As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. affects their normal life.

convenient. However, we should be aware of the negative effects that cell phones

read the list off to you. In the same situation in past years, you may have

forgotten things or have had to drive all the way back home to get it. If your

car breaks down, you automatically call for help instead of having to walk to

Cell phones have also changed the way that people interact with each other.

When we call someone, we are actually calling the person and not a place. This

enables us to be more spontaneous when making plans as you rarely get a busy

also enable us to call if we are going to be late for an appointment, although

this has led to cell phone users running late more often than those who do not

have cell phones. These users seem to have adopted the attitude that appointment

One of the greatest disadvantages of the cellular phone is the fact that we

do not talk to strangers when traveling anymore. In the past, several people

waiting for a bus would engage in a conversation while they were waiting. People

who traveled the same routes every day might develop friendships along the way.

they just pull out their cell phones and speak with old friends, missing out on

As for these negative news, people is afraid to help those old people in need, that makes some of them who are in real trouble could not get help in time. I once asked one of my friends: “Why the old people turn bad? If you see one in the street, would you help?” He said: “It is not the old people turn bad, it is the bad people turn old. Since its rise, the Internet has been playing a more and more important

role in our daily life. It brings tremendous convenience and efficiency to our

lives. Online shopping is also a new rising thing brought by the Internet. Since

its increasing developing speed, some people think that online shopping will

replace traditional shopping. However, as far as I am concerned, it wont happen

in a short time.

Although online shopping is really very convenient, there are still some

strong points of traditional shopping which cannot be replaced by online

shopping. Firstly, online shopping lacks the intuitional impression of goods.

Sometimes the photos offered by the sellers are beautified with softwares, and

you will be disappointed to find the actual item is far from your expectation.

Secondly, returning goods in online shopping is quite troublesome, and sometimes

you only can achieve your goal at the cost of the payment of the postage by

yourself. Finally, there are too many fake products and cheats in online

shopping, and the quality of goods cannot be guaranteed as those in traditional

According to the points above, online shopping still needs some

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

Nowadays, cell phone has been widely used in people’s daily life. It seems that

people can’t live without it. In my opinion, cell phone really brings so many

advantages to mankind.

First of all, cell phone is very convenient. People can connect with anyone

in anywhere if that person has a mobile phone, too. In other words, people have

arrived the destination in the old days, but now people can write message on

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

长江是中国最长的河流。它对我们中国人十分重要。但现在长江给我们带来了严重的水灾。

许多村庄被洪水冲毁于。洪水使成千上万的人失去了家园，亲戚和朋友。许多孩子不能与平常——样去学校了。现在洪水引起了全球的注意。国外的人也给予了援助。在中国，上百万的战士忙于与洪水搏斗。他们努力工作，许多人在救村民时献出了自己的生命。

尽管我们不能帮助他们抗洪，但我们可以帮他们重建家园。我们可以捐出零花钱和衣服。我相信在不久的将来大多数人会回到家乡。

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。

In daily life we are often faced with choices.More often than not,we have

to make cardinal decisions indepentently.This moment is very important for

everyone to go through.

In order to make a decision that we will not regret,we should bear these

two principles in mind:thinking before acting,and never missing any

opportunities that arise.On one hand,we should have an apparent,objective

judgment about ourselves while maintaining a clear idea about the world around

us.On the other hand,we should also think about opportunity.Many people may not

quite agree with this and think that opportunity is so rare that only the

luckiest people come across it.However,opportunity is open to everyone and one

should make good use of it when confronted with it.One should take advantage of

it just like the proverb states:“Opportunities are only from the prepared

minds.”

So when one is faced with choices the next time,remember that using the

mind and taking advantage of good opportunities will pave the way to

success.
