其实，早在2500年前，一代圣人孔子就提出了因材施教的教育方法，孟子则将这种方法予以了继承和完善。孟子认为学生有这样几种：第一种是个人修养极好的学生，只须稍加引导，就好比及时雨加于草木，会迅速地滋长发育，成为楷模；第二种是长于德行的学生，经过熏陶之后，便能成为德行卓著之人；第三种是长于才能方面的学生，经过点拨就会成为通达多能的人；第四种是各种资质都一般的学生，可以采用问答的方式对他们进行解惑、释疑，以帮助他们脱困；第五种则是因地点和时间的关系不能当面授教的学生，可以闻知老师的道德学问，借自修的方式进行教育。如果要说教育应当以人为本，这样的观点才是真正从个体发展角度出发的，是值得现在的我们反思的！

认同世界上人与人之间都会存在差异的事实，就不应该用完全相同的标准去要求他们，而应避其所短、扬其所长，促使每一个人都能走向属于自己的完美空间。当然，要采用怎样的方式来处理好这个矛盾，就需要我们做更深入的思考，毕竟那不是一个巴掌或一个吻可以解决的！

“拍死一只蜘蛛不过是一件小事罢了，别怕，你一定可以做到的！”我紧紧地握着拳头，毫无底气地给自己打气。

近了，更近了。

那只蜘蛛不停地挪动着那几只可怕的腿，慢慢地向我逼近。我似乎能想象到它的眼睛里闪烁着怎样凌利的光芒，它晃动的触脚上一根根绒毛怎样摩擦，怎样从它的嘴里吐出一根长长的蛛丝然后将我包裹，一点一点地吞噬……

我只要操起手边的任何一样东西就可以轻而易举地将这只是蜘蛛拍死，可是我四肢僵硬，什麽也做不了，只能眼睁睁地看着它向我逼近，一步又一步地向我逼近。

此时，我只觉得无比悔恨。

我老早就看见这骇人的东西了。它停在我前面男生的肩上，我本想告诉他的，但我又想到这是高考，如果不告诉他，他被蜘蛛吓到，影响了发挥，岂不是给我提供了的机会吗？

说，还是不说，这是个问题。

最终我为自己描绘的美好明天战胜了我的理智。
