalled the woman’s husband standing beside her bed, caressing her hand. how was he going to tell this husband of 40 years that his wife would probably never recover? i shed a few tears myself. because of the medical crisis. because there were still people who have been married 40 years. because my husband is still moved and concerned after years of hospital rooms and dying patients.

there is faith. last tuesday a friend came over and confessed her fear that her husband is losing his courageous battle with cancer. on wednesday i went to lunch with a friend who is struggling to reshape her life after divorce. on thursday a neighbor called to talk about the frightening effects of alzheimer’s disease on her father-in-law’s personality. on friday a childhood friend called long-distance to tell me her father had died. i hung up the phone and thought, this is too much heartache for one week. through my tears, as i went out to run some errands, i noticed the boisterous orange blossoms of the gladiolus outside my window. i heard the delighted laughter of my son and his friend as they played. i caught sight of a wedding party emerging from a neighbor’s house. the bride, dressed in satin and lace, tossed her bouquet to her cheering friends. that night, i told my husband about these events. we helped each other acknowledge the cycles of life and that the joys counter the sorrows. it was enough to keep us going.finally, there is knowing. i know scott will throw his laundry just shy of the hamper every night; he’ll be late to most appointments and eat the last chocolate in the bo. he knows that i sleep with a pillow over my head; i’ll lock us out of the house at a regular basis, and i will also eat the last chocolate.

A recent survey has been conducted on whether parents feel honored about their children in Zhonghua School. What is symbolically depicted in the bar chart above is that 80% parents regard their children as pride, while, to our surprise, only 60 in every hundred students hold the same viewpoint.

Such a striking contrast is there between the two perspectives that it reveals a common phenomenon. Parents and children hold different attitudes towards the issue. From where I am standing, two reasons are responsible for the finding.

今年，我是“槛外人”了。但久在“槛内”，一声铃来，犹不免静极思动，抹开面子，来说道两三，笔画八百。

这题目不错，窗外景，心中意，正能量，接地气，工匠精神，坚忍不拔，绿水青山金山银山，尽入我彀中矣。能写，好写，不为难孩子们;而写得高明，出彩，不落窠臼，就难乎其难，会是凤毛麟角吧。但揽得瓷器活的金刚钻，总还是有，30万的大基数呢，于是，肯定就有良和莠，就有山和水。

见到这题目，我首先想到的，是宋人的《酒泉子》：长忆观潮，满郭人争江上望。浙江，以钱塘潮著称，这是自然的礼物，也是精神的涵养。由此，说传奇，讲故事，便是自然而然地娓娓道来。八百到九百字，是带着镣铐的跳舞，会舞的，长袖善舞，可以是霓裳羽衣舞，娓娓不成，至少可以有个840的迷你型。不善此道的，也不妨子丑寅卯，可以对以“扬子江中水，开化龙顶茶”，永康的小五金，嘉兴的无角菱。略加申说，便是。只要有起承转合，文从字顺，中上的奖赏，还是少不了的，只要知道家乡三四，听说周边一二，素材有，构架有，搭个小屋子，自圆其说，自得其乐，也让老师有一乐半乐，还是不成问题的。

历史的传统，是自组织自稳定的，但是现代开放，会是有风险有阻力的。如何把握好传统的定力和现代的张力，便是舞文弄墨的读书人大显身手的机会了。

浙江，是一个地名，但可以用钱镠的海塘东坡的湖堤解释之，可以用南湖的菱角菰城的湖笔描摹之，当然也可以用骚人的观潮弄潮具象之。楠溪江，苕溪水，江郎峰，雁荡山，都合适。“浙江”，需要景深，需要亮度，需要广角。这一点，有的学生也许会轻忽。

也许只有曹雪芹才能写出这千古绝唱吧，可惜了没能让众人看到真正的结局。

读完了这本书，让我不禁感叹世事无常和人生无奈。这本书以贾、史、王、薛四个家族为背景，揭露了当时封建社会的黑暗，同时也表达了作者曹雪芹的愤怒与不满。

这本书处处充满着悲剧。我们看到了大观园从原来的繁荣胜景变成了凄凉的景象，也看到了发生在这一封建家族的悲剧，探春远嫁他方，元妃病逝宫中……这一个个鲜活的生命，成了一场场悲剧。

其中最让人伤感的要数宝黛之恋了吧。一个是寄人篱下，体弱多病的黛玉。在那个以考取功名的时代，宝玉的思想被大家当成不学无术，连他的宝姐姐也劝他考取功名。而他却说“林妹妹是从来不会说这些话的”，没错，或许只有黛玉能够懂他，她从来不会劝宝玉考取功名，也不会责备宝玉不思上进。而面对叛逆，以及对世俗不屑一顾的黛玉，也只有宝玉能够懂她。只有宝玉能够看出黛玉的与众不同，能够读懂她的诗词歌赋。两个就这样“青梅竹马，两小无猜”，她们互为知己，慢慢生出情意。可是她们之间的爱情是不被认可的，最后黛玉含恨离世。

《红楼梦》作为四大名著这一，其中的深意肯定不仅仅在于对爱情的表达，这本书中的学问，远非读个一两遍就能理解的。这是一本常读常新的书一本读过就会上瘾的书。

我国古代两大禅师寒山和拾得，有这样一段对话，寒山问拾得：“世间有人欺我、辱我、笑我、轻我，如何处治了?”拾得日：“只有您让他避他，由他耐他，不要理他，再过几年，你且看他!”

我喜爱极了这句话，真是，当痛苦、误解、仇恨、冷漠等人生不幸包围我们时，我们不妨容忍。倘若我们以生命是一般逆风启航的航船，我们无法避免大风大浪和同一岸线航船的竞争，但我们可以调整方向。都说忍地时风平浪静，让三分海阔天空，风浪过后必是碧波荡漾的妩媚风光。

容忍不是懦弱，不是退让，不是逃避，而是一种隐形的坚强，一种积极的进取，一种平静的突破，海纳百川，有容乃大，壁立千仞，无欲则剐，忍让呈现了灵魂极为广阔的一面也展示了人格高尚的一面，更张扬了一种无声的风度。

大音稀声，大智若愚。没有谁能永远不幸，也没有谁能永远幸运。在生活中，有时忍者总是不得志，总是吃亏，这只是暂时的。暂时的得意并不能代表长久的风光，暂时的得利并不意味着长入的幸福。人生的辩证法总是由时间来证明，时间是的检验师。我想说：忍者无敌。

“忍”是悬挂在心上面的一把锋利的刀。如果不处理好刃与心的距离，我们必然流血，受到伤害。而心是阻挡这种伤害的盾牌。刃与心保持一定的距离，世界就美好了，天地就变宽了。在忍者的心底，时间总会磨去刃的光芒。心多了一份广度，刃就少了一份亮度，心多了一层厚度，刃就薄了一层利度。

因为忍让，我们会受到嘲笑、讥讽、打击和误解;因为忍让我们却得到了乐观、豁达、信念和力量。失去了花瓣，得到了果实;失去了严寒，迎来了温暖;失去了成功，得到了教训。因为果实如不容忍花瓣凋零，就无法成熟;寒冬不容忍温暖就无法换来季节轮回;成功不容忍失败，就无法寻得突破和转折。

首先，创新需要有超前意识。黄汉清教授说过：“只有先声夺人，出奇制胜，不断创新新的体制，新的产品，新的市场和压倒竞争对手的新形势，企业才能立于不败之地。”其实，不仅在企业中，在生活中，在日常身边的小事中，这句话也同样有道理。在美国诺伊州的哈佛镇，有些孩子经常利用课余时间到火车上买爆米花。

一个十岁的小男孩也加入了这一行列，他除了可在火车上叫卖外，还在爆米花中掺入奶油和盐，使味道更加可口。当然，他的爆米花比其他任何一个小孩都卖得好——因为他懂得如何比别人做的更好。这个男孩就是摩托罗拉公司的缔造者保罗·高尔文。他的成功秘诀不正是在别人面前抢占了先机吗?他的创新精神不正是他成功的前提吗?所以创新需要有超前意识。

其次，创新需要模仿加改良。创新需要模仿不等于完全照搬照抄，而是根据前人的经验，通过改良，通过自己的思考来改进。所以说，创新不能完全抛弃传统，要有所扬弃，有所继承。

中国最年轻的全国性寿险公司的带头人，现任泰康人寿保险股份有限公司董事长兼首席执行官陈东升关于创新说过：“很多人把违背规律，按照自己的意志行事标榜为创新，结果是头破血留，这种案例太多了，所以我觉得还不如老老实实照葫芦画瓢。”他的这番话正是他的成功之路所总结出来的。

当初他是一个怀揣着武汉大学经济学博士文凭的普通人，尽管嘉德拍卖三年的创业历程已经使他从一个学者成功转型为一个商人，但1996年他站在保险业的大门口，陈东升还只是一个没有任何实践经验的学生，因此他决定把国外保险巨头书包年积累的先进做法先照搬过来，几年时间里，陈东升先后走访了21个世界顶级的跨国保险金融集团。

达到公司架构，营销模式，小到公司的装修风格，服务设施等，都被陈东升从国外带了回来。模仿让泰康站在了高的起点上，也让陈东升站在了中国保险业的制高点，所以有时候，创新是站在前人的肩膀上前进一小步，这一小步就是你的改良，你的创新，你的特点。

但是，创新不等于盲目尝试，其也要追寻规律。当代着名作家李开复说过：“创新并不重要，有用的创新才重要”。一个很有哲理性的寓言：一个猎物被抓住了，狮子还没有吃，狐狸如果想吃就得考虑考虑：狮子为什么不吃?是肚子不饿，不合胃口，猎物太小不屑一吃，还是这个猎物有毒，根本就不能吃?如果是狮子嫌猎物太小不屑一吃，

狐狸才可以上去饱食一顿，否则，后果只能是被毒死或被狮子吃掉。这个小小的寓言，不正寓意着如果创新不好就是自掘坟墓吗?所以，在我们创新的过程中，一定要遵循规律，量力而为，不可盲目。

所以说，创新并不简单，但有两点是至关重要的：一是不要囿于别人的成就，二是不能怕犯错。在现在这样弱肉强食的社会中，只有想在人先，做在人前，以变应变，一物降一物才能掌握胜机，立于不败之地。
