一.审题。

拿到题目后，手中拿铅笔，手脑眼嘴并用，开始审题。看题目的要求是什么，要点是什么，特殊要求是什么。譬如你是叫李华，还是随便一个名字? 要议论文还是记叙文?对分几段写有无要求?等等。诸如此类的硬性要求信息，都最好用铅笔划下来，以免出错，也许你一开始会记得，可随着时间的流逝，你会不会因紧张而遗忘这些信息呢?还是小心为妙。边看最好边张嘴默读，这样就不会遗漏或忽略任何一个字了。

二.草稿。

有的同学怕出错，全文都打草稿再誊写，我姑且认为不太可取，毕竟考场时间宝贵，即使我有四十分钟时间写作文也不敢贸然这么做，更何况考场时我们留给作文的时间往往一再被压缩。有的同学不打草稿，我认为更不太可取。一来容易出错，二来边写边想思维不连贯，即使思维连贯也无法审词酌句，展现自己最好的一面，容易后悔。

草稿怎么打?

1.结构就是你打算分几段写，每段都写什么?哪段转哪段承哪段起合?心里都要是有谱的。

2.关键词：结构拟定后，迅速在草稿纸上写下自己这篇作文可能用到的一些关键词。包括一些漂亮的词和自己可能会忘记的词。主要是动词和名词。

譬如一省作文题： 假设你的名字是李华，亚洲冬季运动会将在你居住的地方举办，现招募志愿者。你希望成为志愿者。申请信的格式已经写好了，你直接写内容就可以。你的个人情况：年龄性别学历，个人条件。英语好，爱好体育，擅长交际，乐于助人。承诺提供最佳服务。

关键词就是学历、爱好、擅长、乐于、承诺，和你对这篇作文初步构思时想到的一些词。先把这些词(指词的英文表达)写在纸上。有一些词的拼写，譬如学历，可能你本身就记得不是特别清楚，这时一定要在开始写作文前先把它写下来，以免一会因干扰而遗忘。

可能看到聪明这个关键词时，你最初写下的往往是clever，再仔细想想，你是不是又想到了smart,deligient好多词，挑个漂亮和合适的用吧。再比如转折，你写了but，这会再想想，是不是又有一堆表示转折的词在你脑里打转呢?挑一个吧。千万别用but.

3.句式：词写下来了，其实你构建这篇作文的建筑材料就到位了，下步就是要把它们盖成漂亮的作文。先用最普通的陈述句把它们在头脑中过一遍，然后看看都能改成什么句式。能不能把一句陈述句改成问句?能不能用上一个双重否定句?能不能用一个主语从句套定语从句的长句?能不能用一个插入语?等等。把你高中三年的英语积累展示出来。在草稿纸上同样标注。

三.正式写。

这样的草稿打完后，就要快快写了。注意，英语作文的卷面简直太重要了，一定要把字写整齐，写大。没有把握的词和句子不用。别忘了遵守你最初用铅笔划下的题目的规定。

四.检查。

注意，最最重要的一步来了。尽管很小心，可是我们写英语作文还是会犯下很多错误。单词拼写的，大小写的，等等。这些错误会极大破坏我们在阅卷老师心目中的形象，一定要坚决誓死消灭。即使时间再紧，请务必留下1——2分钟检查作文的时间，消除隐性错误。

需要说明的是，英语的开头和结尾是最关键的，尤其是开头。基本上，不跑题，遵守题目要求，一个漂亮的开头，一个还过得去的结尾，2-3个高级词汇，1-2个漂亮的句子，加上整齐的字迹，作文的分就不会低了哦。所以，精心为你的作文想个漂亮的开头吧。

一：论点

论点，是一篇文章的灵魂、统帅。任何一篇文章只有一个中心论点，一般可以有分论点。

论点应该正确、鲜明、概括，是一个完整的判断句。绝不可模棱两可。

①正确性：论点的说服力根植于对客观事物的正确反映，而这又取决于作者的立场、观点、态度、方法是否正确，如果论点本身不正确，甚至是荒谬的，再怎么论证也不能说服人。因此，论点正确是议论文的最起码的要求。

②鲜明性：赞成什么、反对什么，要非常鲜明，而不能模棱两可，含混不清。

③新颖性：论点应该尽可能新颖、深刻，能超出他人的见解，不是重复他人的老生常谈，也不是无关痛痒、流于一般的泛泛而谈，应该尽可能独特、新颖。

论点的位置一般有四个：文题、开头、文章中间、结尾。但较多情况是在文章的开头，段落论点也是如此。当开始与结尾出现类似的语句时，开头的为论点，结尾处的是呼应论点。

有的议论文的论点在文章中用明确的语句表达出来，我们只要把它们找出来即可;有的则没有用明确的语句直接表述出来，需要读者自己去提取、概括。

注意：反问句与比喻句不能作为论点

二：论据

是支撑论点的材料，是作者用来证明论点的理由和根据，分为事实论据和道理论据两种。

1.事实论据：事实在议论文中论据作用十分明显，分析事实，看出道理，检验它与文章点在逻辑上是否一致。(代表性的事例，确凿的数据，可靠的史实等)。事实论据又包括事例和数据。

2.道理论据：作为论据的理论总是读者比较熟悉的，或者是为社会普遍承认的，它们是对大量事实抽象，概括的结果。理论论据又包括名言警句、谚语格言以及作者的说理分析。

使用论据的要求：①确凿性。我们必须选择那些确凿的、典型的事实。引用经过实践检验的理论材料作为论据时，必须注意所引理论本身的精确涵义。②典型性。引用的事例应该具有广泛的代表性，代表这一类事物的普遍特点和一般性质。③论据与论点的统一。论据是为了证明论点的，因此，两者应该联系紧密一致。

三：论证

论证是用论据来证明论点的过程。议论文的论点是要解决“要证明什么”，论据是要解决“用什么来证明”，而论证是解决“如何进行论证”的问题。论证的目的在于揭示出论点和论据之间的内在逻辑关系。

(一)议论文的论证一般分为立论和驳论两大类型。

①立论是对一定的事件或问题从正面阐述作者的见解和主张的论证方法。

表明自己的态度时，要注意以下三点：

1)这些看法和主张必须是经过认真的思考或者一定的实践，确实是自己所独有的正确的认识和见解，或者是切实能解决实际问题的主张。要使读者感到有新意，增长知识，提高对事物的认识。

2)必须围绕所论述的问题和中心论点来进行论证。开篇提出怎样的问题，结篇要归结到这一问题。在论证过程中，不能离题万里，任意发挥，或者任意变换论题。如果有几个分论点，每个分论点都要与中心论点有关联，要从属于中心论点。所有论证都要围绕中心论点进行。这样读者才能清楚地了解分论点和中心论点。议论文的逻辑性很强，论证必须紧扣中心，首尾一致。

3)“立”往往建立在“破”的基础之上。在立论的过程中，需要提到一些错误的见解和主张，加以否定和辩驳，以增强说服力，使读者不会误解自己的观点。

②驳论是以有力的论据反驳别人错误论点的论证方式。有三种方法：反驳论点、反驳论据、反驳论证。由于议论文是由论点、论据、论证三部分有机构成的，因此驳倒了论据或论证，也就否定了论点，与直接反驳论点具有同样效果。一篇驳论文可以几种反驳方式结合起来使用，以加强反驳的力量和说服力。

1)反驳论点，即直接反驳对方论点本身的片面、虚假或谬误，这是驳论中最常用的方法。

2)反驳论据，即揭示对方论据的错误，以达到推倒对方论点的目的;因为错误的论据必定得出错误的论点。

3)反驳论证，即揭露对方在论证过程中的逻辑错误，如大前提、小前提与结论的矛盾，对方各论点之间的矛盾，论点与论据之间矛盾等等。

立论和驳论都是一种证明，无非一个是从正面证明其正确，而另一个是从反面证明其错误。它们可以使用基本相同的论证方法。

(二)论证的基本结构层次：三段论式的结构。提出问题(引论)→分析问题(本论)→解决问题(结论)

常见的论证结构：a、总分式结构 b、对照式结构 c、层进式结构 d、并列式结构

(三)论证方法有以下几种：

1)举例论证(事实论证)：列举确凿、充分、有代表性的事例证明论点;(作用：具体有力地论证了观点(主论点或分论点)，增强文章的说服力)

2)道理论证：用马列主义经典著作中的精辟见解，古今中外名人的名言警句以及人们公认的定理公式等来证明论点;(作用：有力地论证了观点(主论点或分论点)，增强文章的权威性和说服力)

3)对比论证：拿正反两方面的论点或论据作对比，在对比中证明论点;(作用：突出全面地论证观点(主论点或分论点)，让人印象深刻)

4)比喻论证：用人们熟知的事物作比喻来证明论点。(作用：生动形象地论证了观点(主论点或分论点)，使文章浅显易懂，易于理解和接受)此外，在驳论中，往往还采用“以子之矛，攻子之盾”的批驳方法和“归谬法”。在多数议论文中往往是综合运用的。

5)引用论证：引用论证比较复杂，这与具体的引用材料有关，有引用名人名言、格言警句、权威数据、名人佚事、笑话趣闻等各种情况。(作用：【要具体分析】如引用名人名言、格言警句、权威数据，可以增强论证的说服力和权威性;引用名人佚事、奇闻趣事，可以增强论证的趣味性，吸引读者下读。)

逻辑性体现

议论文的语言必须准确、鲜明、严密、有针对性。

段落与段落之间 要有非常清楚的逻辑关系 ，如总分 、对照 、层进 、并列等。借助起过渡性作用的语句来突出这种关系。如：“有”、“还有”“虽 然、但是”“固然”“诚然”“由此”是等。

“英语说明文”，顾名思义，就是一种以“说明、解释”为主要表达方式的英语文体。它是对客观事物的性状、特点、功能和用途等等做科学解说的。它既不像故事那样重在情节的叙述和描写，也不像议论文那样，重在阐明主张和论点论据；更不像科幻作品那样富于想象和虚构夸张。说明文是通过解说事物、阐明事理，使人们增长知识和技能。说明文是高考英语阅读理解题中的重点内容之一。说明文具有与自己特点相适应的说明方法，因此说明文结构复杂，专业术语多，易于拉开考生分数档次，便于高校分层次选拔人才。然而对于考生来说说明文抽象度高，解题难度增大了。高考对说明文的考查多为科普知识，动植物特性、自然现象和新产品、新工艺介绍以及人文地理、风土人情等方面的说明文，文中解释性、定义性、说明性的句子居多。因此考生要掌握说明文的命题特点，叙述方式，以冷静的心态阅读原文，重点突破长句结构特点和逻辑关系，以便对其做出准确的语意理解。

一、说明文阅读理解的特征 一般说来，英语说明文与其它文体一样，文章所涉及的内容不外乎以下几个方面，即Who→What→When→Where→How→Why。

1. Who：问的是这篇文章的主体是谁？（即所要说明和描述的人或事物）

2. What：问的是主体做了什么事情？（即主体表现出的特性、功能和用途）

3. When和Where：是在何时何地发生的？（即何时何地所表现出的特性、功能和用途）

4. How：通过什么方式表现出来的？

5. Why：这种特性功能用途的原因是什么？

做说明文阅读阅读的时候，一定要记住上面的Wh-word。边阅读，边搜记，牢记要点，把握全文。

二．说明文阅读理解的类型 掌握说明文阅读理解题的类型对考生来说非常有必要。一般来说，高考对阅读理解的命题类型主要有以下几种：

1. 细节理解题

说明文中考查的细节理解题大致与记叙文相似。命题区域都有其共同点。⑴在列举处命题。如用First(1y)、Second(1y)、Third(1y)Finally、not only…but also、then、in addition等表示顺承关系的词语列举出事实。试题要求考生从列举出的内容中选出符合题干要求的答案项。⑵在例证处命题。句中常用由as、such as、for example、for instance等引导的短语或句子作为例证，这些例句或比喻就成为命题者设问的焦点。⑶在转折对比处命题。一般通过however、but、yet、in fact等词语来引导。对比用unlike、until、not so much…as等词语引导，命题者常对用来对比的双方属性进行考查。⑷在比较处命题。无端的比较、

相反的比较、偷换对象的比较，经常出现在干扰项中，考生要标记并且关注到原文中的比较，才能顺利地排除干扰。⑸在复杂句中命题。包括同位词、插入语、定语、从句、不定式等，命题者主要考查考生对句子之间的指代关系和语法关系。

细节类问题一般都能在原文中找到出处，只要仔细就可以在文中找到答案。但正确的选择项不可能与阅读材料的原文完全相同，而是用不同的语句成句型表达相同的意思。

2. 语义猜测题 说明文为了把自然规律，事物的性质等介绍清楚或把事理阐述明白，因此学术性强的生词较多，所以常进行生词词义判断题的考查。命题方式多以The underlined part “…” in Paragraph…refers to….或What does the underlined word mean?或What is the meaning of the underlined word?为设问方式。解题时考生应认真阅读原文，分析其对某些科学原理是如何定义、如何解释的，并以此为突破口抽象概括出生词词义。也可以通过上下文来猜测某个陌生词语的语意。或者找出某个词语在文章中的同义词。要注意破折号、同位语从句、定语从句、插入句等具有解释、说明作用的语言成分。说明文在阐述说明对象时易发生动作变换、人称转变的现象，这类题目常以 it，they，them 等代词为命题点，因此考生要根据上下文语境，认真阅读原文，分析动作转换背景，弄清动作不同执行者，以便准确判断代词的其实际指代对象。

3. 主旨理解题

说明文常用文章大意判断题考查考生对通篇文意的理解。即对文章的主题或中心意思的概括和归纳。主要考查考生对文章的整体理解能力。命题形式常以This passage mainly talks about ____.What is the main idea of the passage?为设问方式。这种试题多以This passage mainly talks about the major

surprising findings about….为回答方法。答题时首先阅读题干，掌握问题的类型，了解试题题干以及各个选项所包含的信息，然后有针对性地对文章进行扫读，对有关信息进行快速定位，再将相关信息进行整合、甄别、分析、对比，有根有据地排除干扰项，选出正确答案。

4. 判断推理题。

这种试题常以The passage is intended to...(2) The author suggests that...(3) The story implies that…(4) Which point of view may the author agree to?(5) From the passage we can conclude that...(6) The purpose of the passage is to...为设问方式。这种题型的答案在原文中不是直接就能找到的，它要求考生进行合理的推断。如因果关系，文中的某些用词、语气也往往具有隐含意义，考生要将这种含义读出来。说明文常出现图示判断题，这种试题可以事物之间正确的依赖关系为命题点，要求考生判断其正确的流程顺序相互关系等。考生一定要认真阅读原文，并对照原文介绍的情况，弄清图示的差异，根据题干需要最终做出正确判断。如：动物介绍性说明文常出现动物能力判断题，考查考生对特定动物所具有能力的判断。解题时考生应认真阅读原文对动物形态活动能力的判断，了解动物的生存环境和是否会使用工具，是否善于爬行、飞翔和游泳等。

观点态度题也是判断推理题考查的内容之一。说明文的对象为客观事实,但设题以议论的表达方式抒发对该说明对象的想法。如对某种新发明的赞赏,或对某个事物的批判。这类题目常见的题干表达方式有"What was the author?s attitude towards ...?" 等。

The Best Kind of Love

i’m young again!” she shouts euberantly.as my friend raves on about her new love, i’ve taken a good look at my old one. my husband of almost 20 years, scott, has gained 15 pounds. once a marathon runner, he now runs only down hospital halls. his hairline is receding and his body shows the signs of long working hours and too many candy bars. yet he can still give me a certain look across a restaurant table and i want to ask for the check and head home.

一篇文章通常可分为三个部分，即开头、正文和结尾。这三个部分安排是否得体，直接影响到文章的质量。

文章的开头一般来说应尽量做到开门见山，用简单明白的叙述引出文章的话题，使读者了解文章要谈论什么，一下于引起读者的兴趣。

作文常见的开头形式大致有以下几种：

1.开门见山，揭示主题

文章一开头，，就交待清楚文章的主题是什么。如How I Spent My Vacation的开头可以写成：

2.交代人物、事情、时间或环境开头

3. 回忆性的开头

一、论点要有一点自己的想法

高中生限于既有的认知水平，要想在议论文中提出石破天惊的论点实非易事，但在大家都能提出的论点基础上有那么一点自己的想法还是可望亦可即的。那么，怎么来想呢?可以运用如下四种思维模式：

1.向深处想，揭示本质。古希腊哲学家说：“没有理性，眼睛是最坏的见证人。”为此，我们必须开动脑筋，向深处想，从而透过现象，揭示本质。如：梦想与理想不同，不用负责的是梦想，要去做、去负责的是理想。

2.换角度想，提出新论。秃子头上的虱子，明摆着，“地球人都知道”，没啥意思，你何不到秃子的“背面”看一看他脑后那一两根可贵的“青丝”呢?角度改变观念，换一个角度，可以有新的发现。如：从来没有人读书，只有人在书中读自己，发现自己或检查自己。

3.在“热事”与“冷事”之间遴选“冷事”。如在新材料作文“感念”的写作中，许多同学都选用了感念父母的养育之恩、师长的培育之恩等“热事”，但就有一位同学选用了开国总理周恩来的一件感念战友同甘共苦、生死相依情谊的“冷事”，让人心头顿时为之一颤：

1935年，周恩来在翻越夹金山时落下病根，剧烈咳嗽，终于拖成大病。过草地前，周恩来高烧不断，根本无法行走。彭德怀只说了一个字：“抬!”萧劲光从迫击炮连抽人组成担架队，把带不走的迫击炮弹埋掉;陈赓自告奋勇，担任担架队长;兵站部部长兼政委杨立三坚持要给周恩来抬担架，他们一步一步把重病中的周恩来抬出了草地。

19年后，杨立三去世，时任共和国总理的周恩来，无论如何，要亲自给他抬棺送葬。

三、论证要有一个说理的过程

有些考生在论证中喜欢“一步到位”，直接从原因到结果，从起点跨向终点，其基本模式是“因为……，取得成功，所以我们应该……”，既没有“剖”开演绎的步骤，也没有“析”透事理的逻辑。他们忽视了一个核心问题，论证的根本目的不是“说事”，而是“说理”。为此，广大考生在论证中应该有步骤地说理，从而凸显高中生议论文应有的“理”性色彩。具体操作路径有三：

1.向前面推理，生成原因。我们只有探明事物呈现性状的原因，才能探寻出事物发展的真正机理。如：

美是到处都有的，对于我们的眼睛，不是缺少美，而是缺少发现。——罗丹

这句话主要是针对艺术家而言的。对于我们常人而言，面对同样的事物，为什么有人从中欣赏到了美，而有人就欣赏不到呢?向前面推理，就可探寻出其因在于有没有欣赏美的心态。据此即可画出“走两步”说理流程图：

有一颗感受美的心(生成原因)→有一双欣赏美的眼→发现大千世界的美

2.向后面推理，生成趋势。我们只有既“高瞻”，又“远瞩”，预见事物的发展趋势，才能发人深省，给人启迪。如：

爱之深，责之切。——古语

爱得越深，就会要求越严;要求越严，只要符合规律，切合实际，掌握尺度，产生的“正能量”就是发展越快。为人，则走向成熟越快;为学，则登堂入室越快;为事，则建功立业越快。据此即可画出“走两步”说理流程图：

爱之深→责之切→功之速(生成的发展趋势)

3.向中间推理，生成进程。我们只有既放眼已走的“一步”的功效，又探寻将走的“一步”的先决条件，让两者产生交集，才能生成进程。如：

事不目见耳闻而臆断其有无，可乎?——苏轼《石钟山记》

为什么事物不是亲眼看到、亲耳听到，就不能作出正确的判断呢?中间还有哪一个进程在起着关键作用呢?是“实情的掌握”。因为，“实情”从“目见耳闻”而来，又决定着判断的正确方向。据此即可画出“走两步”说理流程图：

目见耳闻→掌握实情(生成进程)→正确判断

当然，在说理过程中，论证具体步骤只是一个起点，但只有把步骤走坚实了，我们才能走好第三步、第四步……从而形成严密的逻辑推理链，让人心悦诚服。
