8:30，我来到学校。操场上的人可真多啊，送小孩的家长，准备教具的教练，维护秩序的员工，自由嬉戏欢快奔跑着的孩子们……9点钟，教练开始点名，然后我们去了大礼堂，教练让我们选不同的运动。我选了棒球，我还从来没有打过棒球呢!于是，我迫不及待地排队到了运动场地。教练已经将球棒、球和垒放在了指定的位置，然后把把我们分好组。一切准备好之后，教练一声令下：“开始!”教练竟然让我作为进攻方第一个上场!我双手握住球棒的底端，把球棒抬到右肩上方，侧身站好，双腿微曲，面朝正前方，眼睛死死地盯着教练手上的球。教练将球朝我扔了过来，我猛地挥出球棒，没想到居然一下子就打中了!球飞出去不太远，我跑到了第一个垒。下一个队友也击中了球，并打得很远，所以我跑到了homebase来了……

上午还有做沙拉的活动，我也兴致勃勃地参加了。我们先洗好手，然后看老师做冰砂：老师先把水果切好，然后把冰块和水果放进搅拌机，打开开关，搅拌五分钟，冰砂就做好了!我们一一品尝，味道好极了!喝一口下肚，酸酸甜甜的冷流直沁人肺腑!在这炎热的夏天喝上一口，简直爽呆了!

下午才是最令人尖叫的时候!我们竟然玩了一场水战!开始，教练搬来几个大桶和很多小桶。美得你给教练把大桶的水装满，我们就用小桶盛起大桶里的水泼别人。我到处泼、到处洒，很多人都被我泼到了，连教练也不例外。其他的小伙伴也不甘示弱地回敬我，不一会儿，我自己也成了落汤鸡!欢笑声、泼水声、尖叫声，汇成了一曲动听的音乐!

This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills such as the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Studentsthe Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

7月5日，我去了宁波，参加了为期四天的夏令营。

我分在第一营，第一二天平稳度过。第三天，我们进行了野营。一大清早集合出发，路上三个小时的车程，我大概也睡了有两小时。到了野营地后，老师给我们每三个到四个人分配一个帐篷。我仍和前两天的那三人一组。我们的营地是在一条小溪边，吃过午饭后，老师给每人发了一把小小的水枪说要来场水枪大赛。我们赶紧去装满水，准备着。第一轮，我营进攻，三营防守。老师一声哨响，我就快速向前跑，冲在最前面。我们营里有的同学还在装水，所以就只几个人跟着冲了出来。我们一路向敌营冲去，起先只遇到几个“敌人”，三下就被我们OK了。天开始下起毛毛细雨，我们接着前冲时，一下子冒出来十几个人，这下我有些招架不住了，他们有时会把水扫射到我的眼睛，害我睁不开眼。我连忙跑去放行李处找出我的游泳眼镜戴上继续战斗。这下，我可以近距离进攻了。

这时老师改为一二营防，三营攻击。我们赶忙去装满水对着进攻者狂射，使得他们很难近身。这时，突然在三营的身后冒出一拨人，原来是两营的同伴。这下三营被我们包抄了，进退不得。雨开始下大，天空一道闪电后，轰隆隆一声打雷，老师让我们赶紧回去避雨，三营这才得以“解救”。一会儿，雨小了，我们又继续出来战斗，理所当然地我们赢了。晚饭时间到了，可我们发现去吃饭地方的小桥已经被水淹没了。老师冒险渡溪去把我们的帐篷转移过来。可是帐篷已经全“飞”到溪水里了，老师只得一一捡起来。但是里面全湿了，幸好我还没把行李放进帐篷，不如也湿了会。晚上我们举行篝火晚会，大家围着火堆唱歌跳舞可开心了。

四天的夏令营好像过得很快，一眨眼就结束了。这次是我第一次离开家长，独立在外过集体生活。我玩得很开心，而且发现有很多事情我都可以自己完成。回家后他们都说我好像结实了些，也长大懂事了些。明年我还要参加夏令营。

一阵暖风扑面而来，有种潮湿的感觉。思绪一下子又回到了三年前，第一次参加夏令营的时候，这也是我第一次离开父母，过集体生活。

当时爸妈帮忙整理好行李，叮嘱了几句，仅仅这些，或许是不想让我的心太沉重吧！于是，车缓缓开动了。我迎来了一生中的第一次夏令营。

铁质的大门，周围有低低的栅栏。玻璃的楼门，玻璃的墙体，整个活动中心充满着时尚的气息。说尊贵，也蛮尊贵的：至今脑海里还有它的模样，像我心中的殿堂;说舒心，也蛮舒心的：像道路旁的街心花园，到处洋溢着清新。走进去，好奇感、崇尚感、新鲜感….顿时占满了我的心。我不停地左顾右盼，在心里早已不知说了多少个“哇”了。

晚上，大家集体去洗澡。咦，我的拖鞋呢？咚、咚、咚，我的太阳穴强烈地跳动着，该不会落在家了吧！我咬住嘴唇，脸上勉强挂着“无所谓”，心里使劲往好处里想：没关系， 不就是忘带拖鞋了吗？有什么的！第一次夏令营就这么倒霉！妈妈怎么偏偏忘给我带拖鞋呢！可恶！我努力地想好的一方面，坏的想法却闯进了我的脑海中，最后控制了大脑。终于，我再也忍不住了，在到达浴池的片刻，我的眼泪毫无预兆地涌了出来。

“咦，小妹妹，怎么哭了？”一位老师走了过来。“我……我忘带拖鞋了。”我边哭边说，“别哭了。”又走来一位小姐姐，“我的借你好了。”她把拖鞋递给了我。我顾不得擦泪，接过拖鞋，口齿不清地谢了她。后来，我抽泣着走在了队伍最后，脸上一脸羞愧——哪里有参加夏令营还哭的人呀！太丢脸了！

回到宿舍，打开行李，拖鞋赫然摆在箱子中。“呜呜……”我又哭了。大家都围上来问我怎么了，我委曲地说：“我的拖鞋原来带着了！”

几年后，我回首再看第一次参加夏令营，真让我哭笑不得。看来独立真是一件重要的事呀！如果我自己收拾行李，不就没事了吗？

At eight, the head of the park met us at the gate. After being divided into groups, we set out to work at once. Some tidied up the parking area and had motorbikes paiked in the right place. Some took care of the flowers and bushes, and persuaded people to keep off the grass. Around the tiger den, one group kept order to prevent accidents from happening.
