娱乐、锻炼的计划：如果可以的话，我希望可以四处走走，到处看看；有时间的时候就到外面和朋友们玩玩，到外面去转转，认识更多的朋友，也可以锻炼锻炼；坚持每天都跑步十分钟以上，尽量跑远一些，跑的快一些，尽量每天跑一英里，那也就是一千六百零九米了，用20分钟足矣跑完1英里，所以尽量每天跑20分钟，这可以增强我的体质。

Nowadays mobile phones are becoming more and more popular among the middle

in spite of these changes the liberation of women has not been completely

realized. prejudice against women is deeply rooted still in some peoples mind,

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

I was only nine years old when I learnt how to use a computer. My mother is my first teacher. I know how to type, how to copy a file, and how to visit a web site on the Internet. One day, mom was not at home. I turned on the computer and began to learn how to chat on net. The first one I met there was a boy called Tom. He greeted me politely. March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough trees

before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our

classmates planted trees around our school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug

the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth
