Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure.

Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.

We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress

for too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can

come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to

do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough

money to pay for what we want. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn

how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with

people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

Advice on Protecting Wild Animal

Many animals are in danger of dying out。 As is shown in the chart， we can see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will continue。 From 1980 to 2010， at least 1 million animal species have disappeared。 Worse still， more and more wild animals are in great danger。 It is not a piece of sensational news; it is a fact， a harsh reality。 Unfortunately， we may not see these animals in the near future。

Behind every great achievement in anyones life lies perseverance. We see

鸬鹚是捕鱼小能手。它捕鱼前，会乖乖地等待主人用苇杆把脖子系紧，这样可以防止不小心把鱼咽下肚子。准备工作完成，它便一头扎入水中，没了踪影，水面上只留下了一片涟漪。它游得像小鱼一样快，一会儿从那儿冒出头，一会儿从这儿露出脸，仿佛在对我们说：“看我又抓到一条！”就像一个小孩子在炫耀自己的成绩。当鸬鹚脖子里装满鱼时，他就会跳上船，耐心地等待主人把脖子里的鱼倒出来。我数了数，啊，足足有七八条鱼！然后不知疲倦地再次跳下水，就这样一遍又一遍。它非常聪明，知道自己捕了几条鱼，它一直盼着奖赏，希望可以美餐一顿。

我觉得鸬鹚既聪明又勤快，就像一个可爱的“捕鱼翁”，总是不知疲倦地为人们捕鱼，它身上有一股坚持不懈的劲儿，很值得我们学习。

有人喜欢小兔，因为它长得可爱；有人喜欢小猫，因为它粘人；而我却唯独喜欢小狗了。

一天我从宠物市场里买回来一只小狗，我给它取了个名字叫小可。小可长得胖乎乎的，全身长满了白白的毛，摸上去可真舒服。一双锋利的爪子，走路从不发出声音，走起路来，尾巴翘得老高，显得非常傲慢。小可有时小可很温顺，当我写字时他总是摇摇尾巴，陪在我身边；有时却很淘气，在我旁边跳来跳去，让我无法写作；有时它又很负责，主人不在家时把门看得牢牢的，从不让陌生人靠近，只要稍微听到什么或看到什么，就会发出“警报”，做好“战斗”的准备。

这就是可爱、聪明、负责又淘气的小可，你们喜欢吗？

The Chinese Spring Festival comes on the first day of the Chinese Lunar Year, which is usually in February. There is a name for each year, such as the dog, the monkey, the tiger or one of the twelve animals, and this year is the year of the horse.

The animal is the friend of our human beings. We live in the same earth. Animals and human beings can’t be separated from each other. But some animals are getting less and less. So it’s necessary for us to protect animals, especially wild animals. Some people kill wild animal because of money. It’s illegal. Beside, because of the development of society, human needs more space to live in, so we explore the forest. Animals have less space to live in. The number of wild animals decreases year by year. It’s high time to take actions to protect wild animals.

动物是人类的朋友，我们共同生活在地球上。动物和人类不可以彼此分离。但有些动物的数量越来越少，所以我们有必要去保护动物，特别是野生动物。一小部分人为了赚钱而去猎杀野生动物，这是违法行为。此外，由于社会的发展，人类需要的生活空间，所以要开发森林。然而动物的生存空间却变少了。野生动物的数量逐年减少，现在该是采取措施保护野生动物的时候了。

我喜欢的小动物有很多，例如小狗、小猫、鹦鹉、乌龟、仓鼠等等。但是其中我最喜欢的还是小猫。

在我家中，你会发现一只橙中带白的“小圆球”，那便是我的宠物猫“橙子”。

“橙子”是一只可爱的小猫，它有着四只毛绒绒的小爪子，一双深绿色的眼睛就像是一汪绿色的深潭，特别迷人，一只白里透红的小鼻子总喜欢到处嗅来嗅去。

“橙子”平时最喜欢的事情就是睡大觉，每当吃饱喝足，它就用舌头舔舔自己的前爪，然后迈着那优雅的猫步走向阳台，来到一片幸福树的阴凉下，伸开它那面条般的身子，不一会儿就开始了它的美梦，或许在梦中会梦到埃及猫神殿或者宇宙猫星球。

在日常生活中“橙子”最爱吃鱼，记得有一次，妈妈买了两条鱼回家，“橙子”大老远便闻见了鱼的味道，就在妈妈在在厨房中做饭时，它便化身成了“猫小偷”轻轻地来到了放鱼的大水盆旁，想抓一条鱼吃，只见它轻轻一跃便跳到了水盆的边缘，然而，由于没有掌握好平衡，“橙子”一不小心掉到了盆里，变成了一只“落汤猫”好笑极了。看到它狼狈的样子，我哈哈大笑。

和“橙子”在一起的时候我非常开心，希望它能永远和我在一起，陪伴在我的身边。

有人喜欢洁白可爱的小兔子，有人喜欢忠实调皮的小狗，有人喜欢机灵的小鱼，而我喜欢的动物是小鸭子。

小鸭子全身毛茸茸的，有一双黑黑的眼睛，像两颗黑葡萄一样，最有特点的就是它的嘴巴了，你看！它的嘴巴扁扁的，笨笨的能吃到食物吗？哦，如果小鸭子一头钻进水里，它那扁扁的嘴巴捉小鱼可是非常灵活的。吃起食物一动一动的像个大钳子。小鸭子的翅膀短短，像小手一样，总是贴着身子。走起路来一摇一摆的，很有趣。

这就是我喜欢的小鸭子。
