中心突出，思想健康

从写作材料里提取中心思想，在写作过程中要重点提出或者要加以论述，即要，中心思想和中心论点要突出、鲜明。

内容充实且层次清楚、语句通顺、段落分明

指写进文章里的材料有较高的质量，文章内容丰富、具体。所选材料对表现中心是必要的、足够的。

但这里所说的足够，并非把很多材料堆积形成的，而是要在内容充实的基础之上保证思路清晰，层次明了。且保证语言规范、准确、连贯。即用词准确、造句正确、没有语病、句子与句子之间上下衔接、句子顺序合理、语意通畅。

高考作文评分标准包括基础等级和发展等级两大部分。

一、基础等级

基础等级又分为内容等级和表达等级。内容标准分为四个等级“切合题意、中心突出、内容充实、思想健康、感情真挚”；“符合题意、中心明确、内容较充实、思想较健康、感情真实”；“基本符合题意、中心基本明确、内容单薄、思想基本健康、感情基本真实”；“偏离题意、中心不明确、内容不当、思想不健康、感情虚假”。其中“题意”“中心”和“内容”这三项比较重要，而“题意”是重中之重。

高考作文评分标准把“题意”“中心”和“内容”各分为四个梯度

“题意”：①切合题意。所写内容选择角度非常符合材料内容及含意涉及的范围；②符合题意。所写内容选择角度基本符合材料内容及含意涉及的范围；③基本符合题意。尚能把握材料，行文有所游离；④偏离题意。指仅仅抓住材料中枝节来立意行文。

“中心”：①中心突出。能够紧紧围绕中心主题构思作文；②中心明确。指能够围绕主题构思行文；③中心基本明确。尚有中心，但个别游离中心；④中心不明确。无明确主题，或脱离材料含意作文。

“内容”：①内容充实。所写文章材料丰富，能够充分表现主题，同时论证也很充分；②内容较充实。选事例典型，虽然材料不够丰富，但论证比较充分，所选材料也基本能够表达主题；③内容单薄。虽有材料，但材料较少，不足以表现主题，或者所选事例只有个别典型，只能勉强表现主题；④内容不当。所选材料不能表现主题，所选事例个个跟主题无关，只是“贴标签”式的拼凑。

简单地说，在基础等级中，考生要做到的是“入格”，写合格文；发展等级中，考生要做到的是“出彩”，写个性文，精彩文。

二、发展等级

作文要想拿高分，必须在发展等级上做足文章。就发展等级而言，必须抓住四个关键词：深刻、丰富、文采与创新，这是高考“衡文”的标准，也是我们“练考”所追求的目标。
